My brand new razer barracuda won’t connect to my Xbox on the hyper speed thing it beeps like if it connects but I won’t work I can use it on my phone just fine

I am interested in buying the laptop "Razer Blade 15 - QHD 240 Hz - GeForce RTX 3070 Ti - Black". But I want some question cleared before I buy it: 1. If I would buy a laptop from Spanish store, would I get Spanish Keyboard Layout or US International. 2. The laptop has win11 preinstalled, can I ask for win10 or preinstall it myself? 3. Is the laptop warranty sealed? Or am I free to add RAM or SSD? Subquestion: are there free slots to do that? Thank you

My Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle light won’t turn on!I just bought the Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle with my deathadder v3 and it won’t sync together, when I plug the dongle my computer recognize it and in my synapse too but it won’t sync with my mouse and no light turn green at all. Is my dongle defective or I’m doing something wrong?

Hi.So I just bought the basilisk v3 since it seemed great in the shop for a palm grip. Got it home and found that it might not be perfect with a big hand, specialy with the sniper button blocking. The biggest thing that I wonder about doh is the movement. If I keep the mouse straight, and move it side to side it wil track diagonally. It seems I need to twist the mouse to the let a bit for it to go perfect left and right, and in such bend my wrist a tiny bit. Is it how it should be, and is there any way to fix this? Because it forces the hand into a more claw grip stance or  rotating the mouse in the hand.

I was searching about new intel motherboard and the seven key doesn't work any more. I use the original USB-c to USB cable. I though my seven key was broken and tried my other two huntsman tourment edition keyboards and now the seven key doesn't work on all my three keyboards. I also tried other orginal keyboard cables on the computer, but they also fail.How can I solve this problem?   

I am from Germany. I love Razer. I want my quartz Pink Keyboard with Qwertz. Am I too dumb or is there no qwertz keyboard in pink? Why is this so. I don't want logitech but I want cute stuff with qwertz. There are Black ones, why no pink ones?

All my peripherals have been stable af for quite sometime now. Synapse took an 20230502 update and now my Naga Pro drops like crazy in games.

When I charge my headset, it makes red blinking. In the 'how to use' red blinking only happens when it has low battery and not being charged. Why is it happening?

Razer kishi v1 is support infinix zero 20?Android v.12 cant detected

My mouse works perfectly fine if i dont have Razer Synapse installed, but as soon as i install it it starts freezing for a random period of time on random interfvals and i cant figure out why. The only solution i found was uninstalling Synapse but then i cant use the Macro software. Does anybody know how to fix my situation?

Hello,          I’m having trouble finding the landing page where I am able to redeem Razer Silver in exchange for achieving certain landmark achievements I suppose you could call them. They were things like being a member for x amount of time, joining razer insider, etc. Does anyone know where I can find this or how I can redeem these achievements??

i was looking into getting the razer edge and i was wondering if it was possible to connect a wired keyboard and mouse. ive got the razer black widow elite and the razer basilisk v3.

Hi Razer/Community, I am uncertain if this have actually been asked before, as i couldn’t find any support at all on such use case. How can we interface Blackshark V2 Pro (audio and mic) to an Audio Mixer(All my audio goes through the audio mixer(pc,ps5 e.t.c)). The requirements must be that the headset communicate wirelessly via 2.4Ghz(low latency) and not Bluetooth (Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 which has an option for Bluetooth). if there is such an option to do so, can Razer or the community respond to share such an architecture and the BOM(Bill of Materials) for such a setup, make model accessories as such for such a setup.

Before i go and buy the audio mixer, is there a way to connect any of the seirens to it? i have the seiren X and couldnt figure out if there was or not. TIA
