my controller is glitching after i updated it via xbox app it keeps powering off when i press the xbox button or the home button please fix this razer

Hello, Why this mouse clicks itself and switching scroll wheel mode iteslf every time when my computer power on or off ? Razer fix this in firmware if possible.This should not touch wheel switch when power on or off. This will damage mechanism soon I quess.

I'm looking to buy the Razer Hammerhead ANC USB C headphones! I can't find them anywhere online. I know they are probably discontinued but damn lol. I want them so much. The iPhone ones are literally like $15. 

I'm new to razer keyboards and just started to mess with chroma profiles and had the idea to use the fire effect with a wave or cycle effect, but i can't seem to make it work. i tried making the fire's colors transparent but that just seems to take the fire animation away completely. is this even possible? you can do so much with these things i figured surely a rainbow fire wasn't too off the walls

I lose my 7.1 Surround Sound Code  for Razer BlackShark V2 X.  It should be next to the minijack on the end of the headphone wire but I lost it a long time ago and the only thing I have is the serial number of my sound card, is there any way I can recover my code. 

while literally finishing up a game where it worked perfectly fine my xbox shut down out of nowhere and when i turned it back on the 19 button was now static red and the 13,14,15, and 18 buttons now static blue while the rest was still the rainbow wave the red button stopped working as did the scroll wheel d-pad and button above d-pad and the blue buttons would work intermittently when plugged in then un plugged what the heck is up with this is there a recall or something that can help my broke a** replace it with a working one ill even take a v2 instead just need something that works and this is only key pad i have.

I've enjoyed my razer deathstalker for years but it's getting old and the switchblade on it hasn't been supported for God knows how long. I'm looking for a new chiclet style keyboard but it seems none of the new ones I've seen (including the deathstalker v2) are. Does razer still sell any chiclet style keyboards?

I recently uninstalled Razer Synapse because of it’s effects on my Kraken (random pauses in audio, unbalanced audio, needing to unplug the dongle and plug it back in, etc etc, the usual) and it’s been working great. However I want to have the 7.1 surround feature which is clearly shown in the Windows audio list, but the 7.1 surround app requires a code which I can’t get because the Kraken Pro V3 apparently aren’t applicable and from what I hear, Synapse is the only choice because you have to use THX which is bs, I’m not reinstalling Synapse. Is there another way to get the activation code?

I recently found my old wolverine Xbox controller that I lost a long time ago but the thumb sticks are missing and I can’t find the case I’m wondering how I can replace the thumb sticks

Just bought a Razer Blade 16 Mercury w/ 4080. It is an art piece except for the annoying fan sound due to high CPU temperature. Saw some posts on Reddit claiming that replacing the thermal paste helped to reduce the CPU/GPU temperature. I wonder if I do it, will the warranty be spoiled?

  So, 7.1 Surround Sound itself is installed successfully, but questions may arise during the installation process, since the download percentage jumps from 19% to 48% and after that to 100%.  My suspicion fell on the driver and I decided to install it separately, namely along the path "C:\Program Files\Razer\Razer Surround Sound Setup\SophieLiteDriver.exe".  The suspicions were confirmed, the Windows Audio service stops, the installation itself does not reach the end and stops at the moment:Copy to C:\WINDOWS\system32Copy failedCopy Files file - Src:C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\THX\THXServiceApiLite.dll Dst:C:\WINDOWS\system32 Params:/FILES ONLY /SILENT Reason: -1  I tried to completely uninstall Razer Cortex, Razer Synapse and do a complete driver cleanup with the DriverCleanup application along with the antivirus turned off and rebooting the system, but it didn’t help. How can I fix this problem?  Here is the full installation log:Output folder: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\

Hello, I’ve been trying to access my razed silver but it’s been stuck at pending for over 2 weeks. I bought a new laptop and one of the reason I made this choice was the benefit of getting razed silver. I’m unable to submit a complaint or ticket. Any help would be appreciated. 

Can you set Synapse so that it only lights up when you place the mouse on it?   

Hello everyone, quick question that i couldn't find an answer for, besides macros can individual keys be remapped? For example, if I buy a french layout can I then remap what each key does in order to match an ita layout, except for the printing on the caps off, but i can live with that.Thanks,Roberto 

I've had this laptop since 2019, and even the first week I got it the thermals just seem to suck. I could use a laptop cooler, and just browsing the web causes the fans to go to max speed... I feel like it could start levitating at any moment. And the worst part about it is its not even super fast or anything. It's got an i7 8565U, and MX150 graphics card. I don't expect it to be similar to a desktop... but my i5 10th gen windows laptop without a separate graphics card does better since I put an SSD in it.
