The Razer Armory

The scroll wheel has become almost unusable. For example, adjusting the volume, it lags or jumps up by a huge increment or down; using it to scroll too; it lags, stays in the same place, or jumps down or up. Possible to fix or replace it? The rest of it is fine so don’t particularly want to buy a new one.

I tried to use macros but was very unsatisfied :How to know if a macro is running or not? is there any notification or any led indicator or whatever else, just want to know if a macro is on or not? so terrible if missclick or using multiple macros sametime and dont know which one… Toggle start / stop is not working properly. Assigned macros to M1, M2, M3, M4, M5 keys. Pressing same M key, it doesnt stop, it stops, then doesnt start for a while. such a low quality response. Didnt know such bad Long macros hard to stop / interrupt / pause. is there shortcut / key combination to force stop?thank you

Hello community,On my Razer Blade (i7, 32GB RAM, 3080Ti, 240Hz QHD) the dedicated GPU doesn't seem to be working properly. A friend who has the same device gets an average of 80fps in benchmarks (3DMark) while I only get 11 FPS. What is noticeable though is that the CPU also drops in scores on my device. I assume this is because the graphics calculation is only done by the CPU and not the GPU.Also, my Blade doesn't get nearly as hot as his. I have now rebooted the device several times, reinstalled windows serval times, removed drivers, installed only the Windows drivers, installed only the Intel drivers, installed only the Nvidia drivers or install all drivers together. None of these have resulted in any change. Also games like CSGO or MW2 have way too little FPS. What I also noticed:- I cannot open the Nvidia Control Panel. I noticed recently that razer publishes stand alone firmware update software for the products I own, the huntsman mini and naga pro… my questions are;how can I check existing firmware version of devices?Is it required to run these standalone firmware update utilities if I use Synapse, I would expect Synapse to apply firmware updates to the devices? I had a search for a while and couldn’t find any answers to this so hopefully someone here can answer this.Thank you :)

Where can I buy a replacement microphone for the kaira pro?

Unsure of where to go from here. Was playing a game, closed it, switched to another game and noticed my audio was.. off. It sounded like everything was being filtered through a tin can. I unplugged the headset and plugged it back in, sound was even worse. I reinstalled Synapse 3 and restarted my PC, audio got EVEN WORSE. Next step was to just uninstall synapse completely and see what happened. If I uninstall Synapse 3.0 completely, the headset works and sounds perfectly fine and crisp but truthfully, even if it worked 100% without Synapse, I’d really like to find a way to keep Synapse installed as I have a keyboard that I can’t control the lights on without it.  Am I possibly missing something? I am on Windows 10. Really disheartened as I truly, truly love my headset. It’s possible I’m missing something obvious. I did try with and without THX audio enabled before reinstalling anything and nothing made a difference..

I unfortunately dropped my razer huntsman mini and broke the post off the right ctrl switch. My  has the red linear optical switches. Does Razer sell or offer replacement switches so I can replace this one broken switch as the rest of the keyboard works perfectly.

Razer BlackWidow v3 volume wheel stucks when volume up after reinstalling Windows. Volume down works properly, but when I want to volume up it stucks and quickly rises the volume to 100%. It’s really annoying for me, is there any fixes for it? Regards

I have a Razer 15 advanced which have a bloated battery. I noticed this while upgrading the memory of my Razor 15. It also prevents the clicking of the right side button on the track pad. I though earlier it was due some debris, but it also seems to caused by the bloated battery.  I could not find a replacement battery online (any well know vendor). Is there any way to buy a replacement battery through Razer support? I live in Finland and bought the computer here summer 2020.  Thanks in advancer

Lately, I have been experiencing some problems with the trackpad scrolling on my new Razer Blade 15. Occasionally, the laptop scrolls at an extremely slow pace and fails to continue scrolling smoothly after the motion has ceased, causing great inconvenience. Restarting the laptop remedies the issue without fail, but once the lid is closed or it goes into sleep mode, the problem reoccurs upon starting up again. Interestingly, this problem only arises when using the trackpad, not when I use a mouse. I don't believe the trackpad is defective, given that a reboot always temporarily resolves the issue. Has anyone encountered this problem before or have any recommendations for a solution? Thank you.

Hi, So my hammerhead charge case got run over by a car. Good news is I still have it, It works and still is breathing light. Bad news is the spot where the earbuds go got a bit flat so earbuds now wont fit inside. Do you all know a fix of where to get a charging case replacement?

I was wondering if I can buy a new empty razer hammerhead case to put my old razer hammerhead earbuds in. My case was stolen at the gym but I still had my earbuds in my ears so I want to know if I can charge them with a new case?
