Looking at old threads, it seems like it is a known issue that the 2.4 GHz dongles for the Nari Ultimate can just go bad, likely due to heat-related failures. That seems to be what happened to mine. It was working fine for over 2 years, and just stopped working yesterday. It will seem to connect, but it won’t stay connected. It bounces back and forth between connecting and playing audio and then cutting out. Replacements online aren’t a viable option, in my opinion, as they cost between $30 and $60 and those are likely used anyway. Was there ever a real solution to this?

So, this is the second tartarus I’ve bought and the same thing happened, the tumb joystick pad died, specifically one of the keys, I must say razer product quality has gone down the drain over the years.I’ve been a loyal Razer user for over 10 years, still go black widdow that is 10+ years old and works perfectly, even after spilling my drink over it a couple of times (couple of LEDs died bu keys work) Had chimera headset that also worked for 10+ years but upgraded it recently to nari ultimate, the nari fell appart after less then a year of useage, the plastic simply broke glued it back together and works fine now but hey, for a 200€headset to have plastic simply fall appart… horrible experience.Then I was using the Nostromo keypad, worked perfectly for 10 years, but decided to upgrade to tartarus v2… after 2-3 years the thumb pad stopped working, one of the microswitches died, out of warranty ofcourse.I bought another tartarus  and this time I got the v2 PRO instead of the regular one

Hello, I have blade 15 2020 rz09-0328 4k version. I factory reset. then they keboard light don't work. I updated, install re install, factory reset again, repeat. The from F9 restore razer from factory then reinstall the sypnapse still not working. I read about the windows 11 dynamic lighting but still no. Also on sypnapse 4 i don't see the option to turn of the light of theonly on sypnapse 3. Did anyone found a fix? It could lead me to replace the keyboard but cant fin for now. Only for advanced model where it has an extra flex. Also if turn on the laptop in dark place the keyboard will light quickly in white very dim.

Razer Basilisk Ultimate Disconnects When Plugged InHello,I'm having an issue with my Razer Basilisk Ultimate mouse. When I connect it to my PC with a cable, it immediately disconnects and I can't use it, especially when the battery is low or empty.I've tried using different USB ports and cables, but the problem still occurs. This makes the mouse unusable while charging.Could you please help me resolve this issue?Thank you,

This started months ago but has only gotten worse. The slightest motion will disconnect the controller. I've tried 3 other cables and the results are the same. I even both a whole new "high end" cable but nothing has helped. I tried to sit competent still but not it feels like a gentle breeze will disconnect it. It has cost me dearly in gamea where I've been disconnected and died in a crucial moment. I never get mad in games but this almost made me throw the controller into the wall.  There's a fundamental flaw in the design of the USB port and not having a locking mechanism for the cable only makes it worse and a matter of time before the port will disconnect once last time.  I was so happy about the evolution of the controller at first. It seemed that they really listened to the issues with previous iterations. Felt so close to the best controller yet. And then this happens which is such a cheap and lazy failure.

I own a Deathadder V2 and while i was simply using my pc and not doing anything special the mouse lights switched off and the mouse stopped working. I tried to reboot my pc, plug the mouse in another usb port and even on another pc but nothing worked and the mouse won't work again. It also doesn't appear neither in the device manager nor in razer synapse, anything I can do?

Hi guys..someone else post it too but he didn’t get answer..so I want to ask again if someone have a nice eq for warzone at ps5..I tried 3-4 Eq’sbut one was low,one very high,one was deep..and the result was not hearing clear the footsteps..only with one eq I understand the direction of the footsteps but I don’t understand if it was above or below me..thank you for your time and I hope someone will reply..

Hello guys, I recently bought a BlackShark V2 Pro 2023. Can you tell me good EQ settings for Warzone 3? It's best to just hear the steps/enemies as early as possible. I don't care if shots are muffled, I just really have the advantage. I'm playing on the PS5 so without THX please. Thanks in advance🙏🏼

Has anyone used Razer’s cooling pad with the new 2025 Blade? If so, how did it perform?I’m also curious to know if the 2025 Blade supports the cooling pad’s advertised increase to power draw via Synapse and how that impacts performance as well.Thanks in advance! 

After locking the computer with Win + L, the Windows key no longer works. I currently have to operate my Blade without the lock screen, otherwise I can no longer use the Windows key. Is this issue already known, or can anyone help me? Thanks.

I've had this headset for over a year now, but I have experienced the connectivity issue since I got it. My PC doesn't have a usb type-c port so I use the adapter that comes with the headset, but it is super sensitive, it would take me many tries before the dongle would finally connect, but recently, it just wouldn't connect. I tried it on my phone and other devices, didn't work. I even tried using a different adapter, still no luck. the headset does still work if I connect it with the auxiliary cable but I prefer it being wireless. Is there a fix for this? I want to just find a solution for this if there is instead of paying 20$ just for the dongle. Thanks in advance

So I’ve been using the kaira wireless headset for quite awhile now but today it just stopped working it refuses to turn on or even charge but the light indicating that it’s on or charging still lights up when ever I press the pairing button, I’m thinking the battery is too low to turn on and isn’t able to turn on because of the faulty charger  does anyone have any ideas tips or recommendations to fix this?

  I bought a Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox back in May of 2023. I ordered it brand new from Razer off of Amazon and it says it has warranty included. It has consistent connectivity problems, the mic often cuts out in voice chat, a constant buzzing sound can be heard by others whenever I’m not talking during voice chat, and there are time where I can’t even be heard at all while I’m talking. I don’t know if these are problems I can fix or if the headset is just faulty. Some of these problems started on day 1 but were really minor, now they are actually an issue. I’ve registered the headset to this website, but I don’t know if or where I can initiate a claim for warranty.

Hi I'm inquiring about my razer barracuda X 2022I have used this headset paired with THX audio software. It is a nice headset, unfortunately there has been an issue with the dongle.It is not working anymore. When I connect it via dongle to my computer it doesn't connect and audio is only the connecting sound.Since it was not in good condition I have been using it with a 3.5mm jack it came with, not wireless anymore. Some issues with the audio pitch too high and the bass is a bit non existent, different/static-y audio compared to the dongle 2.4ghz connection.It is now 2025 and I bought this headset in 2022. It is not under warranty anymore.Question is if I can buy a different dongle and connect it to the new one and how much is it will be the cost.Hope a razer support reads this and could help. 

I love this controller but the ‘Razer Controller Setup for Xbox’ app is terrible:Half the time I open it, and hold the 3 buttons to switch to XBox mode, nothing happens. I need to close and re-open the app, do it again, THEN I can change my profile. You NEED the appt to change the profile, rather than just pressing some buttons on the controller. You used to be able to click a few buttons in the app to switch to PC Mode, but not anymore as of recently. And you never could switch to XBox mode by clicking, always had to press the 3 buttons. Why not just 1 click to switch back and forth? Thankfully I remember the two 3-button combos to switch between them. The app is just slow in general.I saw the Pro Edition recently became supported by Synapse 4 with some new features. Will the Tournament Edition be next, soon? I’m also getting worsening stick drift that I feel like should be able to be calibrated somehow considering they’re hall effect. Maybe in Synapse, if it becomes available?
