Please fix this unexpected error issue when I need my authentication code

Greetings Razer Support, I just installed update 20240710 for the Razer Synapse app, and now the app is completely broken.  If I open the program, and make any selection from the main menu, nothing happens, and a few seconds later I get an error message saying “The application encountered a problem, please exit synapse and start again.”  When I restart the app, I get the same problem again.  I have restarted my computer a few times, and I’m still getting the same error.  I seriously hope the app doesn’t somehow DELETE the profile data I have spent hours on creating for both my razer mouse & keyboard...  

does anyone know how to fix this?In synapse 3 i could make the macro press only down on say the W key, with no command to release it.then when the macro was complete, the key would remain pressed for me. but now with the new synapse Beta.  I do the same and have a macro press the W with no command to release, when the macro is complete, it automatically releases the key anyway.how do I set it like synapse 3 and keep that W pressed? I have had beta for over a month, and up until this week macros that command to hold a mouse key would continue to do so even after macro completion. But now all of a sudden with no changes made it is releasing the mouse keys as well!!!! And once again has screwed over literally dozens of macros, only with no workaround this time for the mouse keys!I but Beta on a second laptop, and it is also having the same way and releases everything when macro completes. the chat support has been literally bouncing me around for days, and have not gotten a single SHRED o

After the most recent update, Synapse can't seem to detect my Kraken Kitty at all, but when I turn on my Kraken Kitty V2 BT, it detects it just fine and it was detecting my Kraken Kitty just fine a couple hours earlier before I went to bed and before the update, which leads me to suspect it being a synapse thing.So far I've tried;- Relaunching Synapse services- Reinstalling drivers via Device Manager- Removing the device via Win10 settings and then adding it again through Device Manager- Plugging it out and back in- Plugging it in different ports- Restarting my computer- "Repairing" synapse via the razer apps manager- Uninstalling Synapse and Chroma then installing it again which didn't work either and then I tried restarting my pc again afterwards out of desperation and it still doesn't work.The last one actually made synapse *sort of* detect the device, recognizing its name but it can't seem to actually detect it as it puts itself in an endless "Detecting Device..."/Loading state as

First off, a little rant. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have been trying every which way for the past hour-ish to get a hold of customer support. Hi,anyone know where to source replacement display panels? I cracked the screen on a 2023 Razer Blade 16 (RZ09-0483UEJ4) and I’ve been having no luck finding a 16” B160ZAN01.U panel in 4k OLED with the proper 21mm 40pin connector. Datasheets I’ve been able to pull from AUO indicate there’s no current distributors and they don’t sell individual parts. I’ve also had no luck on Razer’s replacement part store. If anyone has a seller or a link I’m all ears.

My Blackwidow V2 keyboard has a fault in both S and D keys LEDs, where the colors are not always correct. I saw an YouTube video of a guy swapping the LEDs and it seems pretty doable. I went online to buy the replacement LEDs and found out that there are both RGB and RBG LEDs available. I was wondering, which type of LED Razer uses for the Blackwidow V2 keyboard?I'm completely aware that this is not recommended and this is a warranty voidable action, but since my keyboard's warranty is long gone, I see no reason to not go through with it. I know the risks involved and take full responsibility if this damages my keyboard beyond repair.

Hi,I have the bind on the the thumbwheel set for the B key and it works until i load  fortnite and then the bind reverts to default, reverting back after game exited, the D-pad WSAD  are fine.I have deleted all profiles and redone just a default profile removing all game linking , i even tried synapse 3 and it still does it,Been working for years and now dosnt please help doing me head in.

I tried many ways, but nothing helps.

Hello, is there a known issue with the Razer Leviathan V2 Pro soundbar? The soundbar no longer responds when you try to turn it on. I measured the output voltage on the power supply when idle, and it is 18.2 volts.The system was purchased in January 2024. I'm afraid there's a defect, right?

Whenever I lift my mouse if I am playing a game where scrolling swaps weapons or inventory slots, it does it automatically. So when I lift my mouse the game swaps to my next weapon or inventory slot. I do not see a setting in synapse to turn it off or any setting on the mouse to stop it. Any recommendations?Another example would be on a website, whenever I pick up my mouse it scrolls down a certain ways without me touching the scroll wheel button

Please help before I fully submit my request 😂 Hi, I’ve received my new Razer keyboard and I’m pretty sure I’ve had the wrong one sent out, I had put in my specifics for a UK keyboard whilst it was out of stock and requested to be notified when it was back in stock and have received a US one, I’m also pretty sure I was meant to have a LED screen instead of the media roller. I have had a look around and can’t find the right place to talk to anyone, I tried to add my order number and email and it says it’s not recognised so any help is going to be massively helpful 🙏 (update: I’ve managed to get the order number and email through, even on the return page it says UK under the Blackwidow V4 name but still shows a US keyboard)   

I have a V3 pro mouse and a separate hyper polling dongle.I bought a new mouse yesterday and I have been unable to link this. I've trued updating the dongle and nothing seems to be working. Any help would be much appreciated ThanksLynsey 

My mom touched my keyboard, now it doesn't work at all. I'm using the huntsman mini purple switch, and either it lights up and uses the default wave profile built into the keyboard, then when i type it does my own custom one, but i cant type. Or,  what it does is I can type perfectly normally,  but under no circumstances does my keyboard light up. I've tried hard resetting the keyboard (unplugging it, holding esc caps and space then plugging it back in but that does nothing). Nothing i try works, and no lighting makes it more difficult to type as i utilize peripheral vision to do so , and no typing... is well no typing so it's just an expensive light rectangle. Please assist, I want to play ghost of tsushima
