The Razer Armory

So I recently got this headset and I really like it, but it has a weird problem.Some time after starting the game, the headset begins to make a crackling sound, which stops after closing the game. If I use the headset to play for example a YouTube video, they work just fine. Also, when the problem with the sound appears, the microphone does the same thing whenever I use it. I guess it's a problem with wireless connection but I'm not really sure.I have the latest version of Synapse 3 installed, latest firmware installed on both headset and dongle. I also tried the razer troubleshooting guide and it didn't help. Just in case, I use a Viper V2 Pro mouse in wireless mode (I don't know if this can affect something but it works perfectly).I hope there's a fix for this problem because I really like this headset ​​​​

Has anyone had issues with the number buttons on the side continuously spamming either the 1 or 9 buttons? This has just started happening to me and it is getting very annoying. Tried to contact the support about the issue but it is out of warranty. 

I am writing to express my deep frustration with Razer’s customer support.I purchased a Razer Seiren Mini microphone, which suddenly stopped working without any physical damage or misuse. It is now recognized as “Unknown USB Device” on every computer I try. I contacted Razer support multiple times, provided all the requested details, and even sent proof of purchase — yet my issue still hasn’t been resolved.Despite clearly stating many times that my microphone is defective, I keep receiving irrelevant replies about a mouse. This shows a serious lack of attention and professionalism in handling customer cases.I was then told that my country (Turkey) is not covered by Razer’s shipping or warranty support, even though the product is officially sold here. That’s simply unacceptable for a global company.So far, I’ve spent weeks trying to get a basic response, and I’m still left without a working product or a clear solution.This experience has been deeply disappointing. I’ve had to replace my Wolverine V3 twice for disconnecting issues in the few months that I’ve owned it. Razer refuses to acknowledge the issue or address it. So I’ve taken things into my own hands. I designed and 3D printed a piece to lock the cable into place. I used museum putty as the adhesive so I will be able to take it off for warranty claim or if any other reason arises. I will keep y’all updated as I use it. Hopefully this is the fix we need. I have the design if anybody else wants to give it a try. 

Macro key setting on these keys(F1-F12) is not working correctly on Synapse 4. I have been trying to assign macro on those keys which the program does allow me to do but  it does not work correctly on different program.

I just noticed that there is a sweet green skin for battlefield 6 that is only attainable through certain razer purchases. Sadly don't need any extra peripherals for my PC at the moment and can't justify picking one up just for the skin. Is there anyone out there that has a code they aren't using? I'd really appreciate it. Comment or shoot me a message if you have any leads. Thanks all!

I need your help 

My razer keyboard wont light up, the light on the side next to the switch for Bluetooth works but not the RGB's even when i use caps the dot that usually lights up wont now. the keyboard otherwise works as i can type. i updated the keyboard by downloading firewire update, closed and opened razer synphase and that didn't work, the only thing that make me thing could be reason for this is when I cleaned the edges of the keyboard with a damp towel but i don't think that was enough water to kill the RGB's. does anybody know how to fix it or if it is possible to fix?

I am very disappointed that this collection is US/ Target exclusive…I would buy them in a heartbeat, I think it’s very unfair it’s only sold in the US.  I am not expecting this post to change that, but I would just like to pass it on to Razer, they are losing a lot of money.. Cinnamoroll is my favourite Sanrio caracther so please make it available for Europe 😭

Has anyone made the move yet? Looks as if we're going to be forced to in a few months...7-8mo ago, I tried 4 and it didn't recognoize most of my devices despite it claiming to be compatiable with synapse 3 devices.interested to know all of your experinces.. good and bad, or if you had a negative experience you were able to resolve. 

Hello,My Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed suddenly stopped working over Bluetooth. Yesterday it worked fine, but then it disconnected and never turned back on properly.Now, when I try to connect it via Bluetooth, the only device that appears is “DfuBasilisk” — there is no “Basilisk X Hyperspeed” device listed anymore.When I pair “DfuBasilisk” with my computer, Windows says it’s connected, but the mouse does not respond at all.The blue light only blinks rapidly if I hold left click + right click + scroll wheel (or side buttons + DPI, doesn’t matter).I tried using the official Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed Firmware Updater, but it only detects devices named “Basilisk X Hyperspeed”. It does not see “DfuBasilisk”.When I managed to start an update earlier, it stopped at 40% and showed the error “Get Region Failed”.Right now, the mouse only shows up as “DfuBasilisk”, and the updater keeps asking to “connect Basilisk X Hyperspeed”.Can you please provide the DFU recovery tool or firmware file (.bin)

Is the RAzer blackshark v3 x any good?I’m planning on getting a budget friendly version of the v3 lineup. I Don’t know pro seems a bit of a gimmick to me. Let me know 

I noticed there are two different plans (elite and essential), but the website only lets me sign up for one plan and isn’t clear which one that is? Also, is it worth it to pay more for Elite over essential (if I have that choice with this controller) 

Its on sale right now and I mainly want to use it for WoW. With the joystick issue known, is it worth paying $62 for? or wait for a cheaper sale or wait for the V3.I feel like a V3 is around the corner since its been a while and the V2 has generally been on sale.

Hi,i have viper mini and it just stoped working, yesterday it worked perfectly fine and today no light and nothing. I tried on second pc works just fine, reinstalled windows, updated bios, restarted CMOS battery and nothing works. Is there any possible way to make it work again on my pc?

Unfortunately none of the electronics stores nearby have these models to try out. I think they are both great gaming wise, but I wanted to see which one do you think would feel the best for me. I have a relaxed claw grip and my hand dimensions are 20 cm x 11.5 cm. Thanks

Even though I entered the code from the authentication app, why is it always wrong? Then I reset my cellphone and then tried to make a transaction on Razer, but it went wrong and then entered this strange code. Does anyone know what to do?

So, going by the fact that I have cool are blowing out the back of my laptop, but a CPU temp of 99 with thermal throttling while watching a YouTube video. I am guessing my vapor chamber has failed on my laptop. Has anyone found spare parts or a way to fix this to have a usable laptop? I don't even mind if I have to modify it so it stays permanently on my desk. just need to make it so it can be used for everyday work tasks. Just gutted, spent over £4000 on a laptop that's pretty much unusable after 2 years
