OK guys, I was a long time consumer of razer products with keyboard, mouse (Mamba) and Headset from razer. I switched to logitech because my razer headset broke into two after 2 years of usage and the Mamba also did double clicks right away when simply clicking just once, and as I wanted all stuff from one manufactorer and a friend suggested logitech I bought them. My mouse sensor failed after 4 years and my dealer said it would take 2-4 weeks until I get a repaired one. So I bought the DeathAdder V2 X wireless as I still believed in the quality of razer. Well not the premium one but with gamers advertising it as beeing good. But the reality kicked in really soon. We in germany say “How could US companies do it very cheap and also look it cheap and crappy” and this is the point.I can click anywhere and the mechanical click is not the software mouse click. I have to smash the button really the scroll wheel is going crazy sometimes just scrolling up and down like it things to do so when

I'm having a problem with my blackwidow keyboard. The LEDs of some keys (C, alt, page down) remain lit, with low light, even when the total brightness of the keyboard is set to off. The number of keys that remain lit is increasing, even tho i never light up the keyboard. Even if I try to set a new light profile, the keys continue to remain lit with their color (for example ‘’alt’’ remains red). I tried connecting the keyboard to another computer, resetting it, updating the firmware but nothing works. any suggestions?

The sound is very quiet when I’m using YouTube or Discord. For all of the other apps it’s how it always was. It’s very quiet I can’t hear almost anything if the knob is turned to full volume and windows volume is at 100.Can someone please help me?

Using it on PC driving games.It would be wonderful if Razer would design an Xbox controller that the left trigger had brake tension and feel. Switchable in or out.My Razer controller has zero tension. Makes driving games more difficult.

I own 2 Razer Hunstman TE and a blackwidow RZ03-0286 keyboard. After more than 2 years, I see some white chalky substance on both the hunstman keyboard. I dont have this issue with the Blackwidow as the top part is plastic. Razer should look into this. 

Hello, I bought a Razer headset with 7.1 channel sound capability and I was using this feature with the code on the card. The 7.1 surround sound program was deleted from my computer. I installed it again and entered the code to activate the feature again. It does not accept and says that this code has already been used. done

I wanted to know if there was some way I could select through my custom keyboard profiles using the command wheel, any advice on how I could set that up?

I got this mouse nearly 8 months ago and it’s been working fine until now. Whenever I plug the dongle in, my laptop just starts going on the fritz. It disconnects and reconnects the device over and over again. I can move the mouse ever so often but it just stops afterwards and pauses for a short time before it reconnects again. And I’m talking like 2 second intervals between the disconnects and reconnects. I could still use the bluetooth mode, but I’m just really confused on how it started doing this.

I just wanted to give an official shout out on my Razer Atlas glass mat. I love it and fell in love with a glass mat back in 09 when Steelseries had the Icemat, it was literally my favorite mat and they stopped production some time ago, so when I saw the RAZER Atlas, I was ecstatic. It is easy to maintain, my Naga Elite Pro glides on it like butter as does my Mamba Elite. Thank you again for making this mat.

Why do Razer not offer all layouts with certain switches and why does the UK seem the be the least offered? I want to buy a new keyboard, looking at the Blackwidow V4 Pro but i cannot get it with orange switches in UK layout. This is ultimately meaning i am probably going with Corsair.

 Keyboard has been working perfectly normal, but today I got home, turned on my pc and saw that I couldn't enter my password, so I re-plugged the kb, but it still wasn't working, so I used the on-screen keyboard to log in and the keyboard started working as soon as synapse loaded. I didn't give it much thought but then realized that both square brackets aren't working. I went to check all keys on that kbtester site and found out more not functioning keys (picture below shows all not functioning keys). I checked synapse and saw a hyperlink for a firmware update, installed it, thought that would fix it, but it didn't.I already tried restarting synapse and my pc, unplugging and plugging kb back, updating firmware, checked for synapse and windows updates and creating a new keyboard profile in synapse, clean synapse reinstall, used SFC and DISM, hard resetting kb (a couple of times), connecting to another PC. None of that did the job…The keyboard hasn’t moved an inch since I used it yesterd

So i had a problem since about a year : my Razer Mamba Wireless would not work if used with the dongle (yes it had battery and the switch was on) so i used it with the cable since. But today i tried to look for help and see this page : https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6085/~/mouse-support so i clicked on “mouse connection issues” > “Mouse does not work or is not detected” > “USB Dongle” and done all the steps, the dongle is still not working (the mouse is really on i see the red light turning on/off as i switch the button). So my problem is still not solved. But there is another problem since. One of the steps that they told us is to update the firmware, i have done it, it has update the dongle firmware, then went for the cable update, it started to download it, then gone a step back, asking again to connect the mouse with the cable, even if it is already connected, and sicne my mouse isn’t working at all, either with the dongle or the cable…I would like to tel
