I purchased a Razer Blade 14 (2022) model from the Razer store on Amazon in June 2022. I have had nothing but issues with this laptop model dying since then. That initial laptop failed (would not power on - screen dead - no hdmi output) in September 2022. Amazon replaced it with a new unit in September 2022 under extended Amazon warranty. Completely new unit received. Same issue occurred - it died on 21st February 2023. Support ticket opened on 21st February 2023 (as Amazon would no longer replace). RMA issued 23rd February 2023. Laptop repaired (motherboard replacement) and returned to me on 6th March 2023. That laptop has failed again (same issue) today, 5th June 2023. New case has been opened with Razer requesting replacement unit or refund.I’m a very concerned about this now and searching these forums it seems this is happening to others too:https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/2022-razer-blade-14-will-not-power-on-37902https://insider.razer.com/systems-14/razer-blade-14-2022-
Now that you're advertising the Upgrade to Synapse 4 in Synapse 3, I would like to know the following, please. Is the issue with the application's macro module (Synapse 4, not Synapse 3) has been fully resolved and is now fully compatible with the Blackwidow V2 UK (important, UK!) layout when recording macros; in other words, it leaves the the recorded # key as a # when recording is finished (pressing the stop button), and doesn't change it to a 3 or ` or other characters, other than the original recorded #.I have attached a link to a video to explain…Synapse 4 Macro issue (Blackwidow 2 UK Layout)ChrisPlease excuse misspellings and anything that may not make sense or cause offence as the medication I take can have an adverse effect on my mind.
I received my Razer Kraken Kitty headset in Christmas 2021, and everything worked perfectly for about a year. Since then, I’ve been having an issue where the headset: Randomly disconnects and reconnects Makes a loud popping sound each time it happens Disappears and reappears in Device Manager (There’s also two of them in Device Manager, and only one disappears) Here's what I've already tried: Fully uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse and Chroma Tried both with and without Synapse installed Deleted drivers and let Windows reinstall them Plugged the headset into every USB port (front and back) Disabled USB power saving on every relevant device (USB Root Hub, Host Controller, Generic USB Hub, etc.) Used Device Manager to “forget” the headset and reconnect it Confirmed there is no visible cable damage Verified it’s not just a port or power issue (other peripherals work fine in the same slots) I don’t use the mic, and the only headset I have now is a pair of Apple ea
Razer Blade 14” 2022 model - RZ09-0427NEA3A quick search shows that multiple other people have experienced identical issues.Had the laptop sitting on my desk in my room. It was working preferably. About a week later I attempted to power it on and got nothing. No fans spinning, no LED, no keyboard or display backlight.I attempted all the troubleshooting steps I could (even followed the video provided from Razer Support but no avail) here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1798/Others have had similar issues here:TRazer Blade 14 2022 RZ09-0427 died (won't turn on)Date of purchase was 07 Nevember 2022, it Funan Razer Store Singapore. Subject: Razer BlackShark V2X Microphone IssueDear Razer Support Team,I recently purchased the Razer BlackShark V2X headset and am experiencing an issue with the microphone. The microphone is picking up system sounds and other audio (such as game or media sounds) and transmitting them through Discord and other applications. This is proving to be quite disruptive during voice communication. Are there any solutions or guides you can recommend to resolve this issue? I believe I may need to adjust settings either on the headset or within software, but I would appreciate guidance on the correct steps to take.Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards,Huseyın
Description:At first, I thought the issue was caused by something else. After careful testing, I discovered that the problem occurs when the mouse enters sleep mode after 1 minute. When I move the mouse to wake it up, the mouse becomes unresponsive and freezes. However, the keyboard still works normally. To fix this, I have to turn the mouse off and then on again, after which it functions normally.I tried setting the mouse sleep timer to the maximum (30 minutes). After 30 minutes of inactivity, the system and mouse still work fine. However, whenever the mouse goes to sleep and I move it to wake it up, the issue reoccurs: the mouse becomes unresponsive and freezes.I tested this with two different Razer Viper V3 Pro mice, both running the latest firmware, and the issue persists on both.System Information: Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro OS Version: 10.0.26100 N/A Build 26100 Mouse Models Tested: Razer Viper V3 Pro (2 units) Firmware: Latest firmware installed on both mice
The title kind of says it all, but for the sake of clarity:My Kishi V1 has worked flawlessly for the longest time, until recently. When I plug it in, it acts as though the left stick is held pointing down - if I happen to be in an app with a menu, it scrolls to the bottom and sticks there. Nothing I do stops this, and it persists even after I unplug the device until I turn my screen off and on again. I’ve connected a regular controller both via bluetooth and USB-C since then and neither experience the same issue, so I’m relatively confident that the Kishi is the problem. If it matters, I’m using a Pixel 6 Pro with Android 14, but I don’t think there was an update in the time between it working and it not working, so I would doubt that has anything to do with it.
