Hello, the camera on my Blade 15 Base Model (2020) doesn't work and has not worked except for a few times since I have bought it. The LED next to the camera is blinking green. With each green light coming up the camera app is refreshing. Also, device manager is refreshing with every blinking green light.I have once got the error: 0xa00f42a0 scene switch failedBut other than that, it doesn't give me any error, just keeps retrying.I have had this issue since Windows 10 and its first week of purchase. I am currently running Windows 11 (Education) 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1344)I have tried enabling, disabling, uninstalling the driver, changing app permissions and camera privacy settings and have not got any success with none of them.

I am writing to request a replacement battery for my Razer laptop, which was purchased by my father for me from abroad on 7.1.2021. I am located in Sri Lanka, and unfortunately, I cannot send my laptop for repair due to the shipping costs and logistical challenges involved. I have recently noticed that the battery has started to bloat, which has caused me a great deal of concern. Not Only that but also causing the right and left-click buttons on the trackpad to no longer be pressed. I am concerned that it may pose a safety risk or damage the internal components of the laptop. As a student, I rely heavily on my laptop for studying, assignments, and research, and I cannot afford to be without it for an extended period Although my laptop is out of warranty, I am shocked that this has happened so soon after my purchase, especially since I bought this laptop with the expectation that it would last for a long time, and I have taken good care of it.I understand that Razer offers Out of Warran

I bought this for the convenience of being able to move my keyboard around if needed. However, a majority of the use is at one desk.  Is it bad to have the keyboard plugged in 100% of the time?

So, it seems to be a  common problem for the 2021 razor blade 14 , my warranty is gone by now . I just want to fix it quickly but that seems to be the problem. Who sells the battery replacements!?

I am trying to download a recovery image, but the site is telling me to register my product.  I did that already, but I tried again anyway.  Of course it is telling me the product is already registered.  I then went to try to contact Razer to ask what to do, but their contact form just brings me back to the download page so I’m at the beginning of the loop again. Anyone know how to get around this?

There’s a plastic flap that is glued to the center piece of the hinge below the center of the screen. It’s glued to a round piece in the middle that rotates with the hinge. This is on a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model 2020 w/ RTX 2070 Super. I bought the laptop December of 2020, and naturally this happens just a couple months after the product support ended on Amazon. Is there some way to fix / glue this back? Any idea on the adhesive to use?I didn’t think there would be this type of issue after just a couple years.

My koenisegg seemed a little drilled-out on one side, but I definitely damaged it now, I expect (if it wasn’t defective, or is again). Is anyone whom is successfully (as I didn’t/haven’t yet) put it together noticed some shreds of wood at imperative drillpoints? Is the “Phillip’s Head” screw meant as a replacement possibility? In default position it was concave-in: acutely-angled. I learned only after of the unscrew the cylinder for setting clination: I love the thought of this product, and I am so excited; I wish I could live inside this website Sidenote; does anyone know if shipping boxes is very easily? I will not share photos for sanctity’s sake.

Hello! New member here. I recently bought Razer Hammerhead Pro V2 for $15 only. I registered the product's and it was successfully identified and registered as the Hammerhead Pro V2. It came with the box and everything inside (circular purse, extra earbuds,stickers,manual, connector). My issue is, that my friend warned me of fake units that would still pass the registration test (despite not being authentic). She said that one indication is that there is this extra 'cloth tag' connected on the purse (See picture).Is it really fake? Or maybe an older batch unit? I would really appreciate someone helping!Thanks so much.

I have a Razer Kiyo Pro and I bought it, this January, to do online meetings. I bought it for a Mac machine it’s a new Mac Mini M2 Pro with the latest operating system and I haven’t installed any camera software that I’m aware of. The issue is that the Kiyo Pro microphone can stop working properly at some point during a meeting. This happened on a Microsoft Teams meeting, which is a Mac application, and a Google Meet which uses Firefox Browser, so I don’t think it’s specific to the meeting software.It happened at a reasonable amount of time, the meeting had being going on a few minutes before the issue happened and on the second occassion it was definelty more than 20 minutes.I didn’t hear the effect but I think someone described it as “white noise” when I spoke.Obviously, during the meeting all I was doing was talking to people I wasn’t changing anything on the system or running new software.I have run diagnostics on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams which only test for a few seconds

Is it possible to pair multiple mice to the same usb hyperspeed dongle?I want to pair 2 mice (deathadder v3 pro & viper v2 pro) to one of the included hyperspeed usb dongle, so it connects to whatever mouse is turned on at the time. is this possible, and if not, would the 4k hyperpolling dongle allow this?the description for multi device hyperspeed dongle says it only supports 1 mouse and 1 keyboard, so im guessing the multi device dongle is not suitable for this purpose.
