The Razer Armory

All mice will have at least three buttons: left, right and middle; beyond that I need two on the left, two on the right and two on the top, for a total of 9. The last mouse to have this was the Lancehead, but that’s discontinued. Why is there not a single currently-manufactured Razer mouse that has this symmetrical 9-button profile?There is no upgrade path for Lachesis → Taipan → Lancehead users. Are there plans to fix this?

Dear Forum.I am configuring my Tartarus Pro 2 for productivity (keyboard shortcuts/macros for various programs – primarily Revit).After considering various configuration options, what I’ve decided would work best for me is to create a bunch of profiles (some programs to have multiple profiles depending on the phase of work, etc.).To switch between the profiles I want to be able to press the Hypershift key (on any of the main profiles) and have customized the keys in Hypershift mode so that I can select which profile I want to switch to.The benefits of this arrangement (in my mind) is that (a) switching between profiles rather than keymap means that I get a notification on my desktop to indicate which profile I’ve switched to, it allows for swapping between 19 profiles (just using my fingers, not thumb buttons)…While it seems to be working well, the only issue that I’m having with this configuration is that it seems that I have to individually configure the Hypershift configuration for

So I rerecently bought a Razer Kaira Pro and I was using it just fine till recently that it will disconnect randomly during a game or at worse every 8 seconds my fight stick doesn't have a 3.5mm jack so I have to use the fight stick but I'm getting upset that the headset will disconnect then cause my fight stick to stop responding as well can someone explain why this happens and how to fix it. I play on Xbox and the headset is only a day old from posting 

I game on PC and exclusively play wired, so I am considering buying the Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament edition. That said, I have been playing with an Evil Controller the last few years and my biggest gripe is the stick drift that they develop. My right stick is typically tuned to have notably more tension than the left stick and the main draw to Evil for me was their mouse click triggers and their paddles. Evil controller paddles can be pushed on from any angle to actual them which is nice for someone like me with larger hands. However, I JUST learned that hall-effect exists, and that allegedly, the Wolverine V3 is at least as responsive as my evil controller when plugged in. I then learned that TMR sticks exist, which is better than hall-effect? My main question here is simply A. Is it possible to replace the hall-effect sticks in this (Wolverine V3) with TMR sticks for better responsiveness without voiding the warranty? B. Is there a manner in which these sticks can be tightened ? 

When I first connected my new headset to my PC, it worked fine. It had sound, stable connection, no problems.But I decided to disable the light on my headset and install Synapse to do it.After installing Synapse, I lost the sound in my headset (there is a "Kraken v3 pro" device in Windows sound settings, I see the sound indicator but no sound on the headset).Also the connection with the dongle is unstable:Sometimes after starting the PC, I can control my headset via Synapse (e.g. lighting), but after 30-90 seconds the connection is lost and nothing happens until I uninstall Synapse + drivers and reinstall it.  Sometimes the headset won't connect to the PC after startup until I reinstall Synapse. I want to know the release date of the V4 Pro in white, with orange or yellow switches. I want to buy it, but it’s only available with green switches. Is it possible to replace the switches? I heard that the switches can’t be replaced on the black version. If the white version allows switch replacement, I plan to purchase it separately.

hi all, i have found a problem with the new synapse v 3   20240108it starts up 1 time and finds all my devices  asks for a pc restart, then after the restart, it wont start synapse at all after that.ive done a complete uninstall and re install the same problem. So ive have tried the new beta synapse   2024it loads up finds all my devices apart from 1,    this isRazer Tartarus v2      and it cant find it. any advice please

First experience using Razer Gold. I bought a $250 PIN/code from target.com(3:54pm EST). I Inputted the PIN within 5 minutes of recieving it (3:58pm) but I got the error code "this PIN has already been redeemed". I instantly submitted a ticket showing screenshots with all proof of puchase, time I recieved the email and the error code with the PIN showing. I contact support, only for them to tell me the code was redeemned TWELVE (12) hours(4:59am) after I created a ticket, I kept asking how that would be possible for the error code to show for me, then have the SAME code redeemed 12 hours after my ticket was created. They said my email probably has a cybersecurity issue - which makes zero sense because why wouldn't the code work for me, then work 12 hours later. For them to even look into it - they said I have a police report. They will not investigate without one. I think I would get laughed out of a Police Station if I went there with this. The RGB lighting on the keyboard is not very fluid. I assume this is consistent across all the devices, but my reference is the Ornata Chroma v1. It is not lagging or anything.The rate at which the lighting updates seems… slow. When you use effects like Ripple, especially on faster speeds you can really tell how choppy it is. Feels like the lighting is updating at around 15-30 fps. There is also a delay from the moment you press a button to the effect beginning. so i have researched what i can do about this issue, from firmware updates to reinstalling synapse, to everything, in simple, swapping ports. Whenever i plug in my kiyo, it is detected by synapse. the second i turn it on in discord or any other app even in synapse itself, it undetects but the hardware light indicating the device is on is still flickering. i can't find the device back even in device manager, the camera tab is void. I've tried everything i know and i am stuck
