Hello, I have a Blackwidow V4 Pro Full sized keyboardModel #: RZ03-0468S/N (date): IO2528FI was setting it all up and everything seemed to work great. I left the Lights for the Media Keys for last. Well…. If you number them from left to right 1, 2, 3, 4 to identify them for clarity. In chroma studio if you put the color blue in the studio key #1, it turns Keyboard key #4 blue. In chroma studio if you put the color Green in the studio key #2, it turns the keyboard media key #3 green. The same happens for studio Key #3 changes the color for keyboard media key #2, and of course studio key #4 changes keyboard key #1.I then put a slow wave on those 4 keys. In the studio if the wave goes from left to right, the keyboard media keys go right to left. If the studio wave goes from right to left, the keyboard keys go left to right. I bought a razer BASILISK v3 mouse and the scroll wheel flies loosely when i scroll and i don't think it's normal for it to do that, when i tested my friends one who reccomended me to buy one it felt tactile but this mouse feels loose, could i get a return? i got it from currys 

This just started today but my mouse randomly just flicks up and down very fast almost like shaking but I’ve cleaned the reader and I’ve changed mouse pads. I flipped the mouse over as well and no matter what it still does this is there a software update I don’t know about or a simple fix to this bug?

I have a Razer Viper 2 Pro.It was a gift from a friend and is still in good condition, no scratches, and still sealed.But why won't it connect to the receiver/dongle?I tried connecting it directly to the mouse with the cable, and it worked fine, but the dongle didn't respond.Is there a way to fix this?

Okay, so I'm looking to get a new headset in the next day or so and right now Amazon has the Blackshark V2 Pro on sale as well as the Blackshark V3 X, so my question is which to get? Seems as though the obvious choice would be go with the V3 X since it's new and probably has minor bug fixes and what not, but just just wanted to get some opinions on if the V2 Pro is worth getting over the V3 X. Also, I am on Xbox Series X if that helps any. Big thank you to anyone that comments and helps me decide on which to get!

i have RGB keyboards and a 1yo, she is obsessed with the pretty colours on my new keyboard and keeps trying to steal it, as a potential compromise, i pulled out my old blackwidow v2 for her to play with but i cannot get it to light up without a computer present, i read that the keyboard has a demo mode, but even googling explicitly for how to trigger the demo mode only gives solutions for turning it off and people complaining about it being stuck on. i understand from some reading that the device may not light up at all without being connected to a computer, obviously, i dont want to give a 1yo the ability to type random things on my computer but i am in a small house and the computer and the baby must share a room, no other way around it. 

well, i lost my keycap puller that came with my Razer keyboard.if there any homegrown method w/o asking around for a puller?

instead of getting into the crowded segment of mainstream displays, I believe there is much room to grow for specialised monitors such as the Acer PD163Q.Dual up/down screen, dual left/right screen, rollable screens and such.These are the stuff of hobbyist dreams.Just a suggestion.

Ok so long story short,I reccently brought myself a Razer Ornata keyboard which is working perfectly fine and all,however the issue is that the keylayout is QWERTY when I actually am used to the QWERTZ layout, I already Emailed the Razer support but they ignored me completely. 

I found many guys faced unexpected error when they try to pay with razer goid, then they can’t receive the sms. you can try to complete your personal info in the razer ID page, then the problem might be fixed, at least it works for me, hope that helps.

have been facing problems with razer orochi v2 on my mac m1 as it is sometimes slicking random buttons whihc makes browser open the same tab and also dosent let me see the time on mac but when i dissconnect theh mouse and use touchpad it works perfectly fine.pls help me someone its brand new

I’ve tried the instructions to pair the headset and it’s just not working. It says it’s compatible with Xbox so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. 

Hello,Sorry, I don't speak English.I bought an Ornata V3 for Christmas, but I'm having a problem.I'm left-handed, so I use the arrow keys on the keyboard (with my right hand) and the keys around them to play (FPS).However, if I press three keys at the same time, it doesn't work.For example:Forward (top key) + Left (left key) + Jump key (0 key on the numeric keypad) isn't recognized.It seems to only understand two simultaneous key presses.Is this normal?(I have the latest firmware version)

Wondering if this is just not something it can do with the sensor it's given or maybe it's just due to my mouse being 3 years old and worn.While we're here, any mouse reccs for the sp004? I'm looking at the logi 502 lightspeed rn. 

Hi,I recently bought a Kraken V4, and I’m already experiencing issues on day one.When using the headset wirelessly via the USB-C dongle, everything works fine. Windows recognizes two audio devices in the sound settings: the Game channel and the Voice channel.However, when I plug in the charging cable that comes with the headset, two additional audio devices appear in Windows sound settings, bringing the total to four (two from the dongle and two from the charging cable).The issue is that as soon as I connect the charging cable, the headset automatically switches to the wired USB audio devices and prioritizes them over the dongle devices. Even if I try to manually switching back to the dongle, it won’t work because there is no sound—the wired connection has priority over the dongle.The dongle devices in Windows sound setting will only produce sound when I disconnect the charging cable.This is very frustrating.Is there a fix for this?  

I recently got the Razer Kraken V4 X Minecraft edition and recently learned if i registered it i could get 7.1 surround sound for free. After registering it, I got a confirmation email for registering and then tried to receive an activation code but received no email. I already checked my spam/junk folder and still nothing. Hoping i can get this solved soon thanks.

I recently purchased the Wolverine v3 pro for my new pc with windows 11. I downloaded razor synapse on my pc and when i plug in the wired connection to my motherboard with the provide USB cable it does not detect the controller. I do not have any other razer item connected to my PC. Can someone help my computer detect the brand new controller i just purchased. 

I’M LOOKING FOR THE NAGA V2 HYPERSPEED SOFTWARE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. I DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED SOME SOFTWARE BUT IT DOESN’T EVEN WORK. THE SOFTWARE WON’T EVEN RECOGNIZE MY MOUSE. I NEED IT TO PROGRAM ALL THE BUTTONS. I’M USING A MAC BOOK PRO. RAZER REALLY NEEDS TO MAKE SUPPORT FOR APPLE MAC.

I’m having this strange issue where I can only use either my Blackshark V3 Pro or Seiren V2 Pro at one time and never both, it just either cuts out my mic or cuts out audio from playing on my headphones depending on the order I plug them in.
