HiI'm opening this forum to ask for help regarding crashes with Razer Cortex.First of all, I want to mention that I was a longtime user of this program, and I used it daily to gain a few extra FPS on my old build without ever experiencing any issues.At this point, my hardware no longer needs the small boost that Razer Cortex offers, but I recently heard on social media that Razer is integrating (currently in beta) a Remote Play feature, which I’m really enjoying.Because of this, I have returned to using the program daily, but the only issue I’m encountering is that Cortex seems to be causing my system to crash.Specifically, the problem I’m facing consists of a freeze in the game or program that I have open, followed shortly after by a complete system freeze.I started looking for ways to fix the issue, and the only useful and relevant solutions I found were:Disabling auto boost Disabling the in-game overlaySo, I

Hi, ich habe schon einiges probiert..aber ich bin einfach hilflos mit dem Headset. Da ich dieses Headset nicht für Xbox benutzen kann, außer mit Kabel..habe ich es oft mal meinem Freund gegeben der über Ps5 gezockt hat mit dem USB dongle..per Bluetooth dann.. zwischendurch habe ich es für mein Handy benutzt mit dem USB dongle.. und dann wieder bei Xbox mit Kabel. Irgendwann hat es Rum gesponnen..alles schön und gut..bis es nur noch blau blinkte bis er sich verbindet, aber Headset macht kein Ton..sagt auch nicht bescheid das es sich verbunden hat.. oder reset geht auch nicht. Wenn es mit dem USB dongle sich verbindet..kein Ton..und man selbst über Mikrofon funktioniert auch nicht in einer Party.. . Falls jemand eine lösung hat bitte melden danke :)..und es tut mir wahnsinnig leid für jeden der das Problem auch hat. 

I'm looking for a replacement dongle for my razor turret for the Xbox One. I see a few replacements on the website but I'm not sure which one will work. Please help me get my razor turret up and running.

As stated in the title, my controller keeps on disconnecting. The cable that came with the controller is properly secured and plugged in  but I have constant, randomly occurring disconnections. Can this be solved via using another USB-A to USB-C cable or will I have to send it back for repairs as it's still under warranty?

Hello there! So I just bought a basic KIYO camera with LED light and I intend to buy another to stream a TCG tournament.But reading online conversations, I see that people 1 year ago or a bit more, were having issues getting more than 1 camera connected at the same time using OBS. Do you know if it’s still impossible or it has been fixed?

Yesterday, I was recording a video and my camera started making some humming noises. Right after, the recording stopped as the camera stopped working. I tried unplugging and plugging it back in but every time I did and tried recording the camera would flash then turn off, after doing it a few times the little slit below the ring light started blinking white. I had also prior tried to install newest firmware. I have had this Camera for a little over a year now and I have never had an issue with it until now nor has it had any damage as its sat nicely on my monitor without falling once. Is this is still fixable or is this just money in the bin?

Recently my Naga Classic (12 button side) has started either not registering the 12 button at all or is in a constant state of entry.  It will do this at random, but most commonly after removing and reapplying the panel.  It is clean as well as the prongs.  I’ve uninstalled synapse (4) and deleted all the drivers.  Still not registering button presses or will spam constantly.  I have no Macros set up and I’ve also factory reset the mouse as well.

When I launch Razer Chroma RGB app it immediately gets stuck in “Updating...” and never finishes.  I have tried reinstalling it but that does not work.

I bought a Razer mouse pad recently—the Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma model—and I can’t control its RGB in any way.When I connect it to the computer, it shows up in Synapse 4 as if it’s installing, but once it finishes, it simply disappears from the list of connected devices. I can’t change anything on it.It only remains visible in the “Studio” tab of the Chroma app, but nothing I change there actually works to change the mouse pad’s colors or effects.I need help fixing this.

I just bought a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro and did a lot of research into what the mouse was capable of and figured it would fit my needs perfectly, as I wanted a mouse for both gaming and personal projects. The RGB looked stunning and it was within my budget. I’ve had my iMac since 2021 and it is currently running with Intel i9 Sequoia OS 15.5. I figured it would offer standard support for programs I wanted to use. I’m a bit disappointed that I paid $159 to receive this mouse and then I learned the hard way that Razer’s Synapse software does not offer the same customization for iMacs as PC users get?? When originally doing my research I saw that Mac was supported and assumed that included all Macs. I actually want to be able to use the customization that I basically paid for.Is there anytime soon this can and will be improved? I understand the Apple M1 chips are the latest and greatest upgrade, but words cannot express my frustrations and confusion as to why Intel Macs are not ge

Razer Basilisk V2 Mouse   -   RZ01-0316If anyone has seen their mouse or keyboard disconnect for up to 5mins and 10 times, this I’ve found was due to having any macro set to a button or key.Once the macro was removed, the software worked flawlessly. The macro was a simple shift + scroll click that performed well in Blender for Pan, but took between 1 and 5mins before the mouse stopped disconnecting once Razer Synapse started.Can this be submitted to Razer software programmers for a future Synapse update? Many thanks.ADDITIONAL: Having tried the different Macro settings, it appears that “Play While Assigned Key Is Pressed” is causing all the disconnects, with no mouse button pushed, just disconnecting whilst this is a macro that is set on a mouse button. If this setting is “Play Once”, the disconnects stop. Same if the Macro is not assigned.

I currently have a Naga Epic Chroma Mouse (RC30-012301) and Charging Dock (RC30-012302). These were not the original mouse/dock pair (both 2nd hand). I repaired the mouse and it works great now, except it does not connect to the dock. Is there any way at all (procedure, application, etc) that I can sync my mouse and dock together so I can use the pair for charging and for wireless connectivity? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

The Chat channel is broken on Discord. You can’t use it with the mixer. You have to output the Discord chat with the Game channel
