Can I assign a button to a specific function? (I use Google Translate) 

So I have this Blackwidow v4, and the ajustable angle from the back is missing, I just want to know if I can buy a replacement, because using only one angle is kinda bad.

Hi there,Looking to buy some new headphones, wanted the V2 pro but realised it was wireless and wanted a wired headset, so was looking for alternatives. On the razer website I can see these 4 headphones on the comparison section - see image below.Noticed the wired ones (two on the right) didn’t features the THX or the titanium drivers and that was only a feature on the wireless headphones. However on amazon I can see a pair of V2 headphones that say they have THX and titanium drivers and are WIRED connection. I have attached the link below. I recently bought the 2022 Barracuda X and the audio is muffled/low quality when it is connected with Bluetooth. The sound is fine when it is connected with the audio jack. How can I fix this?

Soo I’ve been using this controller for a few years now, the extra buttons and the nice thumbsticks. All the buttons felt so sensitive and efficient, trigger stops were a nice touch. My 100% Main favorite part was the nearly perfect 0 Deadzone that I could not find ANYWHERE else, especially for a good price. I recently bought my second one after years of abusing the first, and while setting up the controller Via the Razer App for Xbox I noticed 0 Deadzone is not a thing anymore. It starts at 1 for the deadzone scaling, which seems about 5%. It’s too much, every game I play feels clunky and unresponsive. This is the worst experience ever, anyone know how to revert the software update on the controller or the app? Or another controller brand with true 0 deadzone, I hate this thing now.

Hello. I want to update my number on my Razer Gold account. I installed it but a message was sent to my old number and I can't use it. I was asked for a code but I don't have it. I can only access my email account at the moment. Can you help me, I'm desperate. 

whenever I noticed my mouse is about to die, I switch to wired mode. Only problem is, when I unplug it (And plug the wireless dongle back in) it wont reconnect to wireless. So I am forced restart my PC for it to conenct back. I do have Synapse installed and I did my firmware update which is already the latest version.

Does anyone have a general idea of how long they take to restock their products like the Leviathan V2 Pro?I’m in Virginia, USA, was hoping to get one, they went out of stock just as I managed to be able to afford it.  Does anyone have a contact point where Razer might be able to give an approximate estimate?

Hellow Guys, I have an unconventional problem. It's about my old Razer Naga Epic Wireless 2010. I accidentally connected it yesterday with a micro USB-B cable from a Razer Lancehead 2017.Since then, there seem to be problems with the switches. They only react with a delay of approx. 1 second. (this affects all switches). Also those of the 12-button side panel. The lighting has also failed. I know it's an extremely old device but maybe someone can help me anyway? I would be very pleased.

I bought less than 3 days ago the Razer Barracuda X version 2022 and 1 day ago the headphones began to have interference in the audio and sound cuts, I did all the recommended steps, I downloaded the applications recommended to link the dongle, to check the firmware and others but nothing worked.The only wireless device that could cause interference problems would be the mouse which is a Razer Viper V3 Pro which did not generate problems with my HyperX Cloud Flight.

I contacted Razer Support because my V2 Pro mouse was having some connectivity issues and I could still apply warranty. After some exchange of info they requested for me to cut the usb charging cable, which I did, I sent the proof. That was weeks ago and now they just answer my mails basically saying "Thanks for the patience, please have more patience".Is that normal? How long do I have to wait for them to confirm that I actually cut the cable?Any help is welcome.

Ok so for some context I just got a huntsmen pro keyboard and to mess around with the rgb lights I had to download synapse which is whatever I don’t mind but it has added some stat screen to my game and I don’t like it, the colour is bad and it has too much info, but I can’t for my life of me find out where to remove it or change it, any help is appreciated
