When i turn off the rgb in the keyboard some keys still on but on dim blue (like when u press on fn key) win key,fn key,enter and left shiftHow can i solve this problem

The question: I am looking to attach a second external monitor and the HDMI port is already in use. My device : Razer Blade Pro 17 2019 (240hz FHD)I was trying to find the Dedicated GPU only mode，and i couldn't find itAs the website shows that this specific model (Rz09-0314x) has Dedicated GPU only mode,but i couldn't find it in neither Synapse and NV control panel nor bios.Any answer will be appreciate.

I had this for my birthday last September and I love it. I don't use it everyday but when I do I play for a few hours on COD. Very good controller. No issues... all of a sudden yesterday I'm running around after the game just started then it just started saying controller disconnected as soon as I go to shoot my gun. It works fine in menu and home etc. Just as soon as a game starts it does it. It's very frustrating. I went on amazon yesterday and I bought a new lead with the last of my money thinking it would fix it and it came just now, I couldn't wait to plug it in and its still doing it :( please help me I haven't got the money to buy a new controller 

My a key is sometimes not responding. its not dirt cause i removed the keycap and cleaned it. i also reset the keyboard through synapse and did a firmware update. do u guys have any clue how to fix this?I have the blackwidow v3 tenkeyless

Not mentioning "tech issues" what would you change about the design of Razer laptops? Or would you say they're pretty perfect design wise? Honestly, the only thing I'd change would probably be the proprietary charger.. that's the only thing I'm not a fan of, I'd use the standard barrel style charger or maybe a USB C charger if possible and probably find a way to put it in the back out of the way. Some of the other things I'd change would be a better mechanical keyboard with a number pad and a fingerprint sensor. What about you all? 

I have come to the conclusion that I will be avoiding Intel for my next laptop purchase and will be going with AMD due to their superior chadlike power efficiency. I do not like the battery consumption on the Intel CPU laptops and the Ryzen AI 370 chip is only in the 14 inch form factor sadly. The new Ryzen chips are amazing and the iGPU included with them are powerful for their size. If any Razer employee sees this, we want AMD CPU + NVIDIA GPU in the upcoming 16s and 18s. 

Is it compatible with laser phantom keyboard keycap wooting 60he keyboard?

I have a Bas Ulti that is just leaving me stumped. I just got a new pc with windows 11 and the mouse will not charge. When docked, it THINKS it’s charging. It knows it should be. But the percentage never goes up. (Wireless use is unaffected only charging is issue) Yet if I plug it into our other pc with windows 10, no problems at all. Charged perfectly. I’ve tried uninstalling synapse and reinstalling. The versions are the same on both PCs. I’ve tried both synapses (3.0 and New). I’ve updated the drivers for it. None of this has worked. It won’t charge by bring directly plugged into cable to pc either. The windows 11 pc is the only thing it refuses to get any charge on (but acts and thinks it’s charging). I’m dumbfounded. Razer sent a rma form to me, but I’d rather not since I know it works and is fine but some thing between it and 11 are not meshing. Anyone had an issue with win11 and their mouse? Did you find the answer? I’d rather not rma/buy a new/keep it plugged in permanently whe

I had my deathadder elie for 9 years now and I thinking about switching it. Thing is, it is such a great mouse that I don't know what to replace it with. Had thoughts about just buying a new one. Any recommendations?

Was directed here from Twitter about giving feedback for the Aether Light Bar. Apologies if this is the wrong forum for this. Just got it today and have some issues with it.Gonna get the controversial one out of the way: While I love USBC, my PC and the USB hub I have for it have no usb-c ports. Would love for it to be usb-a or have a usb-c to usb-a dongle included. Would love a way to mount a web cam on top of the lightbar whether that be a design change in the next version or an accessory (preferrable). Having my webcam off to the side is awkward and would much prefer to be able to have it centered. I don’t like how the capacitive controls become unusable when I have it connected to Synapse. I don’t want to open synapse when I want to change the brightness or the warmth of the light.  I’m sure this can be fixed with a firmware/Synapse update which I think would be great.

 My Razer Deathadder Essential isn’t showing up on the Synapse 3 software, I have tried so fixes but nothing worked so far, does anyone have any idea how I can fix this issue?

my old 3500dpi Deathadder (v1?) just stopped working properly, i bought the Deathadder v3 as a replacement but i do not like the loud clicking sounds, is there any razer mouse which is more quite when clicking? My old one was perfect in that regard.

I bought this keyboard a few days ago and turns out it doesn’t work when I turn on my pc. For It to work, I have to disconnect the cable and plug it back in. I’ve updated drivers for everything on my PC, I’ve also updated the firmware on the keyboard yet it doesn’t work properly. Also tried with a different cable but same outcome. Any solution or idea on what it could be?I don't know what else to do. I did a fabric reset, as said previously; tried another cable, updated both drivers and firmware and is still not working when I turn on my PC. It's the only peripheral I have this issue with. The keyboard is not brand new. I bought it used, the store I bought it from is reliable and has warranty, but I'm waiting on the warranty so I can find a solution on my own because I'd have to return the keyboard and the store is hundreds of kilometres away.
