Click “Add” and set a new global key (e.g., Ctrl+Alt+F12) → assign action. Click Save/Confirm. The shortcut appears in the list. Refresh the view (switch tab, reopen Synapse, or restart the app). The newly added shortcut is gone. Expected: the shortcut remains saved and works globally.Actual: the shortcut disappears after the UI refresh/restart.What I’ve tried Sign out/in of Razer ID; toggle cloud sync off/on. Close all

When I installed Synapse 4 to use with my Huntsman Elite I noticed that I couldn’t apply RGB effects.  I was stuck with the spectrum cycling.  When trying to save a profile, the save slots just showed a spinning icon.  When I switched back to Synapse 3, both of these functions worked again.

I have a razer kraken 7.1 v2 headset from years ago, been rewired and had 4 earcup replacements but these are the best sounding headphones i have ever had, all the newer versions i have bought just sound weak and quiet compared to them, why is there no support for the sound options on them on synapse 4 ?, its like i am just being forced to buy an inferior product to update to newer which is actually a HUGE downgrade, had many newer razer headsets and gave them all to my kids because they suck compared to these, will legacy be on synapse 4 eventually ?.

The Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) headset I've been using for about a year is no longer working as it used to after I upgraded my computer to Windows 11. Synapse 4 installs successfully and detects my headset, but none of the settings within the application (EQ, THX, Enhancement Mic settings, etc.) have any effect on the headset. I'm very frustrated with this situation. I haven't been able to find a solution. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless times. I've tried every method I can think of, but nothing works. I sent an email about this issue, but no solution was provided. I've been using them like this for a month now, and the headphones are currently very useless. Can anyone in authority suggest a solution? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Windows version: 25H2 Build 26200.6899Headset Software: 2.4.1.0Synapse Version: 4.0.86.2510030230

There aren’t any microphone settings in Synapse 4 

Ever since the update I’ve been annoyed with a banner in the bottom right corner notifying me of the sensitivity clutch having been pressed on my Basilisk Ultimate. I know. I did that for a reason. You do not need to tell me. Is there a way to turn this off?

For the love of god please change it back to what it was. I feel like this is trying to force me to download a bunch of addons that I dont need. Im not a streamer and I dont need to see my FPS while im gaming… I could care less. Im struggling to find where I adjust my mouse settings, which should be front and center. I hate this new software and its making me consider moving to a new product. when I try and log into the app and use my google account, it takes me back to the web browser and wont log me into the app… I mean, how dumb is that? Please fix this shit. its very frustrating.

Hey guys! o/ I just wondered if anyone else has this issue. Basically, my macros module is working fine, as are my macros themselves: recording, moving, renaming, using, etc. all work fine. I’m talking about Synapse 4, btw.The problem is that when I create a macro folder and then move any of my macros to it, then whenever I reload the macros module (reboot system, update Synapse, etc.), there is a copy of the macro I put in the folder, which is placed outside of the folder.The copy seems to be “linked” to the original macro, as well, as deleting the duplicate (the one outside the folder) results in the original macro (inside the folder) being deleted, as well. And if I drag the duplicate into the folder, too, then restarting results in yet another copy being created at the “root” level. I love the fact you can group macros inside folders, but I don’t dare use them now, due to this bug/glitch/issue.As for what peripherals I’m using, I’m not sure if that’s relevant, as this seems to be a

Is there a way of assigning a 2nd hypershift button on synapse?If not, is there a way to request this as an added feature in a feature update? It would be great to be able to assign as many as possible, similar to creating multiple layers activated by holding different buttons on keyboards.It would also be ideal if this could be saved on the onboard memory, obviously within the limitations of the available space. 

Simply put, I've updated synapse 3 to synapse 4 and all batch files i’ve linked to my huntsman 2 keyboard work as intended, but a simple batch file to shut down the local pc fails.I’m using Windows 11 25h2I’ve tried the followingtesting the batch file (works OK)Reinstalled synapse 4 (still fails)Used admin and set synapse to run as admin (still fails)checked windows setting (all correct)The thing is, in task manager i get multiple windows command processor items (every time i press the key to shut down the pc_.And in eventvwr i get 2 restart manager events, 1 stating it started and one stating it ended And IT worked in synapse 3!

