Ever since the latest firmware update, my controller has struggled to stay charging, especially when my console is turned off. I will plug my controller in to charge overnight and it has been fine until the latest update that happened this week. Now when I plug in the controller when the console is on, the Xbox app will recognise that it is charging. I will then turn off the console and come back a few hours later and it will say “low battery”. My Xbox is on “always active” sleep mode, so the console is not turning off at any point. I can confirm this because my external HDD has a power light that will go off when the USB ports are powered down and the light remains on when the console is off. I have even plugged the controller into the external HDD USB port out of curiosity but there's no change. I’m not sure if it is that the controller won’t remain charging or if the battery indicator in the app is incorrect but either way something seems wrong. Anybody have any suggestions? It’s be

I’ve been using this controller for some hours as it’s arrived today. I’ve got it updated to the latest firmware via the Xbox app.However, I've got an issue where after mapping the additional buttons M1..Mx. When playing for sometime, they reset to the default ones. Especially, M2 M3 and M4 they reset by themselves. In order to try and fix it, I need to remap the buttons even though they are showing fine in the app. So, I enter to the only created profile I’ve got in the app and re-assign the mappings to the same ones I’ve had configured, not even changing anything and it works fine after clicking on OK. Then after sometime when playing the game, the issue starts again, so the mappings are not persisting. Which is of course, very frustrating and the controller isn’t doing what’s supposed to do. Tried to contact the chat support, but it’s not working either… it says ‘something went wrong, try again’ I did it 3 times to reach the same level, so not even the chatbot is working. I’m think

Hello. I was using my Seiren X micro for ~year, and one day it just stop recording my voice in google meet. After that i try many options to localize the problem.tried to listen what my mic recording with standart windows tool (“listen to this device” in microphone properties). I hear omly small constant noise. No other noises created by me wasn’t recorded tried to plug mic in another USB port (3.0/2.0) seems no difference. doesn’t help. tried to update audio driver with standart windows tool and download all windows updates. doesn’t help. tried to find some driver software for this microphone. synapse 2 and 3 not working with my mic. tried to check my mic on another PC. using method 1 same noise. doesn’t help tried to change cable, plug in and no difference. doesn’t help tried another mic in my system, mic from headset and webcam work correcly. not a system problem tried to look in OBS to loudness of recording noises and i saw that mic is actually hear my noises, yet i can’t hear it
I installed the v1.12.00_r1 firmware and experiencing a soft stuck where the key behaves as if it is still pressed even after I release it. (mainly ctrl, alt, tab keys, etc.)this has never happened before the firmware update.reinstall synapse, remove synapse, reinstall hid driver, reinstall firmware using bootloader mode, reinstall Windows, everything i could do didn't help. i want to try a firmware downgrade, but can't find the download link. can you provide a download link for the previous version of the firmware?
Hello! First post here, sorry if it’s in the wrong place or format. I have a set of the Anzu smartglasses, but have scratched my lenses after a drop on concrete. Everything’s fine, just an annoying scratch in the middle. I’ve put the clear lenses in temporarily, but wondering if there’s a way to order another set of the “sunglass” tinted lenses? I’m not seeing them in the replacement parts section of the website. I understand this product is out of warranty, but just hoping there’s still a set on the shelf somewhere. Hi,I've got a Razer Blade Pro 17 rz09-03146N92 and I have been very pleased with the device.I have set the built-in keyboard to a cyan (light blue) color. But a couple of weeks ago the key R started to change its color to a more yellow color. And now also key F4, 4, C and alt have lost their blue color. I have updated all drivers for OS (Windows 11) and for the HW. I have reset the backlight color within Razer Synaps but the problem remains. I think this is a HW issue with the keyboard leds. As of today, my Basilisk Ultimate decided to stop working when plugged in via the wire. I’ve tried numerous things like using a different port, installing synapse 4, deactivating the device and installing new drivers etc. But the issue persists. The mouse is properly plugged in, as it is being charged, just not recognized as a mouse otherwise. In the devices under windows it shows up with “driver error” (see screenshots in german)Hope this can be solved, as ive seen other people with the same issue posting today.
Can anyone on here help me out? Unable to even contact razer support as my headphones are out of warranty. I can't find any sort of replacement usb dongle for my razer thresher 7.1 headset and need to know what my options are. Are any of their other replacement dongles able to be used or am I all out of luck? Cheers in advance
Everytime I restart my PC the macro commands stay however, the keybinds on the right do not. I have to assigne the key binds every time i turn on my PC, it is so annoying! Razer can you fix your shit and save my keybinds please? I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times and deleted my user files to do with razer. Any ideas on what else i can do or is it simply a bad software issue? My keyboard is Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL thanks
For some reason my razer kraken ultimate mic recently has started muting/unmuting on its own and sometimes the mic button is not 100% responsive. I have tried turning off razer synapse, unistalling both the drivers and razer synapse and using the headset on another computer,however the problem keeps persist. This problem started happening after using the razer cleanup driver tool and it might have to do with the fact that the driver is faulty. The driver date is the exact same date as the day I used the driver cleanup tool and the driver is not from razer but from microsoft(Im not sure if thats a problem or not)
I recently saw that there is a firmware updater section on Razer. I see that on Razer Synapse my Deathadder is version 1.0.0.0 or whatever and on the firmware updater section there is a 1.0.1 version. I try to use the firmware updater but it doesn’t work, it doesn’t see my device as being connected, tried reinstalling synapse, reconnecting the mouse. Nothing fixed it. Can anyone help me?!
As the title reads, mostly under specific circumstances, my headset will make a ‘’popping’’ sound, disconnect then connect again. This thing happens in loop if it happens. I’ve realized it happens mostly when I launch Fortnite. I also experienced it aat random times. I’ve tried every solution that the threads read. Literally shutting down Synapse fixes everything, but then the stock settings for the headset are awful. I use a custom equalizer and that’s the only thing I use synapse for really.Turning off the software fixes it all but then my audio is really awful. Any kind of help is appreciated.

