As a new creator to the Razer family i want to know what is best to use my new found privilege on. tell me what if your favorite piece of gear from Razer and what is done to change your set up.

My Naga Hyperspeed V2 doesn't come with any sort of cable. The Razer (probably AI) representative is asking me to cut the cable although I've linked multiple unboxing videos and pictures of their own product BOX and MANUAL specifying there is no cable inside, yet they keep asking me to cut it.My warranty is wearing off in May and I suspect they're trying to waste its time (or are just very dumb which is also possible)Anyone ran into similar issues?

hello I lost my headphones Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 dongle, Because of this I can only use bluetooth Mode and can't use Razer  synapse. I tried to buy it on eBay or some other online store, but everywhere only sells the 2020 version, as the description says, it is not compatible with my model. Please advise me where I can buy a dongle that will work on my version. In bluetooth mode I am limited because I can't use razer synapse and wireless mode :(

As the title implies I’m about to pull the trigger on the new RB 16. My concern is with shipping though. Has anyone had any issues getting their laptop? Thank you

Like some of you I’m sure, I’m very much looking forward to the arrival of my new Blade 16 that I preordered. This is my first Razer product, so I was curious if anybody on this sub reading this has previous experience preordering a device from the official store before (i.e. the 4090 model), and is their “Estimated Ship Date” usually accurate or is there a chance it could arrive sooner? April 30 seems so far away!! 

When I plug in my Wireless dongle into the PC, the PC connects it, dissconects it, in a cycle until it isn’t registered anymore by the PC,  this happens on my PS4 too. But when I plug the USB C straight into my switch, it works fine. At first I thought it was an adapter issue, so got new USB C to USB A adapter, but that changed nothing. I’ve updated all the firmware and re-paired the dongle and Headset, and it still does the not connecting issue.Also, sometimes it connects until audio plays through it’ll be connected, and I join a call or Listen to some music and Bam, it doesn’t connect again.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This isnt just Razer's issue I havent seen a mouse with that functionality specified (and a few logitech I tried have the same issue at least they have a 3rd main button used as a shift to have double the keybinds on your side buttons in nagas you have to assign the scroll wheel or something like that)like as an mmo player assigning keyboard buttons to the side buttons is defeating the purpose of having side buttons because I use my keyboard buttons if I didnt want more buttons than my keyboards ones I wouldn't be looking for a mouse that has 12 side buttons would I?why should be the naga's sidebuttons be either 12345 etc or numlock 1234 or ABCD etc these all are keyboard buttons and I already use them 

So Razer want you to spend £4k+ on a laptop only to provide a warranty for one year only (2 on the battery). Hi, i made the mistake of buying a French AZERTY Tenkeyless instead of a QWERTY and thought i would need to send the keyboard back but after having a look at my old Razer Black Widow keyboard from 2014 that has better looking keys IMO and easier to read i realised they are compatible with the AZERTY Huntsman Tenkeyless and i cleaned them all with alcohol and swapped them over and set it up as a UK keyboard in Windows and it works fine however in the Razer Synapse software it was still showing the macro settings as if i was using a AZERTY keyboard.I think you should add a way to change your default keyboard layout in the macro section because it could potentially become confusing after swapping keys.I had a look around the Synapse instal folder and found one called “en” and one called “fr”.Inside the “en” folder is a file called “System.Windows.Interactivity.resources.dll”. I copied the one from the “en” folder and put it in the “fr” folder and replaced the original. I then noticed a fo

Recently bought the BW V4 Pro 75% for the OLED, but after updating my Synapse from 3 to 4. There’s constant problem with the keyboard itself and the software.OLED doesn’t get updated from any option - It’s either stuck on the “Animation” or shows 0c for the CPU/GPU Temp. Chroma doesn’t seems to be update at all for all devices.Stop with the lame suggestion of “Update firmware to the latest” and “Clean Reinstall”, I have done multiple reinstall and nothing seems to be working. Anyone else having the same problem?PS: Wish BW V4 Pro 75% works with Synapse 3.

I have the Blackshark v2 with the USB sound card and have been using it for a while, but I've noticed that the bass is way louder on the right than on the left. I've also tried without the USB sound card, but the problem persists. (I have confirmed that it's the headphones and not my hearing.) The other sounds are completely fine and balanced, just the bass not for some reason. I don’t know if there’s a way I can balance it out or not. So if anyone could help me out, I would be very grateful!

I own a Razer Huntsman (RZ03-0252), I’ve updated firmware, hard resets, but I don’t know why my “s” key doesn’t work… The weird thing is… When I turn on my computer the key works perfectly fine after a bit like 15 minutes, when I press the key it starts to “spam” like a single click would do this: “ssss” and after a little more it dies completely, the key stops working. It used to last long the “ssss” issue but now is just a little after turn on the computer. Gaming with this is horrid as you can imagine, you can’t walk backwards…Also minor thing I’ve 3 keys are off the colors chosen in the studio app but don’t mind much to be fair… More worried about the “s”…Hopefully someone will help me find some solution(This post was written with the “s” on the Ctrl + C”)

I bought the V2 second have to get a head start on learning controls while i save money to transition to PC gaming. It was purchased to play DayZ on PS4. I've done a lot of research in the past week. It appears that you can use QMK Configurator with 192.168.7.1 and remap the firmware.  Normally i wouldn't even bother looking into this but I have discovered the key binds on V2 only work while plugged into said PC. I can plug it into the PS and it work with the default layout. I can move with WASD, tab for inventory, and a couple other actions but its limited. The default layout has 4 buttons instead of the 8 buttons option. The more and more i learn about how PCs work and coding the more i learn everything is possible if you know what you're doing.  Please guide me into customizing the firmware so i can reconfigure the default controls to be the games controls I need so I can bypass synapse and use it on console. Thanks.

Can anyone help me please my b button on my v3 pro is my down pad button an no matter what I'm do on the xbox app it won't change back to normal 

Was looking into the black shark v2 x recently as I heard it had a pretty good mic and comfortability, but I also heard that razer products in general don’t tend to last too long and break easily. Is this more or less true? How durable do they seem to be on average? Could they at least last me half a year to one year? Is it likely for them to hit the 2-3 year mark? I don’t want to invest money if they’re going to break down on me but I do really like the feel of them, so I’m a bit lost 

Hi,I've been using my Razer Blade 15 for about 1.5 years without any problems until now. Recently, I noticed that the laptop no longer charges properly. It stays at 0% battery, and although it indicates that it's charging, the battery level does not increase. The laptop only powers on when plugged in using the 230-W charger and won't turn on with battery power alone or with a type-c charger.This issue began after using a USB-C charger overnight, which I’ve done successfully in the past. I've already tried several solutions, including replacing the battery, reinstalling Windows, updating the BIOS, and updating all drivers, but nothing has resolved the problem.Any help would be appreciated. 

The left adjustment slider on my headset (Razer BlackShark V2) is loose. During game play, the ear cup is free to slide down with no resistance. My headset is out of warranty. Is there a way to fix this?
