Hi, I am having issues with my touchpad after supend (Linux always, Windows sometimes). It seems to be realted to the bios and it has been reported not only for the blade 15 but also 17. I was wondering if the Razer-team is addressing this at some point with a bios update? Cheers, km

I have a problem with this mouse, while i'm using it the mouse doesn't respond for 2-20 seconds. It happens everday but i dont get why this happens. I may be making some homework i need to move the mouse to see something and it dont respond or i may be playing and can't do nothing because the mouse doesn't want to anything. I tried installing al new drivers, playing without razer synapse opened, cleaning it, using the dongle or using bluetooth and it always happens!!! It's important to say that while it happens the mouse doesn't shotdown, it's still with the lights on but not responding to the movement or to any kind of "order". So i like to know if there is any solution out there or my mouse came with problems. I don't really have any video of this because i should record everything in the computer untill it happens. But if it neccesary i'll try to get a video of it. Sorry for the poor english.

Please share your experience if you have one- if you have a good one, please share it. I recently purchased the Razer Nari Ultimate and have to say that I am very impressed with the sound quality. They immediately capture my heart. Synapse worked well and the quality was great, but after one year, things stopped working randomly. One RGB had failed, for example, on the left side. It disconnected from the headset and started playing the sound nonstop when the battery ran low. Considering I paid 200 for that headset, I think it's reasonable to expect it to last longer than a year? right? And for everyone who thinks i throw my headset around .. no! i took very good care of them. Because of increasing problems and failures i writed razer support because i had warranty and they replaced it for me. So the new headset i use until now is also break down. Hello, i have the Problem that in Fifa 23 for example, the Mice-Cursor always centers after a time which is annoying and disturbs the game. The Cynosa Lite is shown in Windows 10 as Keyboard and as a Mice in the System Devices. Deactivating the Cynosa Lite as Mice doesnt work because of the RGB in the Keyboard. It isnt identified anymore under "Synapse". Is there another way to turn off the Mice Functions for the Cynosa Lite?

Hello,bit frustrated need advice. Husband got me white opus headset for wedding last year. they are great at cancelling noise and super comfy. Not had any problems till this week. took them off my head after watching Netflix and CRACK as they lifted off my ears they split on both sides along the seam. The white plastic just ‘went’. I figured this must be a manufacture fault cause plastic and no accidental damage. So I took them to Argos (UK) where we bought them and they said ‘even though we have a two year gurantee unless you paid extra for cover we aren’t going to replace it’ proper rude. Anyway we knew that went against our consumer rights, and the fact they said they’d honour Razers guarantee online (still on their headphone page) but no one will help so coming here because we didn’t buy from razor direct but know they will honour the guarantee. Hello everybody, i got my new Blackshark v2 x yesterday and i'm still trying to get it to work. My first problem is that the sound volum is realy quietly, in compare my old headset (hyperx) was 10x louder. All is on max including the turn thingy on the left speaker. And my second problem is much more crazy. i downloaded the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound AppEngine and followed every step. Now when i'm going to youtube on firefox or chrom every video stutters, same goes for any games i tryed. Can anyone tell meh what i do wrong here? because if this is normal thats the crappiest headset/razer product i ever used. Thanks :)

I had a Razer keyboard many years ago, which did not work well. It had a touch panel for the media keys Mobdro, which kept getting pushed out of the connector by the keyboard chassis, so it never worked properly. How do people find them now? They look much better from the specs and pictures, so I was curious

I have a huntsman mini that I'm really enjoying, and recently purchased. However, I seem to be having an issue where, whenever the display turns off, the computer goes to sleep, or the computer is locked or powered off, my keyboards RGB settings reset from the color profile that I like to an easter-egg pastel nonsense config. How can I get my keyboard to KEEP or MAINTAIN the RGB settings that I keep setting in Synapse? Am I programing the settings wrong or is this a defect in the product?

I plug my razor keyboard into my iMac and it asks for me to press the right key next to the left shift. When I do so nothing happens. Than when it asks me to select keyboard type. I select ANSI(United States and others). And omeglz than all the keys are all over the place. Such as Z is 7 or backspace is .... anyone have a solution? Thanks

Just bought The V2 pro and immediately felt something wrong when moving it around. Used an online polling rate checker and it is stuck at 100 hz, My pulsar X2 works fine at 1000 hz. I've updated the firmware and the synapse settings won't change the polling rate. Any one else with this issue have a fix?

All, need some help, when I took the mouse off of the charging station this morning, it startet flashing like crazy... BT no longer works, Dongle does. Have you seen this before???? Everything is flashing like crazy in high speed.
