My leviathan v2 speakers have been working great for a while now and all of the sudden, stopped working, they turn on and the source light is green, but my pc no longer detects the speakers whatsoever. i also cannot change them to bluetooth to connect my phone to them. i just cannot get anything out of them. i have tried updating the firmware but in order to do this, the device needs to be in bluetooth mode so i cannot update, i have tried reinstalling synapse and restarting my pc but still no luck. i left it a couple of days and suddenly the source light was solid red and pressing the buttons or holding them did nothing, i switched it off at the wall and then back on and im back to them being able to turn on and off but still cannot get them in bluetooth mode or cannot get my pc to recognise them.

When I register my headphones, I get a “This product is already registered”I don't know where to write it on the website.

If you’re having issues with your Razer device(s), then the following information just might help out… but I can’t guarantee anything. As of right now, I’m treating this as a one-size-fits-all situation. Your results may vary.I recently purchased & returned my Blackwidow V4 Pro (Yellow Switches) & Naga Pro Wireless Mouse. There doesn’t seem to be a consistent means of operation for this particular keyboard (or the mouse). I would randomly experience disconnects (mind you, on a WIRED keyboard) from the Septic (I mean Synapse) Software. I also experienced the same issue with the Naga Pro Wireless mouse (wired and in wireless mode). I also had the “cyan” light color issue once or twice from the keyboard, along with the Chroma effects not responding.I’m not sure if this will help, but here was my “fix/solution” to this ridiculous fiasco:1. Hi guys,I’ve made a post 2 month ago about my problem with my Razer Naga Pro V2 and its incompatibility with WoW. I’ve tried running it through steam or lutris and with different compatibility layers (proton-10, latest, ge). This new thread is more about finding people actually playing WoW on a linux OS with the same device and maybe compare our configurations give me clue where to search..I’m a little desperate as I don’t want to use Windows anymore as I really try to avoid GAFAM but this bug makes WoW unplayable without switching to a normal mouse.. which I will not as I use it since so long now.Any clues ? 

I am currently with Synapse 4 (recently). Since that: some games seems to trigger the chroma apps as intended, but other mysteriously don’t. They are all green switched to be enable.For exemple [apps that work]: Dredge and Hogwarts (Steam), Diablo IV (Blizzard), Journey to a Savage Planet (Epic) and Cyberpunk (GOG Galaxy) are working as intended. I did need to start a few time with Hogwarts and Cyberpunk, but now it is working without failing.BUT, with Alan Wake 2 (Epic) or Silent Hill 2 (Steam), it does not work. The game apps is listed and activated with the slider-switch but nothing change when I launch either software.*** I have tested the issue also by creating a Chroma profile for the game (illuminating with a spoof color just to see), this profile was correctly activated with the game’s launch. So, it CAN detect the launching of the software. At present moment, I have unlinked this chroma profile. *** Did someone find a solution to this issue?Thanks :-)

Hi, Ive had razer synapse 4 for a while, and recently I realized it wasn't working properly, so I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall it, I was met with absolutely nothing. I run the exe, (as normal and as admin) and nothing happens, I get a text document stating "Failed to write installed file (no such file or directory)"I have tried a lot of different methods to get around this, I have cleared every scrap of old razers file off my device including registry data. I have reinstalled windows. Ive done it all, and I get the exact same error message every time. I was so desperate that even chat gpt couldn't help me. I'm using windows 11, and there is not a single article/forum I've seen that has this exact error message, it's always "(permission denied)" as the specification. I don't know what Im doing and I'm getting frustrated because I've spent two days trying to fix this, I really need someone who's smart to help me.

Hi, have a big issue after install le provided last bios version for my Blade 14 2021 by official Razer website.Temporarily I have had to disable Secure Boot to allow start the laptop but is causing issues when trying to run games COD 7 and Battlefield 6.Anyone can help me please? Thanks 

Hi all,  I thought of contacting folks here. I recently got the Freyja. It actually works really well for music under very specific conditions when using the audio-to-haptics mode. I still have to test it out when gaming with directly supported games since I don’t own any. The problem I’m having is that the Freyja appears to activate the haptics ONLY when using specific audio devices as output, and NEVER when using Spatial Audio. As an example, when using a wired/wireless headset as the audio output device, the Freyja works just perfectly. The audio and haptics are in sync, and they work great. But if I want to listen to music with any Spatial Sound effect active (e.g. DTS:X or Dolby Atmos), the haptics simply don’t work, or if they’re working before activating it, they stop. Restarting Synapse, unplugging the Freyja does not fix this. If I disable the audio enhancements and then restart Synapse, I get the haptics back on the Freyja.  The worst problem, however, is that I can’t get the

After the last update chroma connect devices do not show in chroma studio, thus no longer get signals or can be controlled? is this a bug, and is it to be fixed?

My HyperSpeed USB dongle shows as “Unknown USB Device”.I tested it on multiple computers and the issue persists.The mouse works normally with the cable.I would like a replacement dongle under warranty.

razer chroma decided to update today and since the update i have had the chroma connect on yet no option to adjust any settings for my case. The in-game aspect works correctly as far as i can see, yet if i try to go to the chroma studio there is no option to adjust the lighting for the chroma connect device

The mouse started, today, to not show properly the ligths. They are set as white in the Razer Chroma app, however, it becomes orange and becomes red for a moment when the smart-reel is activated. Plus, the key binding does no more works (but I verified the latter only on my main PC). Adding to this, as soon as I lift the mouse it becomes even darker orange.I tried different ways to solve the problem:> Modifing the settings of the smart-reel and of the smart tracking> Inserting the mouse on another machine with the same Synapse 4, newly installed; like a sort of clean reinstallation> Deleting drivers and reinstalling the mouse to reset the mouse> Modifing the profile and the setting of the lights in the Chroma app> Manually updating the software of the mouse> Disabling Chroma apps> Disabling the Windows’ RGB control in customizationNothing of these worked, it is like the mouse decided that white isn’t of his pleasure.

Hello, after installing Razer Synapse 4 and uninstalling Synapse 3, I encountered an issue where the Chroma profile does not switch to the one set in the Linked Games tab/module when launching a game. Have someone else encountered this problem or is that just me? And do you have solution for it?Thanks! 

So my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro has been working at full capacity with absolutely no problems since December.The microphone has always worked, whether I connect it before the headset has been turned on or after.It worked without complaint yesterday, and today upon turning my headset on and trying to call a friend on Discord, the microphone failed to operate. The speakers and audio and the device itself are all fully operational. This is the first time this has ever happened.The headset has neither been dropped, struck, nor left in unfavourable conditions. The same goes for the microphone.The microphone is connected and defaulted on all applications.It does not work on any application.
