The Razer Armory

I just got this new Basaltic V3 mouse today and got the colors the way I want them but I have to keep the software on to keep the colors from changing back to default. I never had this issue with another mouse I have owned. I am already thinking of returning the mouse after this experience using it for 30 minutes, and that software they have you install is acting like a virus adding all sorts of reg changes and startup and even path changes to my OS. Even after I uninstalled Synapsis V3 to install V4 I started going through the Reg before installing 4 and didn't clean itself up properly. I want nothing to do with this software except for setting the color to static and it being blue. Any suggestions welcome I will be returning this back to Amazon and getting another Logitech or ASUS mouse if I can't fix it.

Hi, I’ve had my Barracuda X for two years and lately I’ve been experiencing problems with the audio in wired mode, where I only hear from the left side when the cable is turned in certain ways. I’m not experiencing any issues in wireless mode, so I’d like to find a replacement for the cable. Is there any way to buy an official one?

The scroll wheel on this mouse is extremely loud and distracting. I know this isn’t normal because I own two of the same model, and the other has a relatively silent scroll wheel. I’ve already tried cleaning it with compressed air, but that didn’t help.Has anyone run into this before or have tips on how to fix it?

I bought kraken x  light then i try to download 7.1 surround software which is not working whatever I tried !When i click to RazerSurroundSoundInstaller it takes me to the installing screen and it keeps me waiting for 20 minutes to skip to the next step. And in the next step I can not click anything, there is no information about what i can download or use, I mean it is totally broken program.Perhaps I made a huge mistake buying a Razer product; after all, I couldn't have known you'd be a company that can't even properly program its own application.

Hello. I have bought this razer blackshark v3 x hyperspeed 3 days ago and I have getting this stupid static voice all the time even if i listen the song at %45-%50 I can still hear the voice how do i fix this problem???

I bought my wired headphones about a year ago, I use them for gaming but haven't used them much in the last couple months as I've gotten a new job. Anyways, besides the point - from the headset part to about 6 inches down the cord to connect to the pc it looks like its starting to turn a weird greenish color? Again, haven't played in a while and theyve been hanging on my headphone stand in a well ventilated area. Am I crazy thinking it's mold? Can this be replaced?

So I recently bought a v2 pro (2023) and the mic isn’t working and I’m having trouble connecting it to synapse and the Bluetooth goes in and out and sometimes I just can’t hear audio. I bought a new pc this past weekend and so far I’ve had all these issues. My old pc was on windows 10 and I never had issues with the headset on there. But ever since I got this pc (windows11) it’s just been hell with this headset. I’ve sent messages to razor and all of that. I’ve also downloaded the drivers and even erased all the headset drivers and still nothing is working. If anyone has a fix or anything I’d greatly appreciate it. 

Hi everyone I’ve got the V2 Hyperspeed and I started getting a weird pop/click noise. I even found some specific windows sounds that triggers it so I’ve been using it to test it. If I turn off THX spatial sound it is less noticeable but still annoying. This was my gf’s christmas gift, it just arrived last week. I’m honestly very sad :/ what should I do? Should I return it? She bought it off Amazon. 

The touchpad on this controller works like a mouse and a mouse button, how do I reassign the touchpad to a PC? Also, the controller is defined as an xbox, not as a ps controller, if you switch the mode to ps, then the controller in the prototype is not defined in games.

Razer Naga is the best mouse for MMO but you have to improve the wieght and made low profile one.Please Razer do it !

I'm using the BlackShark V3 Pro headset on my Mac, and I ran into two problems:The headphones won't play short sounds like alert beeps. It's as if the headphones go into a lower power mode during silence, and then wake up when sound is detected. The problem is they don't wake up in time for short sounds to be heard.The volume knob is not precise enough. There are only 8 different volume levels available on the Mac when turning the knob. This makes it almost impossible to get the volume that I want.Has anyone found a solution for these issues on the Mac?

Last october I bought a keyboard with serialnumber: IO2539F99800506. As of today, the backspace key no longer works. I would like to receive an RMA CODE to be able to use the warranty. I bought the keyboard at razer.com. I live in the Netherlands.

When I play games, my keyboard randomly skips key presses (rarely), or just types the letter 1-2 seconds later and keeps typing it until pressed again, for example: Tetssssssssssssssssssssssss (I typed out Test on my keyboard and pressed every key only once, also works on delete and enter). This happens to me when playing any game and rarely outside of playing games.Could this be because my computer is too slow to handle playing a game and handling a keyboard at the same time? I tested it with an other keyboard and it worked fine.Does anybody know why that is happening?Thanks.

Hey so im kinda in a bit of a pickle. i was working on the razer deathadder v4 and i might have ounctured the battery and i need a replacement. i contacted the support just today but are there any ways i can find a replacement battery. i was looking into other used mouses where i can snatch the battery from and was thinking about the razer viper ultimate but the just didnt match according to my research.

I can't turn them off, I can't update the drivers because I get an error: invalid output string format. The Razer Synapse software on my computer also doesn't work. When I try to turn them on, it turns on for a second and then turns off. I can't even turn the volume up or down. 

So I have the Razer Gigantus V2 and I accidentally spilled a drink on it. How do I clean it?

When I use my Razer viper v2 8 k I get stutters and input Delay so my game is unplayable I tried to lower my polling rate and changed alot of settings and things with my setup but the mouse still doesnt work Can anyone help with that?

Hi, I have been logged out of THX Spatial Audio (which I have paid for) and it will no longer let me log in.I try to log in via email/password, or one of the connected accounts and get the error message “No authentication found” I have tried doing a full reinstall of the program both through razer synapse, and through the standalone program, restarting my PC in between.I have a Razer Blackshark V3 so it is capable of using the program, I have used it for months, but now I can no longer log in or use it with windows. Any help please?
