Razer Kraken Kitty disconnecting
I just got my kitty headphones, person I got them from told me they are barely used, or just came out of packaging to test if they work, but I really don't mind if they are used, just want to mention that I do not know the real state of the headphones. The problem is that after testing them out for few days now they keep making two popping sounds and disconnect and reconnect. I tried update windows, synapse is up to date, tested both usb ports (I do use them on gaming laptop) but they keep doing that and it's pretty often so it makes me very annoyed. Everyone keep saying it's the problem with the synapse... But can it be wires? Maybe someone with same issue changed the wires and got the problem solved? I really don't want to change it for nothing, because I will not be able to get pink cord (which I love how it looks). :/ It disconnects mostly when I move them, when I put them still they do not dc. Or I should keep trying to play with updates, drivers and all?
Razer 17 Pro Black screen after 2004 Windows 10 update
Hello, After updating Windows 10 2004 version, it started to have a black screen. It still works (eg: if connected to a projector by HDMI). Model: Razer Blade 17 Pro 2080 MaxQ RZ09-03148 The drivers are updated. I already read some previous forums and tried to install the BIOS 1.04. Although since is for different models (RZ-09 03295 and RZ-09 03297), I cannot install the BIOS and the problem remains. Is there any BIOS update for my model? Any suggestions?
Razer Nari crackling
I bought these headphones about 3 months ago and this cod sound recently appeared. I see that a lot of topics are open on the same problems and nothing helped me. And for some reason I can’t write in private messages in support and no one helps me. 7.1 RAZER SURROUND SOUND code error "license code is invalid"
I bought a Kraken X for Christmas and today I tried to activate 7.1, I installed the software "7.1 Surround sound" and when he asked to put the activation code I scratched the card and put the code, only that one is appearing to me error saying "License code is invalid" what can I do? i'm desperate i need help. Electra v2 doesn't work
my headset sometimes stop sounds, but it was normal, but yesterday it stopped, now even if i disconect, change the usb port or anything, doesn't work, i already try to connect in other pc and doesn't work, my synapse doesn't recognize the headset, i try to update driver and it say to me reconnect my headset, i do and it doesn't change, can someone help me?
Nari Ultimate - Sounds causes crackling in headphones.
I recently bought a pair of the Nari Ultimates and whenever sound is played through either the game or chat volume it also produces a crackling sound. The headphones work perfectly fine on a different computer and play the sound through a speaker on my monitor doesn't cause the same crackling sound. This also makes the microphone have crackling in it.
Razer Nari No Output on Microphone
Hello everyone just wanted to try my Microphone out on skype but my friend couldn't hear me so basically, I checked all through the settings and on sound - recording devices - there was no output audio for the microphone it was there (the device) just no active sound was coming out of it. Talked to Razer Prepherables and they were no help. All in all it came down to Razer it self and it software (beta) need to fix it. Also note if anyone else is having problems post here.
Synapse 2.0 Will not open
I am in a position where I have an Orbweaver Chroma and it is unusable. All the keybinds and macros that I set up are no longer in use and the product has reverted to default. I am unable to open Synapse 2.0 to correct anything or reset my keybinds/macros. Any help/advice would be amazing as I love the Orbweaver. I have tried multiple reinstalls and it will not open
Razer Core x Chroma + Sapphire 5700 XT Problem
Hi, at first sorry for my bad english. I have a Razer Stealth Blade 13 (2019) and now i have bought the Razer X Chroma with the Sapphire 5700 XT. But it did not work. I installed the latest Adrenalin driver from AMD page. But in the device Manager, i see the message (There are not enough ressources for this device. Code 12). I installed the latest BIOS firmware 06/19 but the same problem. Anybody nows a solution for my problem? Thanks
[Fixed}Kraken 7.1 V2 No audio
Issue: My game is not picking up kraken headset. I am getting no sound at all from them for this one single game. My assumption is that since the headset is a legacy item and this is an updated Synapse something there isn't meshing well and something is going wrong. Everything else works. All other games work. All other applications work. I had an issue before with Synapse stopped working with my naga mouse. Kraken headset worked fine. I had to update Synapse and redo all of my mouse settings. I got all of that sorted out. For the first time since updating Synapse I opened up my game and nothing. No sound is being picked up. I unplug my headset and sound fills the room. I plug in some knock off earbuds that barely fit and sound comes through. I try an old headset where only the right side works and sound comes through. It is only with the kraken headset where I get nothing.
GameManagerService using up a lot of RAM
The process GameManagerService or Razer Game Manager is taking up a lot of ram, even when i have no apps open. I've already reinstalled and repaired all Razer apps/programs on my PC, and the problem persists. I've even tried disabling just the GameManagerService, but it disables Synapse and my keyboard/mousepad lights. It usually uses from 300-500MB, but it can go as low as 100MB or as high as a whole GB.
Razer Wolverine Tournament Edition not working at Windows 10 Boot
As Razer must know for at least half a year: The Razer Wolverine is famous: For failing hard. Loads of people in Steam wrote what I'll write here, just so that Razer cannot continue to claim "it's a first" in E-Mails. When the Razer Wolverine TE is connected when Windows 10 starts, it will not work. The Windows device manager (devmgmt.msc) simply shows "Device not recognized" and disabling and such has no effect. It needs to be physically disconnected. Note that of course the LEDs are also not working and the controller isn't recognized at all. As there are already several threads from 2019 mentioning this, I somehow doubt Razer give's a sh*t. Anyway, for anyone who reads this in a couple of years or whatever: just get your money back if you still can.
Synapse 3 causes crackle in audio for Nari wireless
I've just bought a pair of razer Nari wireless headphones and after installation of the Synapse 3 software I noticed my audio got a crackle in stereo and surroundsound. Especially when listening to online videos. After deletion of Synapse 3 the crackle dissapeared, but now I'm not able to use surroundsound on my PC. I used this yt-video to test my audio for the crackle: at 1:10 I would like to use the software for surroundsound and chroma, but not if it will cause a crackle in the audio. Is there someone who might be able to help me? Because if it won't be resolved I will be buying a different pair of headphones.
