I was wondering if I can buy a new empty razer hammerhead case to put my old razer hammerhead earbuds in. My case was stolen at the gym but I still had my earbuds in my ears so I want to know if I can charge them with a new case?

I'm in need of some recommendations for an over-ear wireless headset. I'm looking to switch from Razer as their products keep breaking and the headset adjustment is always broken, resulting in uneven sound. I'm hoping to find something similar to the Razer Nari Ultimate.

As a result of last night's lightning strike on my apartment building, something connected to the internet blew apart, and as a result, our internet has been out and my PS5 won't switch on. That was the sole device attached to the router, off, and connected to a surge protector. The cost of a brand-new PS5 is my insurance deductible, and it was past its warranty period. Simply going to have to take the $250 hit to get things fixed. Knowledge gained!

Hi,  I'm about to buy a new razer headphones, but I can't decide between the Razer Nari Ultimate, the Razer Nari, or the Razer thresher for Xbox one and PC I would be so grateful if someone can help me, thanks.

I recently acquired the Black Widow V3 Pro and have been using it with the 2.4 USB dongle. Whenever I plug it in for charging, the backlight and caps/numlock indicators turn off. At the same time, I hear the sound of a USB device connecting to Windows. Although the light turns back on again, the indicators do not. Additionally, the keyboard disappears from the Synapse 3 device screen, and no input is possible during this time, except for the volume wheel on the right top corner of the keyboard, which remains functional.When I unplug the keyboard, I hear the Windows USB disconnect sound, and everything returns to normal. The keyboard also appears in Synapse again. I attempted to use the 2.4 dongle from my Naga with Hypershift, but encountered the same issue. Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Except for the volume control key the rest of the keys on my keyboard do not respond the RGB light will light up when the key is pressed but it is impossible to input any letters what is the reason?

Hi!When I turn on sleep mode on my PC it wakes up in 3 seconds. When I disconnect mouse VIPER 8K, then PC goes in sleep mode without issues and wakes up when I touch keyboard. Please let me know how to prevent the Razer mouse from waking up the computer?

Hi, my son has a PlayStation 5 and would like a mouse and keyboard to play games. Mainly Fortnite. I was thinking of getting him the Razer Power up bundle that includes the Cynosa Lite keyboard, the Viper optical gaming mouse (he is left handed) and the Kraken X lite 7.1 gaming headset.Are these compatible with a PlayStation 5?Thanks!

Hi Guys, I am having an issue with my Razer Cynosa V2 keyboard, when the keyboard LED lights are on I get a buzzing noise thru my speakers, if I turn off the lighting the noise stops.I have tried both static and advanced effects, I have noticed that the noise reduces when I'm typing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.PS. all software is the latest version

Just a few days ago, my RP2 was functioning properly, but now it keeps disconnecting from the WiFi network repeatedly. I attempted to forget the network, reset the network settings, and even factory reset the device last night. However, nothing seems to be working as it continues to disconnect and reconnect constantly. I am certain that the WiFi network is not the issue since other devices in my home are connecting without any problems. What could be causing this issue, and how can I resolve it?

AS the title have said,  i topup money but cant use it due to no OTP and i cant reset the phone number due to needing another OTP as well , system is so stupid. Seen similar threads like these before,  and i have emailed razer support and its been 3 days with 0 replies from them. Any other ways to proceed or am i just screwed.

I just bought the Hunstman Elite keyboard and I wanted to replace the keycaps with pink ones from razer but I was worried this voids my warranty? 

I'm in search of a USB-C controller similar to the Kishi that's best suited for playing 2D platformers, RPGs, puzzle games, and the like. In case the D-pad on the controller is not up to par, are there any other alternatives that are worth considering?

My razer huntsman mini I purchased at a Best Buy near my house has been the worst product I have ever purchased from this company after less than a month 3 of my keys just randomly stopped working I took it back to Best Buy they wouldn’t honor my warranty there I went back serveral times to the point I just gave up I don’t understand why this has happened to so many of my friends with this exact keyboard in my opinion it is a poorly made piece of plastic 

Hi All, It’s time for me to get a new mouse, and I’ve been using the Mamba wireless for 3 years now.  My issue is that the scroll wheel jumps up and down regardless of which direction I’m scrolling, so I have to scroll 3x as much to go down to where I want. I see on the Razer website that they no longer offer a Mamba Wireless.  I LOVE the size, shape and weight of this mouse, and I don’t want to switch to a wired version. I was comparing to the Deathadder v3 Pro, but I don’t like how the right side of the mouse flares out, I like the symmetry. Any recommendations on which razer mouse might suite my needs best?

I'm having trouble getting Synapse 3 to detect my Razer DeathAdder Elite mouse. Despite my efforts, such as uninstalling drivers and removing the Valorant game and its client, the issue persists. Is there any other potential solution to make Synapse recognize my mouse?

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Seiren Mini | RZ19-03450 microhpne. In the technical specification part, it is mentioned the sampling rate is  Min 44.1kHz/ max 48 k Hz. but when I connect it to Windows and see in device properties, it shows multiple sampling rates from 8k Hz to 48k Hz. I attached a snapshot of it.  In reality, I needed a 22.05k Hz sampling rate for my application, and by my chance, this microphone supports my desired sampling rate. Currently, I have to order another microphone with conference features, and it should work with 22.05k Hz. but I don't know how I can be sure about the supported sampling rate by it because for Razer Seiren Mini, the real specification was not matched with the technical specification mentioned in the manual file.Can you suggest a conference microphone that supports 22.05k Hz sampling rate? Thanks

what should i do to fix it, everything seems to be fine this is just completely random.

I recently purchased a used Razer 16 QHD.  When I go through the initial Windows 11 start up the scaling looks off.  Everything is smaller than it should be.  Then once I am into the setting I see that the recommended scale is 125%.  Why is that?  I think whatvever this issue is its also making the laptop slow when connected to an external monitor.Thanks in advance.
