Hello, I have had the Razer Barracuda headphones for about a couple months now, but I cannot figure out how to use the wireless microphone. I have tried everything (including updating the headphones), and still cannot use the microphone. Whenever I try to configure the microphone, the only sound that is recognized is when I click the mute button, but not any audio from the microphone itself. It is almost as if the headset doesn’t recognize the microphone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My Seiren X is not detected by Synapse and it is not detected as a mic but it showing up as speakers. Any help would be great.

I got my Razer Viper Ultimate two months ago, and in these days, for no reason it stops working and I can’t use it neither with the USB cable or wireless. However, if I don’t use it for 1 day it works again, and this happens all the time. Does someone know what the problem is? I try to charge it but it doesn’t work.

Can we pair the dongle of one mouse to other

Anyone have any settings they like and would enjoy sharing?I can't find any info on how to tweak settings and dropping in and out of games to test is getting cumbersome!Thanks for any help!

TL;DR Razer has a better(EU) version of this mouse previously available for US. Im going to return this mouse just because of scroll up noise issue. It’s loud as hell but caption this: The first viper 8k i bought in April 2023 has serial number RC-03050100-0000 and made in Thailand marked as UK/CA Europe version - it has no scroll issue at all. The second one i bought days ago from the same razer amazon store has serial number RC30-030501 made in China no region specified and has a scroll up loud as hell. I see there’s a lot of threads regarding this issue and razer support only states that “Not every product is 100% perfect.”. So what im going to do is to return this mouse and get a new one as long as it takes to get a version without this issue at all. I got two the same but completely different versions at the same time and i fill like razer is trying to make the production as cheap as possible. My product being purchased from amazon Au on Ordered on 11 October 2023  I would like to return this products due device is not being recognised via usb device from today  4 Feb 2024. Amazon doesn't seem to  have refund so it seems I have to contact to Razer I have tried everything including resetting I don't want to purchase razer products again , (to Razer) your products not quality and doesn't last. I have the same issue for my previous leviathan device as well please send me barcode to return this product at yours own cost I don't recommend razer  to people due they quality doesn't Mach their price tag,Razer would be same quality as a cheap (no branded) Chinese products.This is not the first time I'm returning razer product. 

Scenario:  Keyboard and Mouse r connected via Bluetooth to Blade 15. When computer goes to sleep, keyboard and mouse doesn’t seem to be able to ‘wake’ the computer up from sleep.  The device manager → Bluetooth → Power Management → Allow this device to wake the computer is greyed out.  CHecked Bios and nothing to toggle / chk that enable Bluetooth during sleep too.  If Keyboard / Mouse r connected via the USB dongle (Logitech) then waking up the laptop will have no issues.  But I don’t want to use the provided USB dongle from Logitech to connect my Logitech MX Keys and Mouse…  since they both are able to connect via bluetooth and the laptop comes w/ bluetooth.

The Mouse Dock Pro and the mouse pulsate when charging, shouldn't the color change?Is that the case with you too?I use a Cobra Pro.The color when charging only increases when the PC is switched off, but since I use the ErP function on my PC, my USB devices are switched off by default.

Does anyone know why these cards are alwyas sold out. Ive spent more time checking if they are in stock then actually playing anyting. When Ive tried to purchase (8 so far) them at diffrent prices throughout the day and all of my atempted purchases ended up as “Transaction Cancelled”. Im so fed up with this stupid company, I have been submiting a “submiting ticket” for each faild transaction.  I cant be the only one here. 

Hi there, i have had my DAV3 for a few weeks and already it has this springy response in the side button closest to the front of the mouse. also, i have noticed the side buttons are loose and because of that makes the mouse rattle. is anyone else having these problems. if so would you know how to fix this?

I’d like to know, if I have a second dongle, if my headphones can connect to either one or the other, or if once synced with one they stay that way and ignore the other. (my idea was to leave one dongle connected to the playstation for me and my roommate to use when needed, and have the other on my computer in my room.Thank you in advance for any reply!

Hello!  I just bought myself a pair of Razer Blackshark V2 pro 2023 and I have a Issue where I feel the audio is very low, much lower then my old ASTRO A50’s. Before I needed to lower volume in games and on friends in discord. I have raised my friends on discord from ~70% to 170%… Raised games from ish 10-20% to 100% and I want to raise it more in games still… Any1 got tips? I have Razer synapse 4 BETA?New drivers, reinstalled.All volume in windows 100%Volume Knob is turned up! 

So i recently bought the new razer hammerhead pro hyperspeed. I love the quality of the audio and overall love the product but i have 2 issues that i can not resolve. 1# Random pausesI Tested this on my phone, pc and on different audio platforms like Spotify and Youtube but sometimes the earbuds just randomly pause the video or music that is playing. I have no idea why. Any ideas on how to fix? 2# Broken ANC and Ambient sound on right earbudWhen i enable ANC or Ambient on the earbuds then the left earbud works perfectly but the right one does not enable the features. No idea why. Any ideas on how to fix? Thank you in advance for the help.

Hello, i just started a class SolidWorks, i want to make full use of my Razer Tartarus ( in association with Synapse ofcourse) but both software do not like each other compared to using the scroll function of the mouse.The function in SolidWorks is ScrollUp or ScrollDown to zoom out or in.This is not working very good.Has somebody else the same problem? Thank you,Mondriaan

Well, I bought the Viper Ultimate approximately a month and a half ago and today I wanted to use it, but when I turn it on, the only thing that comes on is the DPI button light and it blinks. Does anyone have the same problem and/or know how to fix it?
