Hi, many years ago i bought this mouse, the Overwatch Deathadder Chroma. When i purchased it i had trouble getting it to work with razer synapse, at the time it was 2.0. Today i picked it up again to try and see what i can do with it but when i got to razer support i couldn’t get help because my warranty expired. Even today i can’t get this mouse to work… Help…?

my phone is broken and i lost my access to my authenticator app. i tried to chat with agent but theres not one available since yesterday

So I typically when I go to play something I get in a call on discord and get on a game but using the black shark hyperspeed v2’s I either have problems in game with hearing using the stereo option(switching to handsfree mode sometimes works). OR only my audio on discord will work. It works fine when I’m just playing the game by myself, but I wonder if this is a problem other people have? I read another post saying that because I was trying to use it as both a mic and headphones that’s the problem, but with all the things Razer said about them I feel like I should just be able to use them like they are but I can’t 

Hi, I've seen posts on here about help with getting the supposedly irreplaceable Nari USB dongle. I've lost mine -- is there really no way to get a new one? Has anyone received a response from support about this? Thanks!! 

Hi i need help with my xbox razer wolverine tournament edition controller. I bought this a few years ago and recently the B button has been inconsistent. If i hold it down it works but flickers while holding it down if you know what i mean. Is this a problem with the button or the internals and how do i fix it?

hello, It's been four days since my Razer gold wallet was disabled, and it's been days since I finished and submitted the requirements that they require. I've already chatted and had a conversation with three agents in the live chat, but there has been no update. Can someone help me with this? I am quite frustrated and disappointed.

Is there a charging stand for the Razer Wolverine V2 Pro Wireless Gaming Controller for PS5?

I have a Razer X Basilisk it was working fine for 2 years but recently while playing it randomly shuts down and disconnects. I have tried changing batteries, removing and reinserting the dongle, switching off and on the mouse. But, it comes back to life only when it wants to. It usually takes 1-2 minutes before reconnecting again. I would appreciate any solution that would fix this i really like the mouse as it fits my palm perfectly. 

So, I just bought this Razer keyboard for my Lenovo PC. I simply just wanted a better keyboard and feels and sounds good when typing. However, since using this keyboard for a bit, I’ve noticed some issues. 1) The keyboard lights up when I turn the PC off, I have logged into Razer Synapse and selected “when display is turned off” but it doesn’t seem to work. 2) I’ve noticed that my PC has gotten a little slower. Watching YouTube, the videos are choppy and laggy at times. I’m not very technical about all of this. Just wondering if anyone knows what is going on. 

I bought a razer deathadder v2 pro a few months ago.Today it suddenly started disconnecting and connecting again and again. I have tried to update the device with the razer tool for that model but it didn't work. If I can't fix it, I will proceed to request the warranty.

I’ve had this mouse for about 2-3 years I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue with the mouse basically dying when just browsing the mouse will not let me use the scroll wheel and when In games it doesn’t allow me to use the mouse at all besides just the buttons sometimes this happens on start up of the pc as well 

My Baracuda X keeps shutting off by itself. It will open the bluetooth and it will connect but after it connects to your phone it suddenly power off. It’s been with me over 2 months and I love this thing a lot and I don’t know what to do.

I use scroll wheel left/right tilt as back/forward navigation. Yesterday my left tilt went bonkers - it either does not work or keeps sending key presses even when not touched. Never had this problem before.I assume this is probably some kind of wear and tear on the wheel sensor/switch? Does anyone know if this is fixable? Is it common? 

I have said speakers, but due to some power problem the microcontroller responsible for rgb control got burnt, now I am trying to find someone who might have the control pod of those speakers and would be okay with getting rid of it or selling this part to me. I’ve searched the most popular re-selling sites with no luck, that’s why I am here.
