Yesterday, I got a Blackshark V2. Although since the start, there's a problem. At seemingly random intervals, I get a beeping sound. According to the manual, it is supposed to mean that the battery is low, however, Razer Synapse indicates that the battery is full. It hasn't been a day and I'm already extremely annoyed by this. How to fix ? It's basically the same problem as described in this post, however a clear answer wasn't given. /razer-blackshark-v2-beeping.79180/ Tried doing a clean re-install of Razer Synapse without avail.
As far as I’m aware, the Blackshark v2 Pro (2023) does not work wirelessly via the use of the included dongle on the Xbox Series X|S. In order for the headset to work properly, can I use a USB-C to 3.5mm to connect the headset to the controller? Or do I use a 3.5 to 3.5 and lose functionality of the headset’s mic?
My Razer Viper V2 Pro's wireless dongle randomly stopped working and I don't know why. It was working fine one day then the next it no longer works, is there any way to get this item replaced? I even bought the hyper polling wireless dongle from Razer and now I can’t use either wireless features.
Using a program called Focus LoggerI have determined that Razer synapse 3 is causing Full screen Games to be pulled out of focus, while in a gaming session, and minimize instantly to desktop, without warning. It can happen after 5 minutes of gaming, or 10 minutes. Focus Logger tells me its the folder location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\WPFUI\Framework\Razer Synapse 3 Host and points to Razer Synapse 3.exe. Is there anyway to stop synapse from doing this, would a full uninstall/reinstall help here? Is there an issue with windows 11 and synapse?
I’ve just bought a wireless mouse Razer Basilisks X hyperspeed and Im having random freezing issues with the connection. Sometimes while I’m playing I cant move my pointer for one second or even more. I dont know if his is a common problem and how to solve it before contacting Razer Support. I did verify windows is updated, updated the firmware, downloaded the pairing utility and almost all things before contacting them. Thanks for your time.
All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters.If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.
Hi there. I’m the owner of (so far) two Huntsman V2 Analogs. I fell for the marketing gimmick of the variable actuators, but that aside, I love them to bits. I use one, and my boyfriend uses another. My keyboard will, at seemingly random, repeat the last dozen keys or so that have been pressed in the last minute. The result is an infuriating situation where the keyboard will repeat windows key presses, enter keystrokes, alt-tab inputs (which makes games more interesting), grenade key (g) inputs (which makes games slightly more interesting), fire-mode selector (x) inputs (which makes games significantly more interesting), and spewing the last few seconds of conscious thoughts I’ve just typed a second time in an instant, trashing whatever sentence I’m trying to formulate. If that happens while I’m typing this, I’ll leave it in as an example.So it registers as actual inputs, so I immediately suspected hardware, or some kind of conflict. It’s brand new. It works. It says firmware update is required. I download the software, select the headset, plug in the wireless dongle, plug the headset directly into the PC via USB. The update button never becomes enabled to be clickable. I’ve tried multiple cables to make sure it wasn’t the cable. The one in the box charges the headset just fine and should work. Any ideas? It keeps harassing me to update firmware but I can’t! Any ideas or do I need to do some formal support?
Hello everyone just wanted to try my Microphone out on skype but my friend couldn't hear me so basically, I checked all through the settings and on sound - recording devices - there was no output audio for the microphone it was there (the device) just no active sound was coming out of it. Talked to Razer Prepherables and they were no help. All in all it came down to Razer it self and it software (beta) need to fix it. Also note if anyone else is having problems post here.
I have a Razer Basilisk Ultimate with the charging dock, and I have set the lighting profile to be static purple, saved and updated the profile. Everytime I shut down my PC and boot back up, the mouse and dock are both cycling colours like it did when i first bought it. Every time I have to go into lighting profile, change it from static to something else, then back to static for it to stick…. Any ideas? Thank you
I just bought a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro and I have it plugged in with the 3.5 mm jack. I can hear just fine after the computer asked me what I plugged and I said "Headphones" but on my Realtek HD Audio Manager, it says its "Headphone (Speakers)". Plus, in my Sounds settings it says my Microphone for the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro is plugged in but the Microphone for the Realtek High Definition Audio isn't. Maybe it'll work if I charged it an had it wireless but I prefer to have it wired. I bought a 3.5mm cable audio splitter on Amazon to see if that will fix it but even when I set the microphone to "Mic-In" on the Realtek HD Audio Manager, my voice still isn't detected. Nor will Razer Synapse recognize that the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro is even plugged in. Any help is appreciated.
