I HAVE BLACK SHARK V2 PRO WIRELESS 2023 AND I WANTED TO INSTALL 7.1 APP BUT THE CODE FROM EMAIL DO NOT ACTIVATE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

So I just bought the new barracuda X chroma, and I tried to connect it to my ps5 using the USB-C dongle, but it’s not working. I’ve spent the past 30 min trying to solve this problem and it’s not working. Please can someone help me. 

Hi, I have this problem. Anybody had/has it? Any ideas?The problem started a few weeks ago, until that time there were no errors with the keyboard.The problem: when my pc goes to sleep and I try to wake it with the keyboard, it wakes correctly but there is no keyboard detected after. I have tried many things what I found online, none of it worked. I tried with a different keyboard and it worked without problems so it’s not a windows error. I can unplug/plug the other keyboard and it works perfectly, but the razer is not working after pc wake up. I have to restart to get it working. I tried reinstalling synapse, but the error remains. So basically the keyboard can wake up the pc (it is configured in the device manager), but after it stops working, as if there was no keyboard connected. Nothing I tried helped me.Can you give advice?

My razer surround 7.1 app does not open after installation, but simply collapses. When I try to watch a YouTube video or something all of the background music plays but I can’t hear the actual speaker. The same thing happens in Fortnite if I do an emote that has words I can’t hear that and I just get the background music. I don’t know why this is happening i don’t think I’ve messed with them at all and this only happened recently they worked fine when I first got them.

I’m looking for any sort of firmware update for my keyboard and it just doesn’t exist on the razer website, the closest model number i’ve seen is RZ03-0219x but when attempting to download the firmware for that it doesn’t detect the device. Does anybody know a firmware update for this specific model of the blackwidow chroma TE that apparently only exists in the void?Edit: Just to explain why if it isn’t a surprise to you, i’m having the repeated key press issue and i’ve tried about everything BUT firmware updating but cannot try that for reasons stated above :) 

Hello , today i buy Razer BlackShark V2 X USB and receive activation code for Surround Sound on my email but it dosnt avaible  

I just bought a Razer Core X and installed my RTX 2070 Super in it, then connected it to my Asus TUF Dash F15 laptop, and this is what happened. What’s the issue? I don’t understand, even though I’ve followed the manual.  

I bought this Controller/Charging Stand  Combo directly from Razer. It has worked perfectly until yesterday.  The base stopped charging the controller. I unplugged the base and plugged it back in and the status light blinked  Orange White Orange White and then goes out. Controller charges when plugged via USB-C. Does anybody have any idea what the light pattern says about potential issue. I’d really like to fix it, since it was a part of a Limited Edition Boba Fett Controller/Charging Stand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am trying to use my Kiyo Pro Ultra with a bokeh effect. I am curious if there is a way to enable it. I use my laptop with the webcam mounted on the top of it, and a wall 18”  behind my chair. So, I’m unsure if there is enough background depth to see a bokeh effect. I also would like to know if there is a setting to enable this in Synapse 4, that I haven’t yet discovered.Thanks for help

I have a DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed mouse for a year and it started draining batteries in the last month. I tried different brands and types of batteries but did not succeed to keep up with the battery eater more than 1-2 days. I also tried Energizer rechargable AA ones which did not last even 1 day (10 hours). Everytime I change to wired the polling rate locks at 1000 hz and less. Is it supposed to not be able to run 1000hz+ in wired mode?

Hi,So ive had the mouse for an year now i got it as a christmas present and since then i noticed the battery drains faster than ive expected but i didnt bat an eye since thats my first wireless mouse so i had no idea what the “norms” for lasting are, but a week ago a friend of mine who has the same mouse was like “Thats the best mouse you can buy i havent changed the battery since i got it” (context: He got it 2 mouths before i got mine). What should i do?

Hello . I activated for headphones Razer Barracuda X "7.1. surround sound. " I have a problem, I can't activate "Thx spatial audio". I don't know where to get the code to activate. I don't know where this code is. I received a letter with codes by mail, but when I used them, I was told that "the code is not valid". And that's why I don't know Where do I find this code to activate"THX spatial audio"? Thank you. Help me find this code on my headphones. 

I ABSOLUTELY love your THX Spatial Audio app since I bought it just last week, and I am currently using it with my brand new Quartz Barracuda X that I received as a gift from my Boyfriend during the 2024 Holiday Season.There is a missing feature however that I would love to see implemented, and that feature would be a "per-Application EQ Setting", that can "override the current Global EQ settings". Specifically, I am an avid Gamer, but I also LOVE to listen to my music using my Apple Music for Windows 11 App when I'm not gaming. If there could be a way for your THX Spatial Audio App to automatically change from the Global "Game" EQ that I use the most on all of my Game's, to a Customized "Apple Music" EQ (that I have personally created), whenever the THX Spatial Audio app detects that I am running Apple Music for Windows 11 app, that would be soooo absolutely amazing!I just want to also take a moment to thank you all at Razer for making such amazing Products, amazing Applications, and

Hello. I’ve been a lifelong turtle beach user. But the final straw was my 3rd pair of Stealth 700 gen 2’s ear cup ended up cracking and inevitably snapped completely off. This has happened with all 3 pairs over time. Full disclosure, I have a big fat head so I’m assuming that’s what’s causing the cracking. My question is how’s the build quality on the blackshark v2 pro. I’m really looking to move on from turtle beach. These look perfect for me in every aspect, I’m just worried about build quality. Hello there,I'm new to your forum. Got my first Razer keyboard on a recent holiday. Razer Black Widow V4 75%. It has a German keyboard layout. So the special characters, for example the “ ö ”, is at the place (the key) where it can also be found on a normal German keyboard. So when I type this key, the “ ö ” appears on the screen as intended. However, the key cap of this key shows this “ ;: ‘, not the ’ ö ”. This is of course annoying. So what I need, as you already know, is a set of keycaps that match the German keyboard layout. In other words, where the key shows what appears on the screen after typing.I would be super happy if you could tell me where I can get them. So this nice Christmas present didn't quite generate the joy, but I'm hoping for you. Many thanks in advance

Hi, I was fine on Synapse 3. I switched to Synapse 4 for Snap Tap and my headset started muting the mic while talking, I deleted it and when I reinstalled it I got the same error. I reinstalled Synapse 3 and the same error happened again. How can I fix this, it's getting annoying. I'm writing from the translation, sorry.

so whenever i start playing a video/song theres a slight crackling/popping sound,it happens at other times also.Ive tried reinstalling synapse,drivers, play with sound level.Headset is like 2 weeks old and hasnt fell down or anything
