Hi, I have a Razer blade 17 early 2022. No issues whatsoever. I have the latest synapse installed and my max fan rpm can go up to 3800. I have all the software, all updates.  It’s not loud at all when it runs on 3800. The temps are always ok. I just wanted to know if 3800 rpm is the highest it can go or it’s limited by software or smth. Thank you!

Hi guys,As someone who very recently learned of Razer and liked it, would anyone be kind enough to enlighten on the difference between a 2023 and 2024 Blade 16 wirh a 4090? Bestbuy sells the former for $3100 now, and the latter at $4400. While I was looking for “the best”, 3.2k is already a lot.Would it be better for me to get a 2024 with 4080 or just get the super discounted top of band 2023 model? 

I'm looking to switch from mac and get a powerhouse laptop that will last me 5 years and be great for gaming. I have only seen reviews for the 300hz non-4k one, are there any around for the 4k version" For anyone that has it or plans on getting it, why/is it worth it? Also, am I forced to get a 4090 (not 4080) with the 4k? The ROG Zephyrus is $3500 for the 4090, so I was curious about getting that.

Hii, I want to claim the warranty RAZER DEATHADDER ESSENTIAL - ERGONOMIC WIRED GAMING MOUSE - CHS PACKAGING, I bought it on 13 Apr 2023 and the mouse can’t use, I’ve try to plug and adjust the wire but it still cannot work, if I’m not misunderstood, I can claim the warranty in one year right? How to claim my razer blackwidow v3 mini warranty?

My Razer Blade 18 laptop came with a 330W Power Brick. It has 2 female USB-C input ports. One Anker Prime Power Bank is 20,000mAh total 200W output such that it has 2 USB-C female ports rated at 100W output each. I intend to connect 2 100W USB-C cables from the power bank to charge my laptop via its two ports. And the 330W Power Brick.This will theoretically result in 530W of input before some loss of energy due to non-100% inefficiencies. Query #1: Does the Razer Blade actually support this total power input in this configuration? (I've read that the USB-C ports on the laptop each are max 100W.) Query #2: Will it severely damage the laptop?Now assume I left the power brick at home and I'm on the go with one Anker Prime aforementioned. Charging the laptop at 200W, Query #3: Does the laptop’s battery accept input power from its two separate USB-C input ports SUCH that the electricity is from the same output source (one Anker Prime powerbank)?Thank you for your time. 

How can I get 2,500 razer silver? already registered to bake. Anyone can help me with this? 

Just got myself a new Aether Pro Lamp but it’s already become unusable. First it completely disappeared from my Synapse 3 after I restarted my computer. Then the Gamer Room app wouldn’t control it at all. So naturally I deleted it off of that app and tried to add the device back. But unfortunately, no matter how many times I reset the device, it won’t enter pairing mode. At least I think I’m resetting it, because the paper instructions tell me one way to do that, and Razer’s support website has different written instructions along with picture(s) instructions on the same webpage that don’t match either the printed instructions or web written instructions. Classic haha.Anyone else had this problem and figured out a fix?

Simple question here: in order to transfer large amounts of image data between two co-located Razor 18 laptops, is a simple ethernet cable the best solution?  Thank you.

I am curious to know if I were to get a Razer Seiren Mini will it have audio mixer software through synapse available for use or do I have to buy an audio mixer?

It’d be cool if they added a randomness factor to Turbo mode so that the Clicks per Second feels more human. Just a quality of life improvement we could use :)I’d much rather use the mouse’s software than something external like AHK.

Hi, I have a problem that when I hold down the right click, it’s too sensitive. It is a huge problem for Minecraft and FPS games. For Minecraft it can act as an autoclicker, in Valorant I have to press it really hard for the ADS and for FPS Games I have to find a sweet spot so it can be held.The other problem is that when I try to flick, my mouse just randomly stops and disconnects like it’s nothing. The USB Cable is put-on correctly and is an other disadvantage for all games. For CS2 and Valorant it’s really problematic as I can’t move my mouse for a moment which is an disadvantage because it gives the enemy a free kill and can result into a clutch or ace failure.

