So i bought my razer kraken x a while ago and threw away the box. I thought the surround sound was automatically enabled and didn’t know i had to install the program for it. Now since i threw the box away i had to code, and was wondering is there a way i could go about receiving a new code or am i out of luck.

Can anyone recommend a good hard-ish shell carrying case that fits the razer raiju mobile? does razer sell one or is there another somewhere else?

Hi guys, Do you know if there is a way to completely turn off the Logo lighting. Its producing too much heat and its burning my hand a bit. I tried removing the color in the 'Advanced Effects' in 'Synapse 3' but this just reduced the glow intensity.

Hi, I've had a Blackwidow V3 Pro for about 4 weeks, and I use the keyboard not only for gaming but also for writing for work, but every time I press the "U" key even briefly, the keyboard recognizes 2-3 Keystrokes, and that is extremely annoying. Does anyone else have the problem? Or even better a solution to the problem?

Hi, I have the Razer Huntsman Elite (Eu Version). My problem is that the lights on the keyboard restart every 2 or 3 minutes. So the lights turn off for a second and restart again. I reinstalled the razer software, I updated my keyboard, I used the usb ports on my mainboard and my pc case. Nothing helps. When i turn off the razer software, than the problem is gone. It makes me crazy because I can not find a fix for it.

TL;DR The extra buttons should be mappable and they literally show up as unique controller buttons in Windows. Let me start by saying I absolutely love Razer products. Every one I own is built like a tank and works perfectly at a reasonable price. In my experience, hardly any other peripheral manufacturer delivers good after great products like they do, especially at the bottom tier of their product lines. Sure, other manufacturers make great products too, but Razer's consistency and quality is unparalleled in my personal opinion. That is why a severe lapse in judgement like this is just mind-boggling from them. They may not always make perfect software but honestly its a far cry from some of the other configuration utilities I've used at times (looking at you software that rhymes with "Lie-Glue".) Can anyone teach me how this all works exactly like i get it but i feel like im not earning any silver or gold am i doing something wrong?

My Logitech G930s finally bit the dust so I picked up a set of the Nari Essential headphones. I have got to say that I am EXTREMELY disappointed I've spent a couple of hours adjusting the EQ settings in Synapse and no matter what I do they sound like crap. My 8 year old 930s sounded 100 times better. The Nari's are very muffled and way too bass heavy. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do to improve the sound quality of this headset? I've tried various eq settings from Reddit and Youtube, and have gotten them slightly better than when they were right out of the box, but these are just no good. I mostly play Warzone and Battlefield 4 these days.

Hey, I was browsing around for a new headset and happened on this one. One thing I noticed is that it has a 100 Hz – 10 kHz microphone frequency response range. I consider myself on the higher end of a deeper voice section and I am kind of worried on how it might pick up the sound. My natural talking register is around 110 - 70hz (around A2 to D2). Will this affect my microphone sound? Should I look for something that supports lower registers?

Deathadder v2, finally a mouse that fits me. It's much better than the old Logitech M170 Wireless mouse my parents gave to me. This is my first razer product, and I can clearly see that it's much better than the old. I also like the software, RGB and sensibility buttons.
