Hello, when I want to choose to pair my mouse with the dongle, it says that I have to downgrade the firmware… So i cannot pair viper v3 hyperspeed with the dongle. Can you correctly update the synapse? So we can all pair our devices...  

I cant put the money over the game because my number is not the same as the one that appears to get the code, may I have some help? I've been for days looking forward to find a way to get to change it but still didnt work.

I just got this new headset for the specific use of using 2 PCs at once - taking VoIP calls over Bluetooth on my work PC while listening to music or taking a VoIP call on my personal PC with the 2.4GHz dongle.I am NOT using the mic for both. I have a wired mic for my work PC and am only using the BT to hear the softphone ring, and to hear the calls. I do intend to use the headset mic on my personal PC.The BT mode works just fine in standalone mode. However, in simultaneous mode (the entire reason I shelled out money for this headset) the Bluetooth audio is choppy and awful and constantly dropping out, sometimes rapidly so it sounds like static, and sometimes just silence for several seconds in a row. No matter what, it’s never smooth for more than 2-3 seconds, and even that’s rare.Yes, I have updated all firmware for all things involved. Fully updated all the firmware and BT drivers on the PC I’m using for BT, and checked the firmware on the dongle and the headset (both had no updates

Up until now I’ve enjoyed using Axon for my wallpapers.  I like how each one generates its own colour schemes and patterns for my keyboard and mouse.Today, it stopped working.  None of the static wallpapers in my library are showing on my desktop, only the dynamic ones seem to work.  All I see when I apply a static one is a plain grey background.  The LED effects on my keyboard and mouse still seem to work fine, it’s only the background that isn’t working.I’ve seen other posts saying that switching the performance setting from webview2 to Windows Media Foundation seems to solve the problem but when I checked, my settings were already on WMF.   I’ve even tried switching to webview2 and rebooting and nothing changed.

The title basicaly explains itself, i got the blackshark v2 for almost 4 month and 2 weeks ago the right side just stopped working, i tried it without the dongle, with just the usb, in a cellphone, updated the version of my windows and in the razer synapse app but nothing seems to work.Does anyone have a clue about what this is?

Does 7.1 surround sound work on xbox if u have blackshark v2 X headset ? Because it works on a pc for me but as i plug it into a controler i doesnt work 

Just bought this controller and plugged it in with the cable I was provided and my Xbox can’t seem to recognise it, neither in accessories or the razor controller setup all for Xbox. I’ve tried plugging in it in the front and in the rear, a different usb-C cable and power cycle my Xbox but nothing works

i just bought that mouse and random time cursor freeze for 1 or 2 sec, and is moving. i don t know if it s because i don t use mousepad or the sensor has some problems. in past i had basislisk v3 and it worked very good without mousepad.

Hello Razer Support Team,I’m posting here because I currently have no other way to contact customer support, and I urgently need assistance with a defective product purchased directly from the official Razer website.I received a Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro today, however the keyboard arrived with zero usable functionality.Issue details: RGB lights turn on Keyboard does not register any key input Not detected by Windows at all Not detected by Razer Synapse Happens in both wired and wireless modes  The issue persists in all cases. Hello everyone, I am experiencing a serious microphone echo / feedback problem with my Kraken V4 Wireless when using it on PlayStation 5. The headset works perfectly on PC, but on PS5 the microphone consistently picks up the sound coming from the earcups at normal playable volume levels. This causes other players in party chat to hear their own voices echoed back.This happens even when: PS5 microphone level is set to minimum Noise suppression and echo cancellation are enabled Sidetone / mic monitoring is disabled  The only way to avoid the echo is lowering the headset volume so much that the game becomes unplayable. Because the headset is advertised as PS5 compatible, this makes it unusable for its intended purpose on console. Has anyone found a real workaround, Synapse hardware profile, or firmware solution for this issue?Is Razer aware of this problem and is any fix planned? Thank you very much in advance.

Hello, and happy new year ! I just got a basilisk ultimate mouse, but I’m having troubles for the setup :The mouse works properly when it comes to moving and clicking, either cabled or dock-linked Additionnal buttons, including 4, are not recognized. They don’t seem to send any output at all when pressed, as I have been unable to manually set them in games. After installing synapse, here is the situation Mouse is properly detected by synapse 4 (a tab is created) It can’t seem to install it. It downloads the files, but I get a “installation failure” message. I tried uninstalling synapse, the mouse, deleted the pilots, etc. In advance, thanks a lot <3  Edit : WIndows 10

I’m using a Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) headset. The mic suddenly stopped working. Windows is still picking up input from the mic, as indicated by the blue volume bar in the Windows sound settings going up when i speak. I can also hear myself completely fine when i turn on "mic monitoring (side tone)" in Razer Synapse which says it allows me to listen to my microphone directly through my headset without any enhancements. But every other mic preview doesnt work, the normal Razer Synapse mic preview, discord, online mic test website, nothing, and no one can hear me speak. When I use bluetooth mode instead it works completely fine, but at a much lower quality, so I want it working with hyperspeed wireless. 

Yesterday the mouse kept pausing in movement, scroll, button clicks, nothing consistently worked.  I checked the battery, it was about 50%.  I plugged the mouse in to charge but also continued to use it as a wired mouse.  Once fully charged, I went back to the wireless usb, but it continued to be inconsistent.  I tried searching if I needed any updates, but it shows everything is up to date.  I’ve restarted the computer a couple times, I’ve shut down and started a couple times, tried doing this with usb and with mouse wired, nothing seems to help.  I had the Synapse open and noticed it kept disconnecting and reconnecting.  I made sure the mouse is in 2.4GHz mode, and I’ve tried pairing a couple times.  Searched this support for other similar issues only to find, this seems to be a recurring issue with multiple products that is never resolved and most users are suggesting not to waste money on Razer.  I’m very disappointed with how short term this mouse has lasted especially considering

I haven't used my razer Basilisk X hyperspeed mouse for more than 4 months and now when I turned it on,the cursor is moving on its own and I am not able to control the cursor with the mouse

Hi, A few days ago my headset stopped connecting, charging, and will not go into pairing mode. The only thing it will do is flash the green light. Even when windows shows its connected, it’s not actually connected. I tried updating the firmware, and at completion it displayed a message about it no longer being supported. Does that mean mine I’m stuck with a headset in perfect condition that is no longer usable? I tried managing it from Synapse, but the profile for the device just stays on a “loading” message. Any insight/help would be greatly appreciated.
