My mice stopped working it was working fine yesterday and today no light under the mice the red light is glowing i can see it under some angle i dont know how to fix it.

Hello!I know this headset is a thousand years old, but it's already 8 years old and works perfectly, that's why I'm writing here now.What happened is that since the last windows 10 update (yesterday morning) something is wrong with Razer Synapse.I don't know exactly if it was caused by the windows update, because at the same time I also saw the notification that support for synapse 2 would be discontinued.The problem is that the sound of the headset is as if Synapse is not installed, crap, the headset has a box sound.In theory, synapse loads normally, but it's still not good.I reinstalled Synapse, re-calibrated, loaded the settings from the cloud, but it still doesn't work.Please help because it's really annoying, I can't watch a youtube video like this.

Hello,I am based in Portugal and I own a Razer Ornata V3 keyboard. My wife also owns the same model. As you can see in the attached photos (up one is mine, the down one it’s her), both keyboards show the same issue: several keycaps are badly worn out and almost unreadable.I understand that the Ornata V3 uses proprietary mecha-membrane keycaps, and I would like to know: If it is possible to order official replacement keycaps directly from Razer or through an authorized distributor in Europe. If not, what solution Razer can offer for this situation, considering that we have two units affected by the same problem. I've had my mouse for a while now with no issues. Suddenly the cursor just stopped moving, the other mouse buttons work though. I've tried updating the drivers, uninstalling & reinstalling, cleaning out the bottom, replacing the battery, pretty much everything. I can't afford to replace the mouse so I'm hoping something will fix it.

I am looking to get the Huntsman V3 pro mini, however i want it in white, which annoyingly defaults to the US layout. I want to know how whether there is much of a difference between the UK and US layouts.

I’ve had this keyboard since 2022 and today when I opened my computer i couldn’t type certain keys like 1, 0, c, SHIFT, CAPS LOCK. TAB, ALT, etc. I will go get some compressed air to try to clean it but i would also like to hear from you. Model number is RZ03-0349

I’ve had for about 6 months used my earphones on a daily basis as am someone who works out a lot and listens to music on a daily, lately I’ve been noticing that my left side ear phone is not laying more than 15 minutes, while my right side earphone is lasting 2 hours. Please help me fix it. 

Hi there. I have a razor basilisk v3, and a logitech g915 keyboard. And I was wondering if its possible to creat a macro that, with a click of a mouse button it will select keyboard #1 and if i press again it will select keyboard #2 and with every click, 1 then 2 then 1 then 2 and so on. I have an issue. I was going through my Authentication microsoft app and was deleting accounts that I no no use and accidently deleted my Razer ID and now when I go on the website it asks me for a code. I don’t know what to do in regards of putting up a new one. Please help.

I deeply regret buying the Razer Barracuda X. The headset itself had potential, but the experience turned into a huge disappointment. The main issue comes from the cheap dongle — it constantly disconnects, cuts audio, or simply stops working for no reason. After doing some research, I found out that this whole problem could easily be fixed with a simple 5-dollar chip, yet Razer never addressed it.What’s even worse is their customer support. They don’t stand behind their products at all. Instead of offering a real solution, they just copy-paste standard replies and act like it’s your fault. For a brand that sells itself as “premium,” the build quality of the dongle and the way they treat their customers is a joke.Razer is a big mistake bro i’m sorry be brave please

I have a BlackWidow v4 Mini with a Cobra Pro paired to it's dongle, and I'm experiencing random disconnects or "stuck" keys. The keyboard either stops working altogether for a second or two, or registers the last keypress as being held down even after the key is released. I've also experienced RGB issues in which parts of the keyboard don't light up, and problems with Windows Dynamic Lighting in which either the keyboard or mouse don't light up when windows first boots. Right now, I've tried just abot everything, including my previous laptop, removing Synapse, reinstalling Synapse, deleting all profiles, the reset button combination that's on the calibration page of the mouse, the reset button on the back of the keyboard, updating my router to the latest firmware, and I'm still having random problems. Last night, I factory reset my peripherals from the ❓️ button in Synapse, and I deleted all my profiles to start fresh. I hope that this fixes it, but I'd still like to know if there's an

I have a black widow v3 pro, I've been using Bluetooth because the dongle is sadly lost to history,I've heard that razer has a feature that can pair two devices to one dongleIs it possible to pair my keyboard to a mouse that supports this feature, or is there a way to pair the dongle with onlythem keyboard and no mouse? , don't have that razer money anymore to be honest 

Are the sides of the new Phantom White Basilisk V3 Pro 35k still rubber, or have they moved to plastic? I've had the rubber fail on both a Basilisk Ultimate and now a V3 Pro, so hoping they've moved to something a bit more durable. 

Anyone else having issues? It was working a couple days ago. Just stopped all of a sudden, compared to others saying that Synapse 4 NEVER recognized their Raptor monitor.

When I run the Surround Sound Installer, it just shows “Server access unavailable”. My connection has no problem, I have tried wifi, hotspot and lan cable.

Where can I buy replacement keys? What 3rd party is key set is the best?Any options with the M1-M5 keys? The fact that razer doesnt sell them in which they can easily capitalize on is atrocious. Besides the fact that they should be shipped out with PBT keys in the first place with the premium price we pay with razer products whom always wanted to be the apple of the gaming pc industry.

Hello,I’m experiencing a connectivity issue with my Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed headset.When I switch the headset to Bluetooth mode, it connects to my Bluetooth device normally.  However, even after I turn off Bluetooth on that device, the headset **does not switch back to the 2.4 GHz dongle connection** — it stays stuck in Bluetooth mode, constantly searching for a Bluetooth device instead of reconnecting to my PC.The only way to reconnect it to the dongle is by **plugging the headset into my PC with the USB-C charging cable**, waiting a few seconds, and then unplugging it.  After doing this, it connects properly to the dongle and works perfectly.  If I power it off and on again, it continues to connect to the dongle with no problem.  But once I use Bluetooth mode again, the issue repeats — the headset won’t detect the dongle automatically until I do the cable trick again.Since the BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed has **no physical button to manually switch between Bluetooth and dongle

Just got my new headset today but it seems to not have given me a activation code for the 7.1 audio so i tried to request one but it says already registered, and in case I don’t get the code is the headset not going to have normal surround audio? BTW I bought it from NOON KSA
