Hello, I’d recently purchased a Blade 15 2023 OLED model that included a $200 Razer Store gift card in the offer. It says on the order status that the card key was delivered via email, but I have never received any email containing the coupon key since the day I placed my order. It’s been few days since the laptop itself was delivered to me but still no sign of the gift card. I’ve checked my email inbox thoroughly, including spam emails and trash, so any assistance would be appreciated. I’ve tried to leave a case on the support contacts but the website wasn’t detecting my Order Number for some reason, so I’m making this thread with my order number instead: #RZUSWP1000001495407. Hello,Can someone please tell me how I can adjust the volume of the left or right speaker of my Nommo V2 Pro speaker? The only control I can see on Synapse and Windows 11 64bit sound properties are a single channel, not left and right channels. I want to lower the volume of the left speaker and keep the right speaker volume high.Thanks

So today i bought this Razer Kraken X Lite headset and i have an issue with the microphone(its not working) i tried watching youtube videos about this but it didnt work out. The Synapse does not find my headset and my laptop doesnt find the microphone for it. If someone have idea or a way to fix it i will be very thankfull!Merry Christmas and thank yall!

So recently I bought a Razer Deathadder Chroma from Ebay and it is a clear fake (I own an authentic one) and I was just wondering if Razer could do anything about this ie: publish a fake authentication guide or verify certain Ebay sellers that do not sell fakes.

Hi, I have bought this gamepad: Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4 - EU PackagingSerial number: PM1950C05500057 Let's start by saying that Razer support tells me that the product is no longer covered by warranty, although in reality it is brand new, since it was ordered from Razer's European site not even 10 days ago...Do you know what the reason is?Having said that, I saw in this thread, a video on how to modify the Dpad to make it more precise and to avoid false inputs of the Dpad itself:https://www.reddit.com/r/Fighters/comments/s9u5eg/how_to_fix_the_razer_raions_dpad/ What do you think about it ? On the Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro there are M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 keys I am on Mac. On Mac you can't use Synapse so I use macro software such as Keyboard Maestro. When I try to make a macro, Keyboard Maestro doesn't detect the clicks. There is an option to use a script, such as from Swift or AppleScript. Is there a script that I can use that detects these keys?

I’m trying to register all of my Razer products online and as i’m going through I could see the product number, but I couldn’t find the serial number anywhere on the product or the box. I see that the d-pad/joystick sticky keys glitch has NOT been resolved.  WHEN IS Razer going to fix this issue.  It has been occurring for years and maybe even longer since it seems other hardware was affected prior to tartarus’ release  

Devices and software can’t work without connection to internet. Every time customers need to use devices, they need to get permission from the company through their servers.This is one of the main reasons why I will never shop  products again from this company. Never again!    

Hello, will Razer release new laptops soon with the series 40xx super ?happy holidays

I've used the Razer Viper Ultimate for almost two years with no issues whatsoever until now. Typically, I use the mouse in wired mode, but when I attempted to switch to wireless mode yesterday, the mouse wasn't detected. While connected with the cable, Razer Synapse displays a battery percentage of 100%, so there's most probably some issue with the dongle. Is there anything I can do, or is it just better to contact Razer Support?

Hi. I am running a new Blade 16 in. Every time I turnoff the Bluetooth using Windows 11 the computer crashes.  How can I solve this? It already delayed many days of work, due to the lost files I am working with.  Thank you 

So I got a Razer Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed for christmas, and I don’t want to have to swap out batteries frequently, so I have been looking for options for a charging dock I can use for it. However, all of the ones I've seen specifically mention the Basilisk V3 Pro, or Basilisk V3 Ultimate or something. I do not know if the distinction between different Basilisk models matters when it comes to wireless charging ports, so I need some help here.

soooo i buy my headset and i try to get it to work bc it has surround sound 7.1 code and surround sone dont work for me and i dont have a thx code nothing works pls give me a THX code

so i’ve been trying to add macros to my new mouse i got because i was using the black version of this mouse and had macros working well on it. but now it’s not letting me add macros on this new mouse because it’s saying i have to have synapse running even though it is running. idk what to do, how do i fix this? 

I bought the microphone approximately a year ago, I was able to test it just 2 months ago and it is bad, making an annoying sound in the background.

Can someone explain to me the display settings of my blade 16 4080? WHen I got into my display settings I saw two displays (1 and 2), and I click the identify then it shows the screen identify as 2. However, when I change the display setting from "show only on 2" to "show only on 1", the display 1 and 2 just disappears (see picture 2). This really confused me, and the 2 displays option will automatically be back after I restart the laptop or leave it there for a long period of time.
