I am not receiving my 2FA code, I’ve requested it many times so I can set up my Razer Gold. This has been a very frustrating experience because not only are the specific cards I want out of stock, but my ticket hasn’t been replied to, AND I can’t even set up Razer Gold. I am getting scared that I may have $50 just stuck in this account.

Does anyone have issues with charging their wireless mouse using the USB port? I have the Deathadder V2 Pro and I am unable to charge or use the USB port after a few months of usage. I only charged once every 2 weeks since the battery last so long. I got a replacement and it started happening again. Seems like a fundamental design flaw to have a micro USB port on the mouse in the first place.

I currently am due for an upgrade from my Blackwidow Elite due to the faulty volume wheel. I am looking at the blackwidow V4 but I noticed Razer no longer sells tactile switches (equivalent to cherry mx brown). It’s either green (clicky) or yellow (linear). Why does Razer no longer provide orange switches as an option?

I have a Blackwidow Ultimate 2016, and the W key is shot. what Keycaps are compatible please.

When I push down on the buttons they don't move there stuck the bottom one worked for like a day a few weeks ago but that's was the only time any worked I really want to fix this because it's my favourite mouse and it cost me ALOT of money

Hello,I ordered a pair of Blackshark V2 Pro headset in 2021(I still have the online receipt). Ever since I had them I have had no directional audio on my pc, for better terms surround sound. And I took it over to my buddy’s house and tried them on his pc, they were absolutely perfect and had surround sound and directional audio. The Surround sound itself is recognized as a source of audio on my pc, but there is no audio. I also can’t get an activation code because I don’t have the box anymore and there is no product number on the headset itself. I’m sorry this is a lot but I want you guys to be able to know everything before I ask. anybody know why it works so well on my friends computer and not mine? If so how could I change it.

hello guys ican’t use chroma apps with overwatch with the new update. Synapse can’t find overwatch in “ app” . What i can do?  is just my problem?

Razer products break a couple of months after waranty expires. Had this with many razer products the past few years. Is there an internal system that does that so you can buy new?

You know, sometimes things that are taken for granted suddenly become uncomfortable when you notice something is not right. When using a mouse, my habit is to lift and bend my little finger, which means it doesn't touch the desktop or the mouse, but sometimes I feel it's getting in the way. If you are not used to using the mouse in other ways, I don't know how everyone feels?

I'm having a problem with my Razer Naga Pro v1. It just randomly died on me, and now it's not showing any signs of life. No lights, nothing. I've tried plugging it into my computer, but it doesn't get picked up at all.I've seen other posts like this and I've tried updating the firmware, but since the computer isn't recognizing the mouse when I plug it in, I can't even start the update process. Has anyone else dealt with this issue before? Any tips or fixes would be greatly appreciated! 

For some reason, I cant get the microphone to work. Im using Win11. Is there a driver/software that I can download?

Hi everyone, I recently updated Razer Synapse to the latest version; and since then; it has stopped detecting my Razer DeathAdder mouse. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse; updating the firmware, and switching USB ports; but the problem persists.  🙁 The mouse still works perfectly fine outside of Synapse; but I can’t customize any settings.I’ve also checked Windows device manager; and everything seems to be fine there; with no hardware issues detected. I have a Razer Naga 2014 wired mouse.  I think that it’s high time that a left-handed version is created with the 12 buttons on the right side for us lefties, eh?  My wired model still works fine, but Razer is ignoring us lefties when it comes to wireless.  I posited the same question back in 2014.  So, what’s up Razer?

Hello, so I accidentaly delete the keyboard firmware from device manager but after scaning the missing device, it not showing up.. can someone help me with this situation? i can’t use my ‘fn’ key to control volume, etc. thank you. 

Razer Blackshark V2 X mic is horrendous, audio leakage, fuzzy white noise, terrible volume. Please tell me there is a fix.

I kindly ask for help. I have a Razer Leviathan v2 set, for some time now Windows has been signing it with a Microsoft driver from 2022 as the so-called Audio USB2, which is why I can't turn on THX or play with setting profiles because they don't work. I have no problem with Razer Kraken v4 headphones. I beg for help because I've already tried all methods and nothing helps

Any idea when we might be getting this? The v2 rear button placement was always a negative for me and now with HE sticks plus new location. I'm really hoping this is in the works/coming soon. 

Someone help me decide a headphone under 200 usd 

I got Razer Kishi Ultra one week ago, and found that the 3.5mm audio output has a weird issue which will output noisy electronic sound after long time (>20 minutes) of use. With the supports from the staff in Razer store, I tried 3 different units, different wired headphones, and the issue still occurred. I haven't test different phones, but since my other cheap USB-C controller, also with a 3.5mm audio output, doesn't have such issue, so I doubt it is caused by my phone. If you wonder how bad the audio could be when this issue happened, you can check this one  minutes long video, which the first 30 seconds shows the normal audio output, and the rest 30 seconds shows the abnormal audio output (better turned down the audio volume cause its really uncomfortable to hear). Hope the employees from Razer notice this issue and start to investigate it. I have returned my Razer Kishi Ultra cause right now it's not working properly for me, but if one day Razer fixed this issue with new hardwa

I wanted to know if it was possible to reset all the settings of the controller, because a paddle is slowing my character and blocks the camera when I keep pressing on the paddle. Thank you. 

How to make sure this never happens ever again ? The only issue I have with exiting the Razer apps for good is 1) Cortex frees up RAM for gamingI have disabled the sensitivity buttons on my mouse in case I accidentally click them. If I exit Synapse then the sensitivity buttons are able to change sensitivity to random values and not the preset ones. 

Hi Razer fams,Realised that Razor Click Pro is out of stock on Razer's website. Is it discontinued? I am very interested in getting it because it can connect up to 3 devices via Bluetooth, which is a feature I am looking for to switch between my Laptop, Tablet and TV box. Amongst other mouses from Logitech which have the same features, I think Pro Click seem to be suitable for gaming too. I'm not a competitive anyway, but would still like a mouse suitable for gaming with the multi-device feature. Also, I know there is the pro Click mini, but I think the size is rather small for my liking.  Understand i can use a KVM or whatnot, but I am trying to reduce as much cables on my desk as possible.