OS: Windows 10 Razer Blade 15 Base Product No.: RZ09-03286E22 Serial No.: BY2028A9130460 I was using Diskdrill and Recuvra to recover a deleted game file. As Diskdrill was scanning I walked away from the computer for a minute and came back to find my laptop in recovery mode, I clicked start recovery and got a pop up with the number 5 in it and nothing else so I tried exiting out of that and it did the recovery in like a few seconds when it shut down the computer I turned it back on only to end end up back on that initial recovery screen and that's all that happens now. I tried pressing F4-F8 each time I booted up but nothing I press on the keyboard works. I can't access anything but recovery mode when the computer is on. The recovery process itself only takes a few seconds it'll say creating system for a few seconds then setting up for a few seconds and then right after it says shutting down in ten seconds and shuts itself down automatically. I've had a viper v2 pro for a little while now and the dongle randomly stopped connecting. I went to best buy and got an exchange for a new viper v2 pro using warranty and the same issue is happening, the usb slot works fine with other mice, and the dongle doesn't connect on other laptops either. The mouse connects when plugged into with the charging cable, but not when trying to connect with the usb, I've used the razerUSBhyperspeed dongle utility software, but it doesn't work because the dongle doesn't actually connect. I don't know how this happens on both occasions but I really need my mouse to be working wirelessly.
Hi together,i recently bought a Blade 14 2022 and a Core X Chroma. In this combination I thougt it would be possible to wake up the Blade by WOL. But so far I didn’t managed to get it working… After some performance issues I switched the docking to a HP USB-C Dockingstation G5 which also comes with a LAN Port. Same here, i dont get it working, to wake up the Blade. With another HP Notebook it is working to wake it up by the HP Dock. Is it in general possible to wake up the blade 14 by WOL? I dont find something on google and on the Razer-Sites… the bios is pretty empty and dont give any information about WOL… I tried already the common things which can be found on the web/razer sites… Windows fast start deactivated, Energy-Settings in the Device Manager, ... Someone can help? it would be pretty annoying if I always have to open the blade to turn it on… i put it below my desk to have only the monitor + mouse and keyboard on the desk... Thanks Razerkoala
Purchased this unit for use with my Windows 10 PC in May of 2022. Working great until a week ago. No response from the USB dongle so I am forced to use the headset as wired which is not ideal. Steps I have taken to correct the issue:-Uninstalled / Reinstalled razer synapse software-Nari firmware updater-Razer Nari Pairing utility-Nari Dongle Recovery tool All unsuccessful. Dongle is not responsive to the paring utility and is not detected by the recovery tool
Its been 2 days since i m using my earbuds and upgraded to latest firmware version also through razer app. But i noticed that after fully charged my left earbud battery drains faster than right its like 12 to 15% difference between both. Is it a defect or is it due to razer uses left earbud to connect to device and right bud to connect to left earbud as on internet i read other companies uses vice versa.
I've had my naga pro for awhile and the grips on the mouse have begun to deteriorate, both the mouse side and the switchable panel side. The lack of replacement parts and help from the razer support has basically left me without an answer. The universal grip tape texture isn't to my liking and doesn't have the right feel as the original rubber grips. Unfortunately the company that makes to mouse can't sell the grip separate because either they are greedy and want you to buy a new mouse or are to stupid to actually sell parts for their equipment. Anyone have an idea of how I can get the replacement grips or an alternative, or should i just give up on razer and find a mouse from Logitech or some other company that can help.
