ive recently purchased an headphone Razer blackshark V2 X and i tried to install the 7.1 surround sound software but it does not open after installation ive tried reinstalling the app several times but cant identify what is causing this to happen 

So I just bought the RAZER Blackshark V2 X from amazon as I wanted to finally get good headphones. I was excited to try surround sound with the different games I play. When I set it up last night I was able to open the app and put in the code to activate it. I was also able to toggle it on and off perfectly fine. This morning when I got onto the PC I tried opening the app so I could test the differences with one of the games I play. Now it doesn’t open the 7.1 surround sound app even when that is the app I search for and click on. Now it just opens the Razer AppEngine in the notification area of the task bar but does not open any app. It asked me to sign in with Razer ID so I did and still doesn’t open surround sound. Now surround sound is stuck on and I don't know how that will effect other things on my pc.

I am new to all this and I just bought Blackshark v2 X white edition from a dealer. They told me it’s an OEM and having 1 year warranty. I checked on Razer and headphones products usually have 2 year warranty. I tried register my product but it is said it’s already registered and when I checked, the system said the product is out of date. So is it because it’s old or I got scammed? I’ll have to use it anyway but I just want to know if there is anything I can do to find out :(

Hello,I’ve update windows 11 and lost sound :(. There is no option to repair it - some hundred trys to install several version of Realtek Software and nothing happemd. Do you have any ideas how to reapir it? Best!

After a recent firmware update, I'm experiencing a problem with my headphones. When I enable the hypersense feature, the headphones constantly turn off and on. The headphones keep turning on and off, but if I disable the feature, they work perfectly. I've never had this issue before, but it started after the update. While i am joining a call with the headset the sound is terrible. The call sound is good but if listen something while i am in a call i have the issue.

Hi there, obviously there are mayor issues with the firmware updater tool. Controller is working on xbox but without button mapping it`s kinda useless.  Controller light is off while connected to PC but its detected and states that firmware update is necessary. As soon as i click update the tool crashes. Why isnt there a proper way to contact support? Why do we have to go via a forum to get support? and why is this issue still not fixed after i read several topics in the forum which is basically from user who put the effort in ,to sign up and try to get there problem fixed instead of just returning it?? And WHY do you need to run a tool on PC for an XBOX controller instead just updating it via XBOX App??? Sorry this is pretty bad… As I’m pretty sure I won’t be getting the issue sorted with a couple of hours - and the fact of the annoying situation itself - I will be returning the controller. Thanks…Chris

I am hearing impaired and use hearing aids that have Bluetooth capability.  I purchased a Seiren BT, with the intent of using the microphone to increase my ability to hear and understand live conversations.  What is the procedure for using the microphone to hear live conversations?

When turning on the camera the front light turns on like it is about to turn on and stay on but then it goes dark and is doesn’t turn on. I am then prompted that there is an issue with the camera and to use an alternate method. I have installed the firmware and updated the camera and then tried it on 2 separate computers. Still doesn’t work. I never had issues before, had a meeting, it worked then by next meeting same day problem started. Can anyone assist?

I tried everything:Change the portsupdate the firmwareDelete synapseShut down the power supply for 30 minsNothing works is there anything else I can try or is there a way that I can get a replacement for my dongle because it suddenly stopped working. It still connects sometimes but only lasts about ten minutes until it disconnects again.

I have a fairly new Blade 16 (2023) which I noticed had some issues with “stickiness” with the trackpad, where it occasionally starts inputting random double taps and drags stuff around when I didn’t intend it to. I have updated to the latest firmware but it doesn’t seem to have resolved itself. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the HID trackpad drivers.Overall, if the hands are bone dry after recently washing hands. Not sure if it’s placebo but putting the laptop into sleep mode and then turning it back on seems to stop the issue if it happens to be occurring at that time. The issue has become more frequent recently.I was wondering if anyone else had a similar issue and identified a way to resolve it?

Edit: SolvedFor all who have the same problem try to remove The Synapse program, restart the computerReinstall the synapse, im using synapse 4.Conect only the headset, let install the drivers reboot Windows then conect the dongle and switch the headset to hyperspeed wireless mode (unpair for any past devices bluetooth). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hello everyone, I'm having some trouble with my Razer Blackshark V2 HS headphones. Over time, they started disconnecting, and the dongle is now recognized by the system as an unrecognized device with error 43. Does anyone have a solution? I've tried RazerBlackSharkV2HyperSpeed_0565056E_FirmwareUpdater_v1.6.11_r2 and RazerHeadsetPairingUtility_v1.11.00_r1, but they didn't help. The headphones work perfectly via USB or Bluetooth.

Hallo Ihr Lieben ich habe folgendes Problem. Meine Maus war mit dem Mausedock Pro gekoppelt und alles hatte funktioniert. Nun war die Maus vom Dock gerutscht und ist jetzt komplett leer. Seit her läd sie nicht mehr. Im Synapse wird sie als aus angezeigt, obwohl sie auf 2,4 steht. Mit aus und anschalten habe ich es auch schon probiert. Nichts. Komplette funkstille. Jetzt habe ich sie vom Dock enkoppelt dachte das bringt was, aber sie wird jetzt auch nicht mehr gefunden.  Bin am verzweifeln.

I don’t have access to a PC, so I am using parallels to run a virtual window to update my controller. The firmware update software will get to the point of placing the controller in XBOX mode, and even with flashing green lights, the controller won’t get recognized in XBOX mode.  What can be done so that I can remap the controller?

My new Aether Monitor Lightbar is installed and working correctly but it’s giving me a message in Synapse that brightness is reduced to ensure its functionality, and that more power is required (3A). I have it plugged into my motherboards back panel (Asus Z690-E Gaming WiFi) in a USB-C connector (USB-C 3.2 gen 2). Any ideas why the lightbar wouldn't be getting the power it needs?

As title says im just wondering if i am using the hyperpolling wireless dongle at 1000 hz will my battery last as long as it would if i just connected my mouse to the default connector included with the mouse. Or does the battery still get drained faster using the hyperpolling wireleless dongle even when only at 1000 hz
