Just purchased the blackshark v2 hyperspeed wireless headset, and immediately ran into an issue. Whenever I am in a discord call/voice chat, my PC automatically blocks out any other audio like youtube/games/music. This happens when im using the headset wirelessly through the hyperspeed dongle, and through bluetooth. Now when I play through a USB cable from my headset straight to the PC, this problem is fixed BUT the audio quality is really terrible and sounds awful.I have updated the firmware, deleted and reinstalled synapse (which the problems occur whether synapse is open or not), fiddled with the sound control panel on Windows 10, and a bunch of other things.Do i really need to buy another headset just to use discord and another program at once?

8 months ago i bought the razer viper v2 pro after 5 months the mice started to not connect than all a sudden the dongle didn't connect i tried to connect one of the workers for replacement but didn't happen im still waiting for some help. anyone advice

I press the power button on the laptop, it doesn’t turn on, but when I hold down the power button for seconds, the white light blinks. Video 

So my dad bought a razer huntsman mini for me and its not old only like 5 months and i dont know what i did to it but it doesnt work anymore i even unpluged it and pluged it again and still nothing i even tried to connect it to another device but i still didnt work so i still have the box wires and everything please help me how can i return the keyboard to be replaced.

I have a huntsman elite with the common wrist pad damage. Does anyone know of another razer wrist rest which has the exact same size pad?The plan is to remove the pads and swap the new one onto the huntsman rgb wrist rest. Thanks.

So I just bought my Razer Laptop last 2022 of October and not even 2 years the battery started bloating and to make matters worse because the keyboard ribbon was next to the battery it pushed it out and I think it damaged it to the point that some of my keys in my keyboard stopped working. I tried contacting Razer customer support about it but even with my serial given due to the warranty ended. I have tried other brands before but this is the first time I have experienced this. I thought with Razer being a expensive and good brand that the Razer laptops would be powerful but no. Now I'm spending it several hundred dollars just to find other ways to fix this problem. The battery is now replaced but the keyboard is still broken with 5 keys not working even with Razer Synapse uninstalled and Keyboard driver reinstalled. Never again.

Hi Guys I have just bought a V3 pro & im finding the right mouse button is too sensitive. Im playing PUBG & its making me accidently unscope my gun mid battle. Anyone else suffer from this or know how to sort this problem ?All help gratefully recieved :DThanks

I’ve been using these headphones for a couple months now and have rarely used the microphone but recently have gotten back into gaming and I can’t get the mic to work. It’s not showing up on any mic test and I’ve defaulted all the settings and updated it. Seems like a bad design with it being able to be removed especially after googling this specific issue.

I switched from my gaming pc to my gaming laptop and when i plug in my audio controller of my headset the razer audio controller - chat thats usually there alongside the razer audio controller - game is not there, all that is left is the controller - game.

I’m simply trying to remap ctrl+V to ctrl+shift+v on my blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed. When I go to the keyboard function section I’m only able to select one key at a time.

I sent out my old keyboard for warranty work about a week ago. Wasn’t working at all. Got a completely new one in today still the same problem.

I really want to change the switches on my blackwidow v3 because I didnt realize how loud they would be and hollow sounding. I love the physical board for all of the rgb and macro stuff but wanna install some aqua king v3 switches in there. also, are 3rd party stabs able to be installed? I hate how rattly mine are. Thanks!

Hi, can anyone help me? I can't get the keyboard RAZER BLACKWIDOW V3 to work with a USB switch. When I switch from one PC to another, the keyboard stops working and I must have to restart the system. The same thing happens if I disconnect the keyboard and reconnect it to the same PC. I have to reboot all the time. There is a solution?
