my razer  mouse basilisk v3 does not  working after update new  version  of razer software, when plug  in usb keep connect and  disconnect,   what   problem is it? how to upload video at here

hi everyone, i had this razer huntsman mini for a couple of months and never had this issue, this day, when i came back home, i noticed my a bind was “sticky”, i tried to remove it but there’s nothing inside it and i didn’t spill anything that could make it like that, it’s just harder to press and it takes more time to get back up. Anyone knows how to fix this or had this problem before?

Hello, has anyone had/ fixed this?I have the Wolverine Tournament edition controller I use for PC. Has worked great for last 2 years and all of a sudden it started having problems. Only when putting input into the left stick, it will cause my right stick to drift straight up or down (depending on the direction of the left stick input). The phantom right stick input is centered and very on intensity. Iv seen several other people with the same problem, but each thread gets locked and I cannot research the fix. Iv uninstalled the controller, the driver and PC software. Iv tried different USB ports and the problem persists

I have a razer viper v2 pro mouse, can I buy a usb alone?

I made a valorant game credit purchase using my razer gold coins, but it's been 2 days and I haven’t received my item on my account. It says on the transaction history that it was successful. I received an email about the purchase. I thought there was only a delay, but its been 2 days. I already submitted a ticket the other day but no replies. 

My Razer Nari Ultimate suddenly stopped working and charging isn’t helping. I was at full battery on Friday and it was working and went home from college for a few days, brining it with me to play at home if I wanted, which I didn’t. However I got back to my house at college today and my headphones suddenly stopped working. They won’t turn on, connect, or do anything. 

Well hello to all the gamer fans.  Do you think anyone is getting work done.   I love see razer laptop with thunderbolt 5 options available. But I spending a lot of time wonder about USB above 3.2 or USB 4 or USB 5 support.   Why is USB not updating to newest option.     Also wondering about Thunderbolt 5 support hardware cables routers and hubs and new monitors or TV.    Is any of the talk about 50 generation video  cards real can they really  sell video  cards that are better with out updating sata speeds. It seems they keep adding more traffic lanes.  But why not  just upgrade sata 6GB/s limited instead of adding 32 lanes or 64 lanes if they possible fit.    128 lines of traffic going crazy yet.      Also why no xbox wireless controller yet.  I'm very depressing with a know beep beep problem with wired firmware not available and working on pc and console yet.   It seem like I spend my life just waiting for stuff.  I guess I should be happy we have information about thunderbolt 5 lap

Hey all,I'm new to messing with my razer and as you can see I have an old one. When I load up Razer Synapse I have to install Synapse 2.0 for my old ass mouse. I'm looking for how to activate turbo on my keys so they click several times per second when held down.When I go to mouse, customize, and side view I see where I can bind my keys to something else but cannot figure out where turbo is. Do I need a macro for it to bind to? Has anyone else had this issue? Help would he greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hi there,I havve some potential problem with my headset... I actuallt have 2 pairs od kraken v3 usb one normal...and 1 with heptics.  With both of them I have the same issues on my both pc-s… When I am playing games sometime I hear a wierd sound like robotic sound (discord and game as well ) not always...just once every 5 minutes and for I don't know...10 seconds?... and  that repeats always....

My headset has had random audio distortions, can’t replicate it at all but it just randomly happens. Distorts all audio and is highly annoying. I have reset my entire computer, reset the headset, reinstalled synapse and deleted. Updated firmware of headset. And even bought ANOTHER headset and they both have the issue. Please help

I’m thinking of switching the OS because of the possible discontinued support for Windows 10. Sucks that Windows 11 does support the chipset for this model. I would be using it mainly for college cybersecurity projects and occasional video watching (shows, movies). I mainly use my PC for gaming now. The performance on this Razer laptop has just been unbearable and it’s starting to show its age. I was wondering whether these performance issues might carry on if I were to switch to Linux?If anyone has already switched to linux on this system before, what Linux distro worked best for you?I’ve handled Linux before, specifically kali linux but never used it as a daily driver before

I’ve had the Seiren Mini v2 for about 3 years now, and about a 6 months ago, I started to have issues with it not connecting with my PC. It would appear in my devices channel in settings, but it was unusable unless I removed it from my PC’s settings. So I decided to try switching the cord out with a differnet one, and I havent had too many issues since the switch. Though I’d much rather use the cord that came with the device, I don’t wanna continue having with it. Is it possible to order a new cord for it? Has anyone else had this issue at all, or am I late on this?

Hello, I have two questions that I would like to ask. Firstly, I would like to know the output impedance of the mixer. I own a DT 990 Pro headphones with an impedance of 250 ohms, and I would like to know if the mixer is capable of driving them adequately. Secondly, I am interested in knowing if there is a way to control audio routing using the Elgato Stream Deck. If this is not possible, I would like to know if there are any keyboard shortcuts that can be used to manage audio routing, as I would like to map these shortcuts to the Stream Deck.

I have been using the Basilisk Ultimate for more than three years and I admit that it is a very good mouse and I love using it, but since 2023 I have this problem when using it: the mouse will suddenly disconnect and after 1-2 minutes it will reconnect to my computer, or it will not connect( This is manifested by the chroma light effect on the mouse suddenly going out, and the mouse cannot control the computer's cursor ), I need to turn the mouse back on or off or reseat the 2.4G receiver, and sometimes I can see the mouse displayed in the driver in synapse, but I can't control the mouse through synapse (at this time, synapse shows that the mouse battery is 0%). This happens almost every day, I've played a lot of games, I'm sure it's not a problem caused by the game program, and even the link breaks in daily use, I'm sure it has something to do with the latest driver of the mouse or synapse3, I hope to fix this problem sooner

Hu guys. Just wondering if there is a place to buy a replacement wheel for my Razer Cobra. This is some kind of serious flaw, but only after 9 months of use, the rubber on a scroll of my Razer Cobra started spinning without touching the scroll wheel itself. The funny fact, I don't use this mouse for gaming, I have Viper Ultimate for gaming, and I have an old Viper for my working laptop. I don't know how the hell it started malfunctioning in such a short time.

Hello there, I was planning on buy the new Basilisk V3 Pro wireless mouse. I was wondering if there was a razer mat that charges the mouse while gaming, like the Logitech G Powerplay. If not, is it possible to use the Basilisk V3 Pro wireless mouse on the Logitech G Powerplay and will it charge?

Hi, I think I have a problem with my headphones (2020 model). The headphones randomly disconnects during call of duty warzone sessions and also on discord conversations. (that continuous annoying beeping)What I did:Fully reinstalled razer synapse.I checked for firmware updates.Chaging the dongle to diffrent usb ports. Can anyone help me?Thank you! 

So I was calibrating my mouse’s dpi to my brother laptop then suddenly my mouse was blinking white and the cursor wasn’t moving so check the battery it’s was at 45% but it the .the dongle ( I tried my brother’s mice’s dongle with receiver it was was working  with his mice(dongle) but not with mine(dongle)I also read some where that people’s dongles dying,  might’ve it  died on me can’t,  have use a wireless mouse wired now and what is the point  of buying a wireless mouse if it’s dongle dies suddenly,  and I’m out of warranty so can’t go back for a refund or exchange I used this mouse for a year and 4 months now if it could can get a replacement