Desde octubre del año pasado estoy teniendo problemas con mis auriculares, se desconectan y conectan a cada rato, me incomoda mucho porque no puedo tener una llamada estable o jugar de manera tranquila sin que se desconecten y afecten el rendimiento de mi pc. Tengo todos los drivers y controladores actualizados, e incluso he formateado la pc varias veces, estoy cansada de estre problema.El sonido es de gran calidad, pero es decepcionante que despues de 2 años empiecen a fallar porque es un producto muy costoso y pareciera que te cobran mas por el valor de su nombre que por la escasa calidad que no estan ofreciendo, estoy pensando seriamente en botarlos, porque ni pare regalar sirven.
Hello, I’ve been trying to find a solution for my Razer Naga V2 Pro but it’s getting to the point of me just spending hours and hours trying to fix it. I am unable to use/load any profiles besides my default profile while I have to restart razer synapse over and over again to even get the default one to work “properly”. It keeps getting stuck in an endless loading motion and nothing happens.I can’t even reset it with the “factory reset” option on the top right cogwheel since that option is also constantly stuck loading. My basilisk v3 works perfectly fine and swaps thte profiles within 1-2secs.I’ve restarted my PC multiple times, unplugged, uninstalled synapse, restarted, uninstalled the mouse in device managers, updated the firmware and yada yada yada.I actually start to believe the mouse is defect or does/did anyone else a similar issue. I need help :(
Device Model: Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2019 (Optical Switch) Synapse Version: 3.5.630.61222 Hi, Synapse 3 prevents windows go to sleep when idle. Manual put to sleep works fine. I just had a diagnostic session with windows support and ended up fix the issue by disabling Synapse from starting up at boot and not using it at all. Did a google search regarding Synapse with Windows Sleep, came up with a solution to disable a HID Game Controller in Device Manager. However, this device is not present in my Device Manager. Please advise.
I’ve bought Razer Barracuda this January and recently about two days ago, the light indicator is not blinking/turned on while charging. The light indicator works fine when i turning on/off the headphone, pairing bluetooth, switch mode etc. And i thought it’s firmware issue, so i checked for updates. But then, when i tried to update it to 1.5.0-1.02.00 versin, the updater gave me this error (attached) and my razer suddenly disconnected. Tried to reconnect and update again but still the same. Anyone have experienced this? Thanks in advance!
I'm stuck with this popup when I try to run Synapse to change settings on my Razer Kiyo camera. Clicking either button does nothing and no other UI controls on the screen (e.g. Advanced Settings) do anything. Therefore I can't adjust my zoom or any other camera settings. Help please. Windows 10.
I recently purchased the Razer Basilisk v3 Pro and the Mouse Dock Pro. I'm having issues with the dock when booting into Windows the dock stops working my mouse is not detected even if I turn off the mouse and on again. The only way I can make the dock work is to unplug the dock and plug it back in. I have to do this every time I boot my PC. I also get the issue when my PC goes to sleep. When waking the PC I get the same problem. I have updated the firmware of the mouse and dock. But, this has no effect. I have also repaired Synapse and have done a clean install. Does anyone else have this issue on Windows 11?
Hi.Recently mi Kraken Ultimate headsets are “poping” and disconnecting and connecting every 10 minutes more or less, the microphone gets muted alone as well… Im so done whith this and i cant find a solution anywere. Please any help given will be apreciate. Thank You so much
I downloaded Razer Synapse 3 due to my Razer Kraken headset mic not working—as in, not showing up at all. Not in the control panel, not in input devices, nothing. My audio jack on my laptop works with input devices, and I tried using the splitter that came in the box, but nothing worked. The audio component works fine, as does the surround sound, but not the mic. In Razer Synapse 3, the headset isn't detected at all. I am using a Windows 11 laptop with an Intel Core i5. Any fixes?
