Hello everyone, Great to be here, let's share comments to expanding Razer in the continent.  

So yesterday I got my new Blackwidow V4 Pro, and I got immediately very exicted. That excitement however was short-lived cause I soon realized that Razer seems to not really fix issues in their software. I don't know if I did something wrong here. but from all I've read online so far Synapse 4 is VERY buggy and does not AT ALL deserve to be called a finished software.Once I first plugged the Keyboard in. Synapse 3 popped up, so I naturally installed it, thinking it was the like "newest", or "most developed" Version there is right now. Once I wrapped my head around the software, understanding how it worked a bit I noticed **two** VERY crutial things about Synapse 3.1. Firstly: Snap-Tap is only available for Synapse 42. Secondly: You cannot lay customize the Command Dial (which, in case you didn't already know is like the "main"  gimick of the keyboard)After a quick internet search though I was delighted with the solution being as easy as just installing the newest version of Razer's sof

I Purchased a Razer Kraken X Lite headset a couple months ago and in he beggining it worked fine, but in the past month the microphone stopped working.It simply doesnt appear when I connect the audio Jack, the microphone works fine on Console when i use only the One 3.5 jackBut when i Use both of the jacks on my PC the microphone doesnt work 

I am looking to purchase Razer Joro keyboard and I have seen on multiple sources that it supports 3 mode connectivity (Wireless Hyperspeed Dongle, Bluetooth, Wired). The supported wire comes inside the box. Where can genuine supported dongle be bought?I have Razer Pro Click Mini which came with a 2.4 GHz wireless dongle. Will that be sufficient?Any timely response is much appreciated.Thank you

I purchased a pair of Razer BlackShark V3s, and I can't configure them in the Razer Synapse app because it doesn't detect them. I've checked, and the official website says it's not compatible with the V3 series, but in videos online, people use Synapse to configure their headsets. Is there a solution, or another program where I can configure my headset? Thanks.

My finacée needs a replacement for a keycap on the razer sanrio mini keyboard, where can I access this for her?I don’t want to buy one for the wrong model :) 

When I am connected to my pc I often connect the Bluetooth to my phone just to listen to music/tiktok that nonsense and every 10-15 minutes the headset disconnects and reconnects and this wouldn't be a problem except for the fact the woman talk and says that the connection has changed, any way to turn her off or fix the Bluetooth error ? 

They've never done this before, this is recent. It also doesn't matter what you plug it into. I've plugged it into both my computers, both my PS5's, and it worked perfectly fine with all of those before so i don't understand. 

I just recently bought a Razer Pro Click Mini and don’t see a way to save anything to it’s on board memory. I want to specifically use Macros without razer synapse with my laptop but don’t see the on board memory icon like I do with my Mamba Elite mouse.. Is there something I’m missing? I did a fresh install as well as tried it on multiple computers with Bluetooth as well as 2.4. Side note: Synapse is also not displaying the battery percentage as mentioned in other articles I’ve found. Instead it simply shows a full battery icon 

I got one cobra pro and deathadder v2 x, but I lose my cobra pro hyperspeed dongle, the only I have is deathadder v2 x, my question is can I use hyperspeed unility change from deathadder v2 x to cobra pro ? Which is using deathadder v2 x hyperspeeed dongle but in mouse cobra pro 

I am looking to buy a Blackwidow v4 Pro (not the 75% one) to replace my old v3 Pro and I would prefer a wireless one. But I can not find any specifications stating specifically that it is wireless. Am I just blind or is there not a wireless model?

Wolverine v2  wireless stop working and charging. I had a delivery barcode in order to ship it out but ran into family problem and since I couldn’t do it on time 17 days . May be get a new RMC delivery barcode 

I bought this mouse because I heard it was the highest rated razer mouse or one of them. I've loved it, best thing mouse I've ever used. Which made it all the more upsetting when it all of a sudden started not really working. While playing a game, sitting and waiting in said game for a friend, started moving again and realized my mouse (which was connected through USB dongle at the time) started moving then stopping, moving then stopping, like it was cutting in and out. Restarted my pc, nothing. When I try using the cord it makes the sound of something connecting and disconnecting repeatedly, which I found strange because it wasn't making that sound when just using the dongle, it seemed to be worse when using the cord. I've tried different USB ports, I've tried the ones in the back of my pc, I've tried a different computer and the same problem kept happening. I really didn't want to give up on it so soon because my replacement mouse is abrasively slow and painful to use and this was my

My Razer DeatherAdder scroll wheel does not consistently work when scrolling up or down.  When scrolling it bounces around and may go down when scrolling up and vice versa.  It has been doing this for awhile and I have been dealing with it, but thought I would reach out to see if there was a fix.  I performed all the tests, firmware, testing on another computer, using compressed air, etc…  My device should still be under warranty and I do have a video available showcasing the issue (which I am sure Razer is aware of already..) Thanks!

OK, I have looked up everything un der the sun to get this to work.  I can only fly in GTA online using the gamepad.  Everything else is via Keyboard and mouse.  but since getting the Huntsman V3  Pro, I can not get the Wolverine to work.  I have removed all controllers disabled game controllers etc.  everything I have seen on the forums. with no luck, the wolverine does not work in GTA online.   Any help would be great.   Thank you. 

Hey everyone, I’m planning to buy a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. According to the specifications, the 7.1 surround sound feature is only supported on Windows 10 64-bit.I just wanted to ask if anyone here is using it on Windows 11. Does the 7.1 sound work properly? They robbed me, they have blocked my razer gold account for no reason and it won't let me put my phone number to which I feel scammed because I recharged real money to put it in a game and it won't let me

I’m using the Razer Kraken V3 Pro and Synapse 4 seems to be connected with my headset, however it says it is powered off. I press and hold the power button until the green light appears and flashes. This green light I’m assuming means that the headset is powered on. However Synapse still says the device is powered off, and I cannot hear audio. I’ve been stuck on this issue for weeks. (Also the dongle is plugged in securely) I’ve updated the firmware, the pairing system, the drivers, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse.I’ve made sure all audio is on and the device is set to default.  I would find it really helpful if I could see that green light turn to a red light which I assume means it is powered off.Except despite holding the power button for much longer than necessary, I can’t seem to power off my headset. Yet at the same time, Synapse 4 thinks it is already powered off and can never seem to register it being on. I’m open to any ideas, please let me know any suggestions or sol

I have the Razer Naga Pro wireless with switchable plates (the first version that's not available anymore). I've had it for a year or two and I'm already getting the jumps when scrolling with the wheel. I tested various settings, different computers etc. and yes, it's the sensors.Now, does the new version of this Naga with Razer HyperScroll Pro Wheel have optical sensors for the wheel? I can't find any specs that would say if it's mechanical or optical. I don't want to buy a 180$ mouse if there's mechanical sensors in there, because they would get dusty and tired again in a year.

Hi there,I am overall satisfied with the product but however I noticed that my Barracuda X has broken plastic parts. Just to note that I care about my stuff and I still have old gadgets that look almost in mint condition, so not sure what happened here as i was really handling them with care. My warranty ran out like 4 months ago and I do not seek the replacement, rather advice to help me resolve my issue.  Here are the pictures of broken plastic parts, first is the left earpiece, the second is the right earpiecesince those are still working and all i see is that plastic will continue to break, I just want to know is there a way to buy this part, i will change it myself rather than to throw completely working headset into trash.Is duct-tape efficient in this case? superglue? what is the best way to resolve this issue (i know that obvious answer would be: just buy a new ones, but that isn’t the answer i am looking for).
