Hello everyone, I am experiencing a serious microphone echo / feedback problem with my Kraken V4 Wireless when using it on PlayStation 5. The headset works perfectly on PC, but on PS5 the microphone consistently picks up the sound coming from the earcups at normal playable volume levels. This causes other players in party chat to hear their own voices echoed back.This happens even when: PS5 microphone level is set to minimum Noise suppression and echo cancellation are enabled Sidetone / mic monitoring is disabled  The only way to avoid the echo is lowering the headset volume so much that the game becomes unplayable. Because the headset is advertised as PS5 compatible, this makes it unusable for its intended purpose on console. Has anyone found a real workaround, Synapse hardware profile, or firmware solution for this issue?Is Razer aware of this probl

A few days ago I bought a Razer Edge (Wi-Fi). The left joystick does not register vertical (up and down) inputs. The firmware was updated to 2.2 within the Nexus app, and the  system update tells me that my system is up to date (Android version 12, security update June 1, 2024). I’ve searched the forum for similar problems and none of the solutions seem to make a difference (such as changing the accessibility options), The problem persists in all situations: multiple native Android games, as well as Geforce Now (opened through Nexus as well as opened through the stand-alone Geforce application). I used "Game Controller Tester" from the Google Play store (developer: POW Games UK) and every button press registers correctly, as well as every axis on the right joystick. I upgraded to Synapse 4, but now the Advanced Settings for Kiyo Pro are ‘blacked out’  whenever I click on Advanced Settings No idea why this happens, but it means I am limited to basic settings and cannot make necessary adjustments to the camera. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Hello, I have made sure that the firmware is updating. But unfortunately my mouse constantly disconnects randomly, and the disconnect sound from Windows doesn’t play. It will randomly stop being recognized on Razer Synapse aswell, and only starts to work again if i turn it off then on again but it happens frequently. Along with that, the mouse skips a lot and seems laggy. I’ve had this issue for a while but it stopped for a couple months then came back. 

I am encountering error when trying to sign up for affiliate program from my creator dashboard. I also have error trying to link my twitch as one of my social links.

As you read in the title, my headset, the Razer Kraken V4, has audio issues on the -chat speaker playback channel. This especially happens when I listen to music on the playback device. However, when I plug in the USB to USBC connection cable all of the issues are resolved all of a sudden. I have updated the firmware, drivers, reinstalled synapse 4, done a bunch of resets, tweaked settings, yet I cannot find a proper solution. The only solution I found that was remotely close to solving this was disabling audio enhancements in Windows audio properties. But when I do this, it disables the THX Spatial Audio bonus, resulting in lower quality of sound. Anyone have a solution?

My Razer Edge wifi just stopped working in a middle of a game then it is now stuck on FastBoot with Device state - locked.Whatever choice I choose it just boot to the fastboot mode again.Is this fixable or should I just through this thing away and get a better device from a better vendor?

When I open the Thx app, it says "Please enter a 15-day trial or activation code." Where can I find the activation code for this model?

My Nari Ultimate seems to drop audio quality frequently. It will go from THX Spatial Audio sounds to non-surround sound without a visual cue. This happens even when i switch games or windows. I've tried deleting all extra profiles in case it was profile-by-window/program but had no luck. Sometimes when the headset cuts out the THX Spatial Audio either has A) no programs listed beneath it or B) all programs are grayed out (see screenshot). Usually the best fix for this is to simply switch THX off & then on, however I have had to restart PC a few times to get it fixed. This has been a constantly recurring issue and I would love to get it to just stay in THX and not swap audio quality between programs/screens.

I have used Chroma before but after making changes to my PC, all of the components function as a single rgb element. I have synced Asrock Polychrome to Chroma and the element added to the studio layout shows different lighting elements but the problem still persists. My Razer Viper V2 Pro wireless dongle suddenly stopped being detected.The dongle was not lost and shows no external physical damage.I tested multiple USB ports and another computer — it is not detected at the system level.The mouse works normally in wired mode. I understand the product is out of warranty and I am willing to pay for a replacement wireless dongle.Please advise the paid replacement process.

Hi Everyone,My Genshin Impact Razer Chair never came with a serial number that I know of but I can prove I purchased it on my account. I am looking to see if I can order a replacement seat as the old one has seen better days. If anyone knows who I can reach out to about this I would appreciate it.

1)If synapse is not running, the alt and shift keys do not work in wireless mode. But it works when in plugged mode.I tried hard reset by unplugging and plugging pressing the esc + saps + spacebar already, but the problem still persists. 2)Razer Synapse does not start up every time i started my PC, even I ticked the checkbox “start razer Synapse automatically when system starts” 3)I have to manually start the synapse every time i boot my pc. But there is a window everytrime showing it is downloading 53mb. Once it is finished, it says installation failed. I then have to click the retry button to run the synapse.

hi,i accidentally dropped keyboard. now the ‘v’ key doesnt work most of the time. i have to press it multiple times to work.is there anything i can do on my end to fix it. so i dont hae to send it in for repair ? ? ?

My Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition accidentally fell on the floor and stopped working.I would like to know if repair or replacement options are available.

I got a new Viper V3 Pro a couple of weeks ago, and it has started randomly disconnecting for anywhere between 2 and 30 seconds. It didn’t have this problem when I got it, but it started a few days ago and has been getting worse each day. I otherwise like the mouse a lot, so I don’t want to return it, but this issue is making it really challenging to use.

So I got a Blackwidow V4 pro and I connected it but had to disconnect it for a Zoom meeting, when I reconected it, it didn´t work. No RGB, not able to write. I swapped cables, thinking it would help, but now I have doubts and a useless keyboard.
