Hello, My Razer Seiren X used to work perfectly, but recently it stopped being recognized properly. Windows now shows it as “USB Advanced Audio Device”, and the audio quality has decreased. Synapse 4 does not detect the mic at all. Here’s everything I’ve tried so far: Uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 4 and other Razer software (Cortex, Chroma SDK). Removed leftover Razer folders and drivers from: C:\Program Files\Razer C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer C:\ProgramData\Razer %AppData%\Razer   Checked Device Manager for hidden devices and uninstalled any old drivers. Plugged the mic directly into a USB 3.0 port (no hubs). Disabled USB selective suspend and switched Windows to High Performance power plan. Restarted multiple times with and without the mic connected.  Despite all of this, the mic still shows up only as a generic USB audio device in Windows, and Synapse 4 does not detect it.

My keyboard is not charging on wired mode i tried it different USB ports on my laptop, when I use dongle mode it instantly shuts up and before that I have noticed that my battery percentages increase or decrease very fast, firmware is updated

I have the razer blade 15 2018 4k with the Gtx 1070 Max Q and it is too hot just when i am browsing 70-80 and when i play games its 100c is that will cause any damage to my laptop and if there is any solutions please tell me 

I bought a razer blackshark v2 x from liken3 months ago, yesterday I was using the microphone but literally all of a sudden it stopped working, I tried everything muting and unmuting, unplugging it, restarting the device, and using another controller. But nothing worked and my use for the mic was perfect, nothing happened to it.

Hey guys, I am new to this forum. I have been using the razer notebook 13 for 1+ year now and it’s working fine. But I have noticed that the fan runs at full speed when I am working on just even a word document. I don’t play any games. The max workload is from watching youtube or movies. I have only office and 3 other apps installed and the hard drive is only half full. I need to charge my laptop regulary (2 times a day) as the battery also seems to be draining. It may be a setting problem or an issue with something runnning in the background but I have no clue on how to get it fixed. Please help. 

I have my mouse for only 2 months and suddenly the scroll wheel wont work. Everything else in the mouse works such as the clicks, the side buttons, as well as the scroll wheel click. But the main problem is that it won't scroll up or down. Im not sure if this is a hardware issue. For context i also needed to reset my laptop and this issue happened after the reset.

Just bought barracuda X. I’m trying to install 7.1 Surround app, but it’s shows It can’t connect to servers. Also tried with admin permissions (ofc, there’s connection on PC, and net runs great). What Can I do?

Hi,I tried pairing my earbuds to my iPhone today, but only the left side one would light up, and the right side one would not. Last used it about 2 days ago and it was working fine, and suddenly today it does not. I have tried most of the support options I could find, like charging it through a computer, pairing it together etc, but nothing has worked. Is there any options or workarounds for this? 

I have deleted all my razer files, got rid of drivers, done 40 jumping jacks and yet NOTHING WORKS, I cant install synapse 3 or cortex cause it creates a .err file with the text "Failed to write installer file (Permission denied)". Help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Guten Abend. Ich wollte den Razer Raiju Ultimate Controller gerade einstellen. Hab den Controller per Kabel verbunden/alles funktioniert. Jetzt wollte ich es auf Bluetooth umstellen und jetzt geht gar nichts mehr. Kein Leuchten/ Kein anmachen/ nichts. Ist wie Tod! HILFE?!

Hello, I have had my Razer Nari Ultimate for a couple years now, and it has been great so far, until a year ago. I own two Naris, for two different set-ups. Both of them had a ton of connectivity issues, but they were mostly solved with the ultimate pairing utility and the dongle recovery tool. About a year ago, one of my Razer Nari Ultimates just stopped connecting to the dongle. Completely stopped, No matter how many times I’ve used the pairing utility, dongle recovery or firmware updater sometimes it would connect but not show any audio, and once I reset my computer, I was back to square one. For now, I’ve resorted to using the wired audio cable, but it really sucks that I don't have any way to use wireless. I have done countless Google searches, formatted my computer, reinstalled Synapse and a ton of other stuff to no avail.For now, the situation is like this: whenever I open the ultimate pairing utility, it shows me an update is required. I just updated to windows 11 but have seem to lost my blade.icm colour profile :(. It is not in the usual Windows\system32\spool\drivers\color nor is it in synapse. Does anyone have their one they are willing to send me please?

Hello. I have a 9750h/1660ti blade 15 base model I bought from amazon a month ago. Sometimes when I turn it on it hangs for a bit and the led indicator starts glowing green on and off. After 5 seconds or so the laptop turns on and off like 2 times showing the razer boot logo until it finally boots into windows. This does not happen on every startup. Its not that frequent. Have any of u experienced this problem? I have seen a similar issue on a reddit post but he said razer support fixed it for him. Afternoon  I’ve updated my Stealth to Windows 11 - in doing so, my trackpad has stopped working.  I think it must be a driver issue, but I can’t seem to find the drivers for it anywhere? Anyone know if I need to look in somewhere unusual?

Hi, today I received my Razer Naga trinity to replace my 2014 Naga, but with this new one the buttons 4 and 5 are not working as the old one. They only increase and decrease mouse speed, with razer synapse 3 (on Imac) I try to make a new profile but: 1- I try to bind them to keyboard buttons, but when the software asks me to input the keyboard button i press them but nothing happens, it seems to not "see" the kb buttons. 2- I assign them to mouse functions, and I set them as mouse button 4 and 5, but the software doesn't seem to save this settings and they still increase/decrease speed. There is no "save" buttons on razer synapse. I didn't press the "profile" button on the bottom of the mouse to not make more mistakes. Thanks in advance to those that will help :)

Hey, I recently bought the Razer Blackshark v2 headset. When I use it now, the volume on the left side is louder than on the right. It's not extremely strong, but it's noticeable enough to be annoying. I searched for this issue, specifically with the Razer Blackshark v2, and found multiple forum threads on different websites mentioning the same issue with the headset. So I tried it with and without the included soundcard, the Razer sound software, and the THX Surround driver. The headset was louder on the left side in all testing. I also tried the headset on my phone and three different PCs, all of which had the same issue. Yes my headset was plugged in correctly, I had my old razer kraken headset for comparison which works great instead. Now I'm left wondering how this product was released for sale at all if it has such a noticeable sound flaw. Sure there is this "easy" fix to go to the hardware & sound options, changing the balance of both sides. For me it works with 87 left and

Hi everyone, I have a problem with my new Razer Kraken Kitty V2 BT headphones. They are very good when used alone, perfect audio, nice colors, good software... but I have a problem when, for example, I play in co-op. I would like to point out that I play on a PC and to connect the headphones I had to buy a BT dongle on Amazon. On Fortnite when a friend joins the group the game audio gets worse, it seems as if it were muffled and robotic. I also tried it on a laptop with integrated Bluetooth and it works very well, so I think the problem is the dongle, but Razer doesn't have its own.  How can I solve it? I don't want wired headphones and the WIRELESS Kitty (the wireless Corsair Void works very well with their dedicated dongle) don't exist.If I don't find a solution I will switch to Corsair like my boyfriend.

I’ve looked up the information on the official Razer site, which seems to indicate there are two slots, one being empty.  However, YouTube videos showing the upgrade process on the Blade 14 show just a single slot.  If indeed there is an empty slot available, I would assume that the process would be slightly different, as I would not have to clone my current SSD onto the new one.  Right?
