Hey everyone, I’ve been using a Razer Blade 15 (i7, RTX 3060, 16GB RAM) for gaming, and overall it performs really well. But I’ve noticed that after about 30–40 minutes of playing games like Apex Legends or Warzone, the FPS starts dropping and the laptop gets noticeably hot.At the start, everything runs smooth on high settings, but performance dips as the session goes on. I’m wondering if this is thermal throttling or maybe something related to power settings or Razer Synapse profiles. Has anyone else experienced this on Razer laptops? Any tips to keep performance stable during longer sessions?

Please my razer gold card is 12 digit instead of 14 digit. Please help me on it? 

I've lost my mic and am looking for a replacement I tried the lux one from Amazon but it barely registers my voice and am looking for an original mic not a 3rd party replacement any help would be appreciated

I got a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro (6 extra buttons) mainly for extra inputs with games that have a lot of commands. Steam doesn't recognize the controller as anything but an Xbox controller, so the extra buttons don't work. And you can only edit the buttons in the Razer app to mirror already existing buttons? So you have two A inputs instead of one, and a separate input or combo? I wish I had known that beforehand, shaking my head.Theres no way to make the buttons for seprate inputs from other existing buttons ?

I just bought my very first (and most definitely my last) Razer product - Ornata v3 X. I was unable to try it before buying it, but I figured that it should be good considering the brand. Big mistake! Unfortunately I can't return it due to the store's policy, so I guess I'll be stuck with it for a whileThat thing feels and sound cheap as hell. The box says “silent membrane switches”, but guess what! There's nothing silent about this keyboard. While it doesn't make the typical “mechanical keys” noise, it still makes annoying “cheap plastic keys” kind of noise while typing.  Another bummer is the software that’s supposed to let you customize it. It was pain in the backside to install the Synapse and the Chroma stuff with constant “failed to install” error messages. Eventually they got installed and even though I was able to run them, none of them had any effect on the keyboard. They “see” it, but wouldn't apply any changes I made. Hey everyone,I’m trying to decide between the first three Razer Blade laptops Stealth, Blade 14, and Blade 15 mainly for strong, heavy-duty gaming performance (AAA titles, high settings, stable FPS).I understand all three are premium machines, but I want to know which one actually performs best when pushed hard.From what I’ve researched so far:Blade Stealth → more of an ultrabook, focused on portability, not really meant for heavy gaming Blade 14 → compact but powerful, great balance of performance and portability Blade 15 → larger chassis, better cooling, more sustained performanceSo my main question is: Which one handles long gaming sessions + high GPU load the best without thermal throttling or performance drops?If anyone has real experience with these, especially for games like Cyberpunk, Warzone, or AAA titles at high settings, your advice would really help.Thanks in advance

Hello.I’ve got my Razor Blackwidow Elite for many years, but i while ago my armrest broke…I know it sounds weird, but the stuff inside got flenched up by a knife while i was unboxing some gear.Do any know if Razor sells them with the magentic in? I found this on a danish website: Razer Ergonomic Wrist Rest For Full-sized Keyboardsbut i dont know if there i the magentic thing in there.Someone pls help

Hi, so I bought the razer huntsman v3 pro tkl and I got some issues with the left shift. I play mainly cs2 and I noticed that when I’m walking it sometimes stops to work and then I get killed because I start to run instead of walking. Idk if it’s software issue, but I tried to uninstall razer synapse and the issue still persists. Any help would be appreciated. 

Yesterday, I bought a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro, and everything was going great until I tried to use a controller. I quickly realized that no matter what I did, no game detected my inputs. Once I closed Synapse and restarted, the issue went away. The only issue with this is that I then lose all my RGB customization on my keyboard. Is there any way I can get controllers to work with Synapse? Is there something super obvious I'm just missing? I find it really weird that a $250 keyboard just voids out all controller support. I looked this up online and found absolutely nothing, which brings me here.

I recently re-found my beloved Razer Viper Ultimate (RC30-030501) that was lost during a house renovation.Unfortunately, the receiver dongle is missing 😭 This is entirely my own fault, but I haven’t been able to find out what the proper replacement would be.Some say that a 1:1 replacement is need as  the Viper Ultimate dongles are unique.Others state that the HyperPolling wireless dongle could work, essentially pairing with a “generic” Razer receiver.So I’m at a loss and don’t know how to proceed.I would really appreciate any help or guidance, since this is was a gift from a now deceased relative and I’d love to keep using it (I know it sounds silly, but it has sentimental value)Thanks in advance for your kind response!

Hi thereI have searched alot but i cannot seem to find firmware for my left handed naga, not even a firmware updater.I have an issue where my mose stops moving for just under a second at random times, and its annoying in games. its POSSIBLE that this is only the case while having synapse open so that might be the issue. but in any case can you please provide me with new firmware as I bought the mouse a few years ago and never done a firmware update.Thank you kindly

Hi, I was given this keyboard today (it seems to be second-hand). The problem is that the W key worked fine, but after a while it started malfunctioning. It doesn't respond every now and then, and I have to press a little harder for it to register. Even when I hold it down, it suddenly stops responding. I've tried everything: updating drivers, cleaning the keyboard, unplugging and plugging it back in, and even restarting it, but the problem persists. I read here that the switch is probably damaged, but how do I repair or replace it? Or should I just throw it away? 

Just as the title says. I made a YouTube video showing what is going on and seeing that Synapse is NOT saving the adjustments you make. As mentioned in the video, even pressing FN + Tab to adjust on the fly will still default to 1.2mm instead of whatever adjustment you made. Looking around online, I’ve seen a few posts on Reddit and on here discussing the issue, but there has yet to be a fix for it? The only thing that is being recommended is to reinstall Razer. Hi folks,I want to make it so one of the side buttons is used to return "1" when I first press the button, then "2" when I press it a second time, "3" when pressed a third time, etc (ie cycling through potions 1-4 in an arpg for example).I was hoping the "Cycle" functionality would help me do this, but it's always greyed out (ie even when I have keystrokes in the macro) - see below. I can't update the firmware of my RZ01-0523, but it's pretty new (6 months) so I doubt that's the problem.Any help greatly appreciated, thank you!  

Hello,I am using a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro 8K keyboard and I would like to report a possible issue with the CapsLock key actuation.In Razer Synapse, I have set all keys to an actuation point of 0.1mm.Most keys respond correctly at 0.1mm.However, the CapsLock key behaves differently: In Synapse, CapsLock is also set to 0.1mm In actual use, the key only registers input at around ~2.0mm This behavior persists even after rebooting, changing profiles, and saving to onboard memory Because of this, there is a mismatch between the UI setting and the actual behavior.I would like to ask: Is the CapsLock key intentionally limited by firmware design? Or is this a known issue (bug) with Synapse or the keyboard firmware? Is there any fix or firmware update planned for this issue? Additionally, I would like to respectfully request the following:If this limitation is intentional, would it be possible to allow advanced users to disable or override this restriction?In my case, CapsLock is not used

I have lost all but one of the joysticks , including the tube that attaches to the joystick, do my wolverine v3 pro controller for Xbox, and can’t find any replacements anywhere please help
