I have had this headset for at least 2 years, It's worked fantastically the entire time right up until a few days ago when it stopped connecting. headset works fine with the cable connection, I've tried to use the various utilities to fix it and none them of worked so i went to look for a new dongle online and could find nothing, then i saw other posts of people with the same problem. Can anyone help with solving this issue.
Having the same issue as many others here - Razer Nari Ultimate worked fine for a long time now all of a sudden is rapidly disconnecting/reconnecting on PC/PS5 - causing playback issues and of course forcing me to use 3.5mm jack - reached out on twitter troubleshooted everything from the recovery tool to having my case escalated to “advanced support” but its been 5 days without replyUSB ports work for anything else just the headset keeps cutting out and its infuriating - please assist as this is my third locale for support
My razer devices disconnect and reconnect out of nowhere. When it starts this cycle of disconnects and reconnects, it usually happens for several minutes straight. This is not a USB or motherboard problem. It happens to my razer keyboard and mouse at the same time. My Chroma lighting on my keyboard will revert to default color design when it disconnects, and then back to my preferred chroma settings when it reconnects. It disconnects and reconnects every couple of seconds until I reboot. Even if I plug my keyboard and mouse into different pots, the problem persists. I've tried plugging my mouse and keyboard into USB ports that I know don't have a problem, because I have other devices plugged into them that stay connected all the time. However, the problem persists no matter which USB ports I use. My mouse experiences the exact same problem at the same time, which makes it nearly impossible to use, because when it disconnects, I obviously have no input. It reconnects for a second or 2
I’ve had my razor kitty headset since Christmas 2021 and they’ve recently started disconnecting a lot with a popping noise. I’m not sure if it’s a razer synapse issue because it’s everytime I move my laptop slightly it disconnects like there’s an issue with the usb/wire that’s broken ?? Is there a way I can fix this if it’s a wire issue ? Kinda upset they’re not even that old and they’re already showing signs of wear and tear :(
Hello. Encountered a problem. After battery replacement in my Basilisk X Hyperspeed bluetooth connection stopped working.When I re-moved switch to OFF and to BT mode again - nothing happened. Not even usual blue blink on mode switching button. LED is not blinking and stays black in BT mode. Tried to enter pairing mode with 4+5+mode combination - nothing. Changed 5 batteries - no changes. When you enter dongle mode - everything is alright and working perfectly. But when you switch to BT mode - it’s not entering pairing mode and LED is not blinking blue, as it was before. Problem with any device I tried to pair to. Paired mouse was deleted before any attempt to pair again. Tried to hold left+mwheel+right button combination - blue led started blinking rapidly and mouse can be found with “dfubasilisk” name in available devices to connect. But this is not default mode and after I connect - “dfubasikisk” device is just added to paired list, but nothing happens next and mouse is not available
I’m trying to connect my Blackshark v2 Pro to my Xbox with the razer audio setup app but it wont detect the headphones. I have the usb stick plugged in and the blue light is on which should mean it’s connected but the app won’t work for them. Are the Blackshark v2 pros not supported by the app?
This update installed via Windows Update on 7/7/2023. Ever since the update I’m getting a constant usb connecting/disconnecting sound and if I’m lucky the “unable to connect to USB” pops up long enough that I can click on it and lock it to a window so I’m not getting constantly pinged. When I go through windows updates, there is no update for me to uninstall, when I search online there are no resources to download this separately and attempt another install. The only thing I could find that helped temporarily is in device manage, under hidden devices there is a “Razer Device” which I uninstalled and restarted. Which fixed the issue for a little bit until it came back about 2 hours ago and then mysteriously cleared up again.Whats the deal with this driver; Why isn’t it showing up in windows updates? Why is there no online documentation? Why does the windows website not include this update?
Hello, I have problems with 2.4GHz dongle, it does not see the mouse and the pair is not making. The mouse is NOT visible also in Razer Synapse 3 when is set to 2.4GHz, only when is set on Bluetooth.The mouse is working on Bluetooth mode (but is a bit slowly).I mention that I updated the drivers, restarted the laptop, updated Windows, reinstalled Razer Synapse 3 and the problem persists, the mouse is working only on Bluetooth mode, with 2.4GHz the mouse is not visible and is not connecting to the dongle.
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my new Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 model. I purchased and received it less than a week ago, made sure to apply all updates to both the headset and attached USB dongle, and am experiencing the following issue: Whenever I am streaming (game/show/movie/anything) in Discord, whoever is viewing the stream hears a buzz in the background. I quickly plugged in my old headset (non Razer, wired headset+mic) and the stream is no longer buzzing. My Windows is fully updated, the Razer headset is set as my default mic in windows, etc. I can’t think of any reason as to why the headset would be affecting stream audio. I have even tried muting my mic during stream. Also, the static/buzzing sound does not happen during regular voice calls in discord. I’ve also tested several other calling apps (teams, regular phone calls, etc) and have no audio issues. I have not tried streaming video on any other platform as I don’t really have another platform to test on. I’m not sure
I have a razor 15 base model and when I go to put my laptop into gaming mode, I am unable to because synapse is telling me that the laptop is receiving inadequate power which is stunting my performance. I have no every changed charging adapters and my laptop came with a 180W adapter. I also checked my battery life and it is at 96 percent, and have noticed zero swelling. I was wondering what I can do to fix this inorder to get the maximum performance out of my laptop.
Just yesterday, my headset was working fine including spatial audio. However for some reason today spatial audio isn't even being seen as an audio output option. In Synapse, I can toggle the spatial audio setting on and off, but it does not work. On top of this, the light indicator on my headset next to the button that toggles spatial audio no longer lights up. I cant find any reason why it would have stopped working so suddenly. There used to be an audio output option called “THX Spatial (Synapse)”.
Battery was 90% last checked 10 minutes ago. Was working fine. Now the right earbud won't on. im confused. How to fix? Hello everyone just wanted to try my Microphone out on skype but my friend couldn't hear me so basically, I checked all through the settings and on sound - recording devices - there was no output audio for the microphone it was there (the device) just no active sound was coming out of it. Talked to Razer Prepherables and they were no help. All in all it came down to Razer it self and it software (beta) need to fix it. Also note if anyone else is having problems post here.
Hello,Recently some keys (random) are double typing, which is very frustrating.I already did a firmware update, reset my keyboard to the default settings, check Windows keyboard settings, cleaned the keyboard.Nothing seems to work.Is there any solution to fix this? Thank you in advance.
Hi there,The problem I'm having right now is that the computer won't charge. However, the LED indicator on the power supply is on. In other words, when the battery runs out, I can no longer turn on the computer and use it.It is because when I connect the power supply to the computer, there is no response at all. I heard someone said maybe the software(Windows 11) problems !I have tried to delete and reinstall the batteries driver from the windows 11 system device, but it still can't solve the problem.What should I do? Yesterday, I got a Blackshark V2. Although since the start, there's a problem. At seemingly random intervals, I get a beeping sound. According to the manual, it is supposed to mean that the battery is low, however, Razer Synapse indicates that the battery is full. It hasn't been a day and I'm already extremely annoyed by this. How to fix ? It's basically the same problem as described in this post, however a clear answer wasn't given. /razer-blackshark-v2-beeping.79180/ Tried doing a clean re-install of Razer Synapse without avail.