I had a razer Nari headset for 3 years now and the physical mute button (turns the tip of the mic Red) would also mute/unmute Microsoft Teams correctly. Now after the new Synapse 4, the headset turns the mic on/off, and Teams does not recognize this, it also messes with teams that the microphone doesn't exist as an input, which means when I unmute it doesn't recognize the mic right away.This seems like a problem, was this intentional to make the mute button stop working as a mute button? I don't see a work around this within the app either

Since updating Synapse 4 today, my Kraken V3 Pro is detected.. works fine.. the tab shows up in Synapse.. but when you click on the tab it’s completely blank.  Tried reboot, still blank.  Every other device shows up fine with their settings.

Just got this headset a few days ago and immediately I can tell thr quality is exceptional but I need some help adjusting the eq for fps games, the suggestions I've come across aren't very clear. Not sure if it makes any difference but the Intended fps game I'm trying to set this up for is pubg on Xbox series x.

Simple question. I don’t see the module for phillips hue in synapse 4. Am I missing something?

Dear Razer Support Team,Razer Synapse 4.0 does not detect Razer Raptor 27" 144hz RZ39-0276 Monitor.Could you please release a fix for it in the upcoming updates?I saw various posts on Reddit about this issue and it might be already in your roadmap.Your help is much appreciated as this issue defies the purpose of having an RGB screen as you cannot control it anymore.Thank you very much. 

Hi Together, I have a Blade 16 2025 with 5080 and after replacement because of the all known trackpad issue I love it. To enable the full TGP while gaming I also bought the razer cooling pad. Yesterday I saw, that Synapse 4 runs totally fine untill I plug in the cooling pad.Then Synapse and the system task uses constanty 5-10% of my CPU.If i unplug the USB connection from the tasks go down to <0,5% (as they should) Is this normal? I hope not...

I'm trying to add two applications with the same name but different paths but only the fist one appearsso I add "C:\Games\RSI\StarCitizen\LIVE\Bin64\StarCitizen.exe" is appears in the list of games then I try to add "C:\Games\RSI\StarCitizen\PTU\Bin64\StarCitizen.exe" then nothing happens is there a work around for this ?

The image shows up fine in the product tab but will never load on the DASHBOARD. Also while here, my RΛZΞR VIPER ULTIMATE QUARTZ WIRELESS GAMING MOUSE WITH CHARGING DOCK doesn’t show up as quartz but the charging dock does. It wasn’t showing properly on Synapse 3 either. Upgraded and reinstalled 4 but these issues persist. 

The headset software does not appear in the new update. It used to appear normally.

when i was on synapse 3 it was working great, all THX surround audio options on supported games worked perfectly, but when updating to synapse 4, when i try changing setting or just activate the THX surround, they are not changing anything, the audio stays the same, even worst is when i import my personal setting, the page for my headset just goes blank, i tried to repare and even reinstal synapse, but nothing happens, can someone tell me if there is a fix or do i just wait for a fix ? 

I’ve recently had issues with my Razer Nommo V2 Pro speakers not being detected by Razer Synapse 4. I get a USB device not detected error in Windows, after hitting the control pod button a couple of times to switch to BT and back to PC, it connects and sound works but the Razer Synapse 4 tab remains blank with ‘detecting device’ and I cannot change any settings. FIrmware and Synapse are updated to the latest versions. I’ve had constant issues with these speakers not connecting properly with my PC and do regret my purchase somewhat. Please assist.  

what was working in synaps 3 isnt working in synaps 4.the chroma connect.For example Diablo 4 will give you full red keyboard and mouse and other stuff your have like a key pad.also my tartargus pro isnt working anymore in synaps 4 even when it is saying it is suported.I see it in synaps but in game it wont give any imput.

Good afternoon! After upgrading to synapse 4, the keyboard causes random key triggers when pressed. I press the "NUM0" key, and the "F11" key is triggered along with it. Pressing R Alt triggers the keys: "L ctrl" and "F4".screenshots of the trigger: 

Hello. I have a Razer Naga V2 HyperSpeed. This mouse provides no way to know which profile is active because it has no physical indicator or LEDs. I thought the notification that appears in the bottom right corner when switching profiles would be enough, but I found that it does not show on top of the game, not even in windowed mode. I tried giving administrator privileges to Synapse and the game and it did not work. The low battery alert does appear, so I assume Razer intentionally limited the profile switch notification. How am I supposed to identify the active profile on an MMO multi profile mouse if there is no indicator and no visible in game notification? Is there a solution or has anyone already solved this?
