It is 2025. Everything was fine until i updated my windows. This was the update name: 2025-11 Security Update (KB5068861) (26200.7171). After updating i found something weird. When my laptop is plugged in, the fans are going crazy (even tho nothing is opened). BUT as soon as i unplug it, it gest 100% quite. So, when unplugged, i see normal behaviour as it always was, but when plugged in, nothing is opened, fans are going really fast creating such a loud noice. I tried searching issues in bios, updated my all drivers, updated everything that was razer related (all apps, etc), fixing issues that occured in my event viewer (under windows logs → system), but nothing works. May be there is somebody who still uses such an old laptop as my self and had similar problem, i would love to hear any response. hopefully, i could get any response from razer as well (may be this issue persists on new laptops as well because of this windows update). Thank you for any Info!

I cant use a controller since I got my huntsman v3 pro mini, unplugged it, did all the disabling of devices, closed synapse, nothing worked this keyboard is malware you have to spend 200 dollars on , its a joke, it’s been years of people complaining about the same issue and you do nothing to fix it or let them know you hear their frustrations.

Hi, i just got the kraken v4x and every time i install thx spatial or 7.1 surround sound, they dont launch. i’ve reinstall everything multiple times and its still doenst work. can anyone help me?

I bought a Razer Gold card where when it was used it told me that it had already been used, I went to complain but they told me that they need to know the date and time that the card was used so that they can return the money to me. I don't know if there is a simple way to verify all that data. 

Can the switches in the Deathstalker V2 be swapped to full sized switches, such as the standard purple ones to give it a full profile?

Unfortunately my second Man-o-war headphones broke in half while I was wearing them (first pair did too), but I was able to repair it with some epoxy!  I’m new to epoxy and it shows, but at least I was able to repair these ones and not have to buy another!

Hey Razer community, I’ve seen some similar threads and I’m hoping I can get some support. My Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse is out of warranty but I’ve been having battery issues with it for a long time (even during the warranty period). Every time I put in a new battery, it drains within 1-2 days and the mouse would die. Lately, even with a new battery, removing the battery and putting it back in temporarily fixes the issue but 30 minutes later, the mouse just turns off. I’ve tried interchanging with Bluetooth and 2.5 Ghz mode but the issue persists. I’ve also tried different brand of new batterys but nothing fixes it. It’s been very frustrating having the mouse constantly turn off while I’m using it. I’ve been seeing other threads about this issue so I know this seems to be a common defect with this product. I’m just reaching out to see if there is any continued support on this device and if there are any options for replacement? 

Does anybody know the size or make of the screws in the older Kraken Pro v2s? Purchased one back during covid to replace a headset that wasn’t working, but then wound up shelving the v2 because the original Kraken Pro (v1) started working again, so I kept the v2 on a shelf to keep as a backup.Old one finally died for good, so I dug out the backup which since it was purchased in 2020 obviously is no longer covered by warranty, but it’s been sitting in a box the whole time so it’s 100% functional. But it turned out to be missing all four screws on the right ear speaker.As a temporary measure, I’ve unscrewed two of the four on the left ear speaker and moved them so the right side can be used without falling off, but I’m hoping I can find appropriately sized screws to have both headset speakers properly mounted securely without having to resort to using glues.

Is it anyway that i can buy or get a set of new keycaps for BlackWidow Chroma as many of the keycaps stems have started to crack and lose plastic and colour lol and the keyboard is still fuctioning fully after all these years its soon 10 years old so its like 10th anniversary for me and the keyboard Hah but back to the subject is it anyway to buy or get new set of caps for it ?

I reinstalled windows, and now I can't activate 7.1 surround sound because the code was already activated, and I don't receive a new code in my email. Please help me. and after i login in 7.1 app with razer id nothing happens, it still needs activation code

I've had a Razer Iskur v2 chair for several months, but I can't adjust the lumbar support to my body size. I often get lower back pain. How do you adjust your support? How many turns of the dial do you use to reach the comfort zone without any pain? I'm 5'9" and can't find any comfort.

The Huntsman keyboard really surprised me with its revolutionary optical switches. But I think there are still more potentials to be unleashed beyond rapid trigger or  virtual controller.Since the keyboard’s raw input is analog rather than digital, it should be possible to convert those analog signals into MIDI signals for musical instruments by just writing a programme, and let the computer identify it as a generic MIDI keyboard. In that way you can play the piano or other instruments that requires varying input forces. This may be a novel approach for music fans or professional composers. Do anybody know how could I achieve this?

I like mouses with a prominent arc, or let's say with a lot of height. I don't like flat mouses since even with a palm rest they make my wrist painful. Which is the razer mouse with the most prominent arc? 

Ever since I've had my Razer Kaira, it had the worst connection problem I had ever seen. It always disconnects and reconnecting over, and over, and over again. And so not too long ago, I decided to take apart my headset, see if there's maybe something loose inside or idk what. And I see an MHF4 connector, with nothing plugged inside.. I'm guessing that's where the antenna is supposed to be, but there's none inside. I bought an antenna on aliexpress and we'll see if it's gonna fix my problem. 

So I got myself a razer mouse (Viper) and tried to use the customisation for the alternate keys on the mouse, but even if I'm not in english language and not using in windows the english language it's still being in the US layout of QWERTY and it's even worse that when I try to put for example " / " as a key directly from the symbols section, it just map the way to write the symbol with a US keyboard. Same with " : ", it just show me "Shift+M" like wtf ?? And so it obviously proceed to use "Shift+M" in this case and "Shift+!" in case of a " / ". I'm lost I need help as playing without these is making it hard as it's been 10 years I played like this

I went in store and brought a Razer gold gift card for $200.00. I sent to my grand children. When they tried to redeem it, it was rejected. For 48 hours I have been trying to get it redeemed. Now they are saying they need another 72 hours. I just want to redeem card or money back. I paid for the card. I am getting no reply. 

I currently own a Razer blade 15 (2020) that is now dying and I need a new laptop. Since I was pretty happy with the 15, I am highly considering staying with razer. What I basically want is a more up to date 15, which obviously doesn't exist. I still need the laptop to be more or less portable, since I use it for work and have to transport it a lot. I also game a LOT (which I'd love to do on highest settings) which leads to the laptop running the whole day . Now I don't know which specs I need for a smooth experience without going over the top (I definitely don't need 64 gb ram) and I don't even know if I should go bigger or smaller. Is the 16 still transportable without problems and does the 14 still have a big enough display without me having to squint my eyes to see what I am doing? If anyone has any (helpful) input in that matter, please help, I have been trying t figure out the best solution for months... 

So, I got an email from Razer today about getting “verified as human” to know if you might be competing against bots and to (possibly) win 10,000 Silver, with no mention of having to download the World app to complete the process, which turns out to be a crypto wallet.This whole World thing is the brainchild of AI shaman (and doomsday prepper) Sam Altman. Even the most cursory youtube search reveals it to be a (likely pump and dump) scam designed to enrich the people running it at the expense of the suckers conned into investing. Check out Bitcoin College’s “Worldcoin: Scam I am” video. A whole host of questionable entities (including SBF) are among the original backers.Why Razer feels a need to besmirch their reputation by associating with such ilk is beyond belief.
