Taşınacağımız için kızıma aldığım Razer Enki koltuğu sökmek zorunda kaldım. Ancak, gazlı kaldırma mekanizmasını eğim mekanizmasından çıkaramadım. Resimde gösterildiği gibi sıkışmış durumda. Hiçbir şekilde çıkmıyor.

My Viper V3 Pro SE is slow charging. After 3 hours its only at 85%. Then when I unplug the USB the percentage goes down to 83% fast. I already tried the steps Razer Support says to do if this happens and still nothing change. Plz help.

I’ve had my Razer Nommo V2 Pro Nommo set since 2023 and have enjoyed it since purchase. Recently, as of yesterday, my subwoofer no longer turns on! I don’t have an extra power cable for the subwoofer laying around and can not test if the cable has died as of this moment. I’ve tried direct power to the wall sockets in my room, to my UPS unit(where it has been plugged in since 2023.) It does not turn on no matter what I do!I’ve looked at the other support threads here, and on the Razer subreddit. Was wondering if anyone else has had recent issues with the subwoofer not turning on and if a replacement cable/extra cable has fixed it?  List of things I’ve tried: Tried different power sockets. Uninstalled Razer Synapse 4 non-beta. Reinstalled it. Tried installing Razer Synapse 3 and the Razer Synapse 4 Beta. Nothing. Went back to Synapse 4.  Tried to follow the order of operations for reconnecting the set from start to finish multiple times.  Power cycled 4 times waiting 15 minutes following

Hey all, Just today I received a Basilisk V3, opened it about 15 minutes ago and noticed that normal scrolling on the scroll wheel does not work. Pressing the mouse scroll in, switching to smooth scroll and side scrolling all works but normal scrolling doesn’t - smooth scrolling or not. I have tried:Plugging into a different USB port Closing down Synapse and trying to scroll Updating the mouse firmware Resetting the device via SynapseAll to no effect. My old mouse, a Basilisk V2, scrolls just fine no problem. Any known issues/help? Or am I just returning it? Cheers.

Hello,My Razer Nommo V2 Pro speaker system is defective. The subwoofer powers on, blinks, and connects successfully, but both desktop speakers remain completely dead. There is no Chroma RGB light and no sound from the speakers at all. It seems like the speakers are not getting any power.I have also tried connecting the system to another computer, but it still does not work. I already replaced the batteries in the Control Pod, reconnected the proprietary speaker cable tightly, and power cycled the system. Nothing helped.The website states my serial number is not in the database.Model: Razer Nommo V2 Pro Thank you.

After recent software update mouse is unusable!It is absolutely shocking.Power setting / sleep time is resetting itself to 0 all the time! Changing it doesn’t matter, as it will be back to 0 after few minutes.Connecting mouse via usb cable to PC used to help to be able to change the settings, but now even mouse connected via usb cable disconnects every 0 seconds!!What is happening and when will this be repaired!

Hi, I own a Razer Enki gaming chair in the UK. I need to purchase genuine replacement left and right 4D armrest assemblies. after alot of experimention, clean installs, i found the weirdest fix ever 1.Add your games/apps to steam library as unsupported (you can hide them from your steam librarylater if you want) 2. Go back to razer synapse and click scan for games Games/apps should appear in the softwarez theyll have the correct file locations just no icons, you can add icons if you want

 I recently performed a clean installation of Windows on my Razer Blade 15 Base 2021 (Model: RZ09-0369) after changing the ssd. Title. I’ve had this headset for about a year now maybe, no real problems with it. Recently, the 7.1 surround sound app just auto-closes itself when I try to open it, thus rendering 7.1 sound inoperable. I have tried…Rebooting my headset.Rebooting my PC.Reinstalling the app.Nothing helps. I am in need of a gas lift replacement for my razer enki X chair. My warranty has expired and I am unable to go through the usual channel of support.  The gas lift in the chair is failing and when sat on the chair slowly sinks and does not retain height while in use. I am willing to pay full price for the replacement.

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate and wanted to check if anyone has seen this before or has a fix.The mouse works completely fine when connected via cable, but the wireless connection via USB dongle is unusable.The dongle keeps trying to connect but immediately disconnects again. In Windows Device Manager, it constantly reappears and reloads in a reconnect loop.I also tested it on my MacBook (no Razer Synapse installed and the device was never previously paired there). Every time i try to launch Sea of thieves (Microsoft store version) when i get passed the launch screen and “start game” my audio is halved (Possible even lower), Now this isn't the game audio being halved. It is my entire pc sound output being halved, Even after disabling apps taking exclusive control of this device. Not 100% sure its a razor issue but since it is my entire pc output going down it looks like it is. (Blackshark v2 THX Spatial Audio).

I'm experiencing a serious issue with my Razer Orochi V2 when using the 2.4 GHz HyperSpeed USB dongle.Problem:As soon as I plug the USB dongle into my Windows 11 laptop, my Wi-Fi performance is severely affected. It's not just my home Wi-Fi that disappears—almost all nearby Wi-Fi networks vanish from the available networks list. Sometimes no networks are visible at all.The only way my home Wi-Fi network appears again is if I move extremely close to my Wi-Fi repeater/router. Hello :) I have a problem with pairing a new dongle that I bought at an auction. The dongle is detected as a Razer Nari and I can't pair it with the Razer Utility Pairing program because the Utility Pairing program doesn't detect the Ultimate headphones, but when I pair it, the Utility Pairing Ultimate doesn't detect the dongle. Please help me what to do in this case.

My razer viper v3 pro just wont turn on, the led wont flash, or anything at all, whenever i plug it into my pc it doesn’t work either, ive had the mouse for a couple months with 0 issues, it didnt start until last night i updated windows and shut down my pc and i woke up this morning and now it just wont work at all, ive tried plugging it into a different pc with different chords including the usb-c chord that it came with and ive had no luck.  Side note: I also had this problem with the viper v2 pro where the wireless dongle wont work so i have to use it wired which is why i decided to upgrade

hi, my iskur has been with me for 6 years and has been working great until last week the base itself broke, the lift lever doesnt work anymore and the weld at the bottom plates are broken. Looks to me a total replacement of the bottom part. armrest is also now breaking, might need a new one. Where can I get replacements?
