Hey I have been having this problem since I format my pc.Every time I boot my pc the keyboard doesnt work and I need to unplug it and plug it again, I already download all the softwares and searched thru every configuration but I still dont know why this keeps happening.Before I formated my pc I didnt have a single problem with the keyboard

Hey guys! Half a year ago i bought the Huntsman V3 Pro (not TKL) Keyboard on amazon. Pretty much since i have the keyboard im experiencing this one, and only this one error: So the Keyboard got the USB C cable plugged in, and the USB 3.0 plugged into the PC itsself (no hub). 90% of the cases where i start my PC, my keyboard remains black, except for the white LED on the Profile Display. So it does have power, it just doesnt wake up basically. So then i plug off the USB C cable on the keyboard side and plug it in again. It instantly turns on and works 100% correct. How can i fix it? Ive already tried things like ALWAYS enabling my USB Ports in my BIOS but that also didnt work. Not even resetting BIOS to default settings had any effect on my keyboard. Ive also tried using a USB hub, or using the other USB Ports on my PC: even 2.0 instead of usb 3.0 . Hello, I have a Razer Ornata V2 I've had for a few years.Today, my += and F9 keys both stopped working for my PC. Yet, when I plug the keyboard into a different computer, like my laptop, the keys work there.Just for the added info, Synapse is installed on my PC, but not on my laptop.Help would be appreciated, thanks.

I got my Huntsman V2 yesterday and I noticed a very annoying high pitched noise from my keyboard when the brightness is up. When I change the color to white, you can‘t hear it. Is there anything I can possibly do to make it disappear?

Hello thereI recently bought a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro for my Xbox Series X. Its a very nice controller, however, I noticed it won't charge when its connected with USB to the Xbox and the Xbox is turned off. This is a bit strange to me since this works with all normal wireless Xbox controllers (and also Scuf Instinct, for example). And this is how I usually charge my controllers, just plug them in overnight while the console is off. It would be quite tedious to find another charging solution so i am hoping to find a fix on this. Thank you

Is this possible? Or is it on the Wolverine, at least? On the Xbox controllers you can use the jewel button to open it up 

Hi, I lost my license key for the THX 7.1 App, so it looks like I have to buy it. Sadly, while it only cost $20, I am going through  lot of  medical expenses due to a rare cancer diagnoses. From what I read, I can get a $10 promo code for joining the insiders program, but for some reason, I can’t seem to join the program and I don’t know why. Does anyone know how I can join the insiders program, or some other place I can get the promo code I can use towards the THX 7.1 app? This would bring the price down to only $10 which I can afford. Any suggestions would be helpful, and I would be grateful. Hi I was trying to find out how to get 60fps without running Synapse at all. I use any camera software Windows Camera, OBS, Meld Studio and in the camera settings I can only ever get 1920x1080p at 30fpps even though I have 6fps selected. Is there some way to fix this issue, look Synapse messes up my system so I rather not run it just to get my Kiyo to get the max fps

the razer mouse are really nice. the rgb lights and glows are great. but all the nice rgb enhanced mouse are right hand . thanks for thinking of us lefties.

Hey guys, I need your help. See i am going to buy the deathadder essential for my poco pad 5g mostly to play Minecraft. But the mouse doesn't have a dedicated dpi switch button and i can't run the synapse software on my android tab. So I am worried bcz i won't be able to change the light, side button functions and mostly importantly what if the default dpi is too low or high for me, how I am supposed to change it when it doesn't even have onboard memory? What's the default dpi for this mouse out of box btw?

Hello, I have a question regarding my Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. When I try to get the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, it says that the product is already registered and that the code has already been used, but not under my Razer account. Because of this, I cannot receive the activation code by email. Since the headset was a gift from abroad and I don't have the original scratch card, is it possible for you to generate a new activation code for me if I provide the serial number? Thank you for your assistance.

I have been using the razer barracuda x headset for quite a while, and since it doesn’t have bluetooth i require the dongle to use it with my desktop computer. The dongle when connected does not actually show up in audio outputs nor actually connects as a device, sometimes showing up for quite a small time then disappearing. I was wondering if I could order a replacement by any chance?

Hi! So I was a part of the RazerStreamer program since it came out, and was excited for the revamp with the Creator Program, so I signed up as soon as it opened, only to be met with an error stating I’m unable to participate in bounties. I wasn’t too bothered about it due to me not having hardware capable of streaming any more (my laptop had its cooling go out and it fried the CPU partially), but now that I DO have capable hardware again (a full desktop, 1080 Ti and Ryzen 7 3700X), I thought I would check again since I’ve been streaming again, only to be met with the same error. im unsure if it’s due to my numbers, or not. Any help would be appreciated!

I just bought a Cynosa Lite keyboard to use with my Acer Nitro 5, which has a standard American keyboard, but I use the notebook with the ABNT standard. Because of this, I'm unable to configure the keyboard's RGB lighting, nor can I use the F1 to F12 keys. How can I fix this?(I'm Brazilian, hence the keyboard layout information) Acabei de comprar um Cynosa Lite para usar no meu Acer Nitro 5 que tem o teclado padrão americano, mas eu uso o notebook com o padrão ABNT. E com isso não estou conseguindo configurar o RGB do teclado nem Consigo utilizar as teclas do F1 ao F12. Como faço para resolver isso?

I try to connect it but it keeps saying "USB device not recognized".When I go into device manager, I've tried disabling and uninstalling the "Unknown USB device (configuration descriptor request failed)", I've tried disabling and uninstalling the USB root hubs too, but nothing seems to be working. I've pretty much tried any other method under the sun too.I connected the headphones into another laptop and it seems to work just fine there so it's not an issue with the headphones themselves.

Have you encountered the issue where after some time, a static noise (scratches/knaxing) occurs in a random application, such as Spotify or a game, while the rest of the audio continues to sound normal? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled all the software, and the drivers are up-to-date.

I have a problem with updating my Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense Driver. When i try it always goes to “Please reconnect your device and click retry”. Also i let u know that i followed this link to update my software. 

I could see a detachable mic for Razer Barracuda X Chroma edition. Does the headset have an inbuilt mic as well and i can use the detached mic only when i need ? If so is the quality of built in mic good for making calls ?