I have a $50 card and I want to know if it is used or new
I bought a replacement Razer Naga Pro after my existing one had many issues with its scroll wheel (scrolling was inconsistent and bad, middle mouse click was inconsistent, and left and right buttons on it didn’t work at all). I used the mouse pairing utility and it still did not work with the dongle. It worked with the cable, and it worked via bluetooth, but the dongle refused to work despite the pairing utility telling me that it was working fine. I eventually figured out that I should upgrade the firmware. After upgrading the firmware and pairing it, it worked flawlessly. There are support threads here about the pairing utility not working but they were all solved via private messages, so there was nothing for people to read and troubleshoot theirselves. I feel like there should be something somewhere letting people know that they need to update their firmware to get the damn thing to work.
The sticks and triggers on my Wolverine TE (V1) are not working. Its warranty is long since expired, so I opened it to do a repair, replacing the left stick module; Since closing it back up, the triggers no longer respond, and both sticks are stuck in an up-right input. (See the attached screenshot from a stick testing website.)What is causing this issue? Do I need to double check the connection of the internal cables? Do I need to update the firmware? Or is there something else causing this?
I purchased 60 UC and was deducted 0.99 but I did not receive the product and did not get the money back

Please bring Turkish language support to the Razer application, we are having difficulties as Turks.
Hey, I might be a dummy but I’ve just put my hands on brand new (for me) headset - Barracuda X (2022) and I have and issue with audio soft. First of all synapse can’t see the headset, no matter if I’m using dongle or the jack cableSecond of all, shouldn’t I have access to THX Spatial Audio thingy to mix up the audio? Because ngl audio feel off (I’ve got the 7.1 sound thing after registering product bt that’s a different thing)And there’s the 3rd - audio equalizer. Do I need to use something not-Razer-related in that case or..? Because if I’ll use jack cable and connect it to sound card I had from different headset from past everything is alright but… I’ve paid for the wireless aspect, right? I have awful history with headphone cables and mine are getting damages really fast for so reason, like I’m cursed ;-; Sorry if answers to these are obvious or something, I feel overhelmed. Thanks in advance! :)
About two weeks ago, the performance of my Razer Blade 15 (2022) rz09-0421 suddenly rapidly dropped and booting (from shutdown and hibernate) takes up to 4 minutes. In my Windows system logs, I can see that Windows Defender is timing out after 30 seconds during booting. Tried to reinstall Windows Security. Updated all bios/firmware/windows 11. Tested my SSDs. Noticed my CPUs were heating up unevenly so I cleaned heatsink and reapplied thermal paste and that solved overheating I had for years. I also had random blue screens for a few months and I think someone on this forum described that issue without a solution but the boot lag is new to my machine. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
I found the problem, whenever i play a game and speak with my mic, it makes it become muffled, even after i stop speaking it continues being this distorted muffled sound, but i don't know the solution, in chrome and desktop sound is fine, in games it isnt, and when i call in whatsapp it isnt,(PC)
I ran Cinebench briefly once while Synapse had Turbo mode enabled. In the Synapse system monitor, I also noticed a CPU max power of 170.9W, so I disabled Cinebench. Is this possible because the i9 Ultra 275HX declares a max power of 150W? Is Synapse or the BIOS set to this? Device: Razer Blade 18 2025(RZ09-0529)System: Windows 11 Pro Razer Synapse: 4.0.86.2506190916Bios: 2.00, 5/13/2025
