Hey all, I am just after opening a blackshark v2 x as it was on sale and needed a new headset. But anyways, I tried to install the 7.1 Surround Sound app from the installer and it has installed but there is no shortcut anywhere for it and will not open from the installer app same with synapse. When i try open it, a message pops up sying missing shortcut browsing files and then comes up with a microsoft office program file. I have tried the driver cleanup tool which has not worked and i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times to no avail. Is there anyone who can help me?

Hello, I have had this chair for years & it is out of warranty but I love it so much & would like to keep it.The seat cushion leather is creasing and splitting (images attached)So I just wondered if there was any way to get a replacement cushion anywhere?   

I have an issue with me new Blade 14. I have it connected to an external sceen(43” Samsung Smart Monitor M7), using hdmi. When the computer turns of the screen and goes to sleep mode the monitor will go to standby. Waking up the computer by touching the mouse or keboard will start the computer but the externa monitor stays in standby. If the computer is set to expand to both the laptop monitor and external monitor, only the internal one wakes up.I have updated the graphics drivers, tried different power settings, different hdmi cables, pulled out the hdmi cable and put it in again without any effect.If I turn on the screen manually it works again, any ideas on how to wake the screen automatically, this worked with my previous laptop.

Hello Team, This is a well known issue here. After a windows update (February 2026) BIOS not able to move forward when the Secure Boot are enabled. No option is bios to reset the security keys or revalidate.I was searching here between the topics, found no solution. Kindly asking you to help since I don’t want to use my machine in insecure status also, can’t play with Battlefield 6. Please help.Thank you and take care! 

Hi everyone, I recently reset my blade 17 (2022) windows back to get a clean new install. after that i wanted to get back to gaming and downloaded a bunch of games and wanted to play. now every game i play stutters and the screen lags. I already tried reinstalling everything again, made a clean graphics driver install and for every other drivers i could find for my device i did the same. but the stuttering and lagging still prevails . please help me.

Secure Boot Violation has just started happening on my Blade 15. Is there a fix? 

I just received my polling rate meter and it seems to be fried; when I try to plug it in, it doesn't work.

The headset keeps turning off while charging.I've been using it for about two years, and it's never happened before.However, for the past week, when I turn on the power while charging, the power turns off again within a minute.If you use it with the charging cable removed after charging it, it will operate normally again.I was able to confirm that the power was turned off only if I used it during charging.Is it just me?

I own a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro (model RZ06‑0520). The controller works correctly via USB and its firmware is updated (version 2.3.0.0 according to the Razer for Xbox app). However, the wireless dongle is not recognized by Windows on any USB port and does not appear in Device Manager.I have tried the following without success: Testing different USB ports (front and rear). Using another PC to rule out driver issues. Running the firmware updater, but the dongle does not appear. Scanning for hardware changes in Device Manager. Since the dongle is not detected at all, I cannot verify or update its firmware. I suspect the dongle is defective and need assistance with a replacement.Additionally, I already requested a refund through Amazon thinking the product was defective, and purchased another controller to test if the dongle could connect, but the problem persists.

Hi, I bought a Viper V3 Pro and it’s not charging. I already tried unplugging it and restarting my computer, but it’s still stuck at 0%.

After the last update chroma connect devices do not show in chroma studio, thus no longer get signals or can be controlled? is this a bug, and is it to be fixed? 

I was using the headphones normally, but suddenly they stopped working. When I tried to use them without connecting them to my PC, nothing happened. When I connected them to my PC, Synapse said that the headphones were turned off, even though they were playing sound.

I bought a viper v3 pro, without a dongle, using for like 6 months WITH A CABLE!. just bought the dongle and now i cant use it because of that screen, i tried SO MANY THINGS… Anyone knows how to solve it?

So, I just sold my headset to another guy. How can he get his 7.1 Surround Sound? Do i have to unlink the device from my account or what?

Hey all, Just today I received a Basilisk V3, opened it about 15 minutes ago and noticed that normal scrolling on the scroll wheel does not work. Pressing the mouse scroll in, switching to smooth scroll and side scrolling all works but normal scrolling doesn’t - smooth scrolling or not. I have tried:Plugging into a different USB port Closing down Synapse and trying to scroll Updating the mouse firmware Resetting the device via SynapseAll to no effect. My old mouse, a Basilisk V2, scrolls just fine no problem. Any known issues/help? Or am I just returning it? Cheers.

I have also recently had the same issue, I have started to update the firmware but have been unable to resolve this issue. Please can you help with steps how to resolve this. Looking at Enabling Secure boot causes system failure. Hello, Someone has a clue then the Firmware will released on the website?  Read many post about fried mouses… my old one got fried too and my new one is start lagging again… had to uninstall synapse so I could use it normaly without the flicks & lags…

I am posting here to ask for advice and to see if anyone else has experienced something similar with the Razer Iskur V2 chair.I purchased the chair through Amazon and it has experienced repeated failures while still under warranty. Over time, multiple components of the chair have needed replacement, and Razer support has acknowledged in writing that the chair has required several warranty part replacements.The problem is that the replacement parts have not solved the issue. The chair continues to have defects that affect its usability.I requested either a refund or a full replacement chair since the warranty repairs have not actually fixed the problem. Razer’s response has been that because the purchase was made through Amazon, they cannot issue a refund directly.
