I am using nari ultimate I'm thinking of buying a console soon. Xbox or PS has spatial audio support, so I plan to use the supported spatial audio. But I know that Nintendo Switch doesn't have its own spatial audio, so I guess I'll have to use thx spatial audio. Can thx spatial audio work on nintendo switch? And I'm just curious, is thx spatial audio available on Xbox or PS?

Hey all, I can see the Sonic controller on the Razer US website but it doesnt have an option for shipping to the UK, and the controller isn't listed on the UK Razer site? Is that right or am I doing something wrong?

Hello, I just got my replacement wrist wrest, but it turns out that it differs from the one that came with it originally. This one doesnt 'connect' with the keyboard and it just slips. I would like to buy the original one, which fitted perfectly with a better anti-slip and a magnetic connection. Is it still availble somewhere? I cant really find it myself, but I cant believe they just dont offer those replacements. I live in the netherlands myself, so europe would be nice.

Hi guys, I recently got the Razor Kraken headphones that comes with the 7.1 surround sound. However, the surround sound app does not work for me at all. I am able to get to the login screen, but after I log in, it just minimizes and nothing pops up. There is still an icon in the toolbar though. When I right click the icon, there is only 'log out' and 'exit'. I am using a 64bit Asus Rog laptop. Anyone have this issue or any fix for it? I have reinstalled it multiple times already and restarted my computer as well. Thank you

Muting the microphone with the mute button on the headset turns the volume off in the sound control panel, is there a way to stop this from happening? It's super frustrating because I don't even realize my mic is muted through my system settings most of the time and its a bit of a pain to turn back on. I use a separate microphone than the headset by the way.

I have viper8 k and win11 on friday after 11 month when i use browser the chrome light turn off and the sensor. After that the mice dont get connect only doi stage is blinking some times. Usb on pc works. Inuse now a 10 years old mice whitout problem. Tomorrow i will test it on win10 . Is the mice now death? So i can buy a new one or try it to change on warranty. But mice for 100 € works 11 months. I use only for office work.

Hey all, Not sure if this is where this goes since this product could go a few places, but I have the Thunderbolt 4 Dock & a Samsung G9 5120x1440 monitor. Works great. I'd like to add a second monitor to my setup (same G9 5120x1440) but given that the dock says it supports 4k, I'm concerned this other monitor may not work. Any idea if it'll fly? Thanks!

So uh, recently my cynosa chroma v2 has been taking the control key as the meta key sometimes and i really dont know what the problem is, didnt spill anything on it and i did try it in another tower, same thing happened. I tried turning on the gaming mode and it did work just fine and it took it as control key but when i turned gaming mode off again it was meta key again. Is it a hardware problem or what is it??.

I've recently got a Pro Click Mini. It is connected to my PC using the 2.4GHz dongle. Intermittently my cursor will fly to the left or top most end of the screen. Occurrence roughly once to twice an hour. Swapped out the batteries for a verified fully charged ones as well as a new set of one use AAs with the same issue. Have yet to verify if this happens on Bluetooth as I do not currently have access to a bluetooth dongle for testing tutuapp. Not entirely sure if it may be due to RF interference in my room or signal strength. 2.4GHz dongle is connected to the back of my monitor. So the monitor itself is the only thing blocking line of sight. Is this normal? Should I be sending this for servicing?

I am using a razer fan hub and have been with my Razer fans , I recently took my water pump off my mobo connector to use with the hub , I wanted to delete armory create and the pump was the only think it still controlled . What i noticed is that the razer hub is limiting my Ekwb combo pump to 3999 rpm at 100 percent , though max speed is 4500 , Is there a way to fix this or should i just plug it back into the motherboard pump header ... So i was so happy with the sound quality , but the side tone is just not good enough . To actually hear myself at all, i need the synapse at 100 percent, then i need to adjust the knob on the headset to 100 percent, which then causes me to go into every application with sound and reduce the volume , as i have the headset volume at 100 percent just to hear the side tone a little I have seen lots of things online about this from other people but nothing has been corrected in synapse to give the side tone a boost , and this issue has been reported several times before . Such a shame about this as i really liked the headphones and the sound . So having to look elsewhere now. I can hear it working its just way to low and i should not have to have the volume knob on 100 percent to hear it at all .

So in order to work properly, the huntsman v2 analog registers an xbox 360 controller device on the system. The issue is that older games all default to that device regardless of my windows settings. This obviously disables my actual controller for those older games. Is there a driver or something I can install or tweak to stop the keyboard from doing this? I really dont want to have to leave this feature disabled.

Got a Razer BW V3 a few months ago and it's been working great but recently, seemingly randomly, the scroll dial now scrolls now scrolls on web pages instead of volume. I went into Synapse and checked the dial multi function and it's set to volume. I changed it to other functions but it is stuck on page scroll. Interestingly, the dial click function can be changed and is functional as it should be. Anyone else encounter this problem? Can't seem to find any info on it on any forum

I am having a issue where the backspace key on my keyboard is not working. I have tried to update the drivers and hard reset the keyboard. Nothing is working and I would like to know if there is one more thing I could try before I have to return it and use the warranty.

Hi, Is there a way to switch between wire and wireless connections without unplugging the cable? E.g. I have two PCs running at the same time, one of them has the mouse cable plugged in and the other one has the USB dongle plugged in. I'd like to switch the mouse control over the PCs. Is there a way to achieve this without having to plug/unplug the cable from the mouse?

So I was thinking what would happen if you used a lian li o11 case and plugged three 360mm radiators into a single custom loop. Would it create lower temps, stabilize the temps, or do nothing.

Hi, I swapped the ABS keycaps that the normal huntsman comes with with Razer's PBT ones and now no matter what I try the backspace key doesn't got all the way in. I tried with both the new stabs and the old ones on the ABS keycaps but it's still the same. I also tried to just put the ABS keycap back and still doesn't go in all the way, just barely that if I press it, it will either not work or get stuck