I have had the razer basilisk v3 for 3 weeks and have treated it well but suddenly the scroll wheel became crooked and loose and refuses to scroll at times I’m wondering if there’s a way to fix this or if I can get compensated

BUT these days it's getting really hard to get those.Here are some ways we can earn itSpending Razer Gold Razer Cortex PC Razer Cortex Games (Mobile) Skibre Razer Insider Razer Cortex Squad (Event) GAMMA miningRecently there is one way we can earn which is by playing tournaments at Mogul.gg but now it seems like mogul no longer provides tournaments for us to play not sure why.Razer Silver from Razer Cortex (Mobile) also decreasing. There is sometime we can earn 200 Razer Silver per game and DOUBLE silver for the other game during week ends. Now i only receive 2 games which provides 25 silver per game. No more 200 Silver and double SilverCortex Squad (Event) we can earn alot from it but the system delay causes the event to be quite unfair so we cant win anything or only a little from it.Is there anyone who have any idea how can i earn more silver?

firstly sorry for the bad english and if this is a completely normal thing to happen but when my charge runs out and i plug it in and try to play with the cable connected to the headphones it wont blink green it will only blink red when charging and blue when i try to open it but it wont connect to my pc even with it still being cable connected(i didnt know what categories to put in so sorry if it is in the wrong category)

Hello dear Reader, i need to know if i got 100k of razer silver can i change to razer gold gold for a few touches, Or did i have to wait 3500 to 1$ a week there will be expired points on razer silver.

I originally set up my Orochi V2 using Synapse on my old gaming PC, which I later sold. I've been doing some light gaming on my Mac Mini, which isn't Synapse compatible, and I'm running into an issue with my old Synapse mouse bindings.Razer Hypershift was bound to Mouse Button 4, and now that mouse button won't work because it's still bound to hypershift. I can't figure out how to rebind the button or reset the mouse in order to regain access to the button without using Synapse.Any advice? 

HI ,A few days ago I bought a Razer viper v3 pro and every time the mouse comes out of sleep mode or I unplug the Razer dongle and plug it in again it lights up white on the mouse for 3 sec and then red for 3 sec and the mouse is charged to 90%. I made a video of the whole situation here is the

My new Razer Viper V3 Pro ordered direct from Razer, isn't tracking correctly. It will randomly skip downwards severely for no reason while gaming, even when the mouse is moving up. When I lift it up and reset it quickly to do a swipe, it doesn't immediately start tracking, is delayed and doesn't catch up to the current mouse position correctly. I have changed the LOD to many settings, same issue. Current set up: 1600DPI, LOD Low, 2K polling, wireless, no mouse acceleration, receiver at the top of my mouse pad, using Zowie Rouge cloth pad, it's very standard in gaming. The main game I'm playing is Fortnite, and I experience the issue mostly in boxfights and 1v1s where there's a lot of mouse movement required for building and editing. Does anyone at Razer, or the forum, have a fix for this? Either settings? Or a new firmware patch?

I was using my razer huntsman v2, and the s key and its switch came completely out. I havent even had this keyboard for 2 years and it's already falling apart. I've never been rough with it or anything. I believe if I spend nearly 100$ on a keyboard, it should last longer than a $20 one from best buy. I assumed that the limited warranty meant something. They denied my request. 

The Razer Nommo V2 X speakers, firmware update from 1.2 to 1.4 is causing a decline in sound quality, making the sound more sharp and unpleasant to listen to.

Dears, I have a problem with battery charging on my 2024 Razer Blade 18.After discharging the battery (say to 15%) and connecting the charger, battery would not start charging and remain at %15 indefinitely (observed it for a whole day), until I do the following:change battery optimizer settings back and forth (normally it’s set to limit the charging to 50%) enable and disable one-time full charging reconnect the chargerUnfortunately I’m unable to tell in what order this needs to be done to guarantee success.But so far I was able to somehow trigger the charging eventually by repeating the above. I’d appreciate if anyone could give me an advice on this. Obviously, this looks like a problem with firmware. Thank you
