So i just installed the update for Synapse an hour ago and for some reasons since then, my headphones sounds shit, like 5$ headphones.. I tried deleting synapse, reinstalling it, look for windows update, rebooted pc and it didn't changed anything. Even unplugging and plugging back the headphones doesn't change anything...Anybody have the same problem and if so.. does someone have a fix for it?

I just opened up my Razer Blade 17 (2022) (Core i9-12900H / 3080 Ti) to install a second NVMe drive. After replacing the bottom case and powering the computer on again, I noticed the internal video had stopped working. I heard the Windows startup chime and was able to connect the laptop to an external display. The system is working normally, other than no longer being able to detect the internal display.I suspect I inadvertently knocked the video cable loose from the motherboard, but none of Razer’s support documents and I’m having a hard time locating the port myself. Can someone please point me in the right direction so I can try reseating the cable?

OTP When I registered an account and verified my phone number, an OTP was sent to my phone. But when I paid, Razer reported an error as shown in the image below. Please help me resolve it.

Why can you select the rpm of the fan on the Balanced mode, but when you are using the Custom and max out everything no? The fans in fact slow down so temperature rises too much. The model of 2023 has the option to activate the fans at max speed for the Custom profile, why the models of 2022 dosen’t have it?2023 model:RAZER BLADE 15 2023 Model2022 model:

I have had to re-install windows (11)  on my Razer Blade Pro 17 (2019 model, RZ09-0287x) due to a failed/botched Windows Insider update.Everything is now more-or-less working, but I am still missing drivers for a ‘Base System Device’, which is:    Intel Corporation - JHL7540 Thunderbolt 3 NHI [Titan Ridge 2C 2018]    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15E8&SUBSYS_30001A58&REV_06I have installed all the drivers from the Razer support download page for my razer model, including the Intel chipset drivers, but the driver for this device is still missing. Similar reports for this missing driver for other Razer laptop models seem to indicate that this driver should be available from Razer (and in the intel chipset drivers), but this does not seem to be the case for my Razer laptop. I have also searched the internet and cannot find a driver for this device (just one for a similar card but for a HP laptop).Does anyone know why this driver is not

I’ve bought my razer viper mini mouse today, when it arrived I hooked it up to my pc, with razer synapse already installed and it just wouldn't show up, I also tried registering my serial or even looking at the warranty but it just says that it doesnt exist in the database

Hello, My Barracuda Pro suddenly stopped working today and I was wondering if this has anything to do with the recent software update or I just have a bad one.software updated on Sunday 19 nov. and was working after - no probs yesterday also was okay. mostly used for a few hours - zoom conference, listening to music and playing games on iPhone. didn’t have any problems until this morning, 21 Nov, I turned it on and there was no audio. no voice prompt saying it’s powered on. it connected to bluetooth but has no audio. restarted a few times but still didn’t work after approx 3 hours i tried using it again and audio was back but then a few seconds after, it started having staticky noise until it goes completely silent whenever I turn it on or off there’s this subtle hint that something was turned off, like a faint beep or something went to Razer’s troubleshooting guide and followed all the troubleshooting steps incl

Bluetooth connection to phone disconnected while updating firmware, leading to the update failing and needing to retry. Upon second attempt, worked fine, how ever with a few issues. 1. powering off the device doesn’t say power off, only “Power” then gets cut off. 2. powering on or off the device, as well as smart-switching, often requires multiple attempts for it to register that I’m doing anything. I’ve tried factory resetting the headset, and running the latest firmware updater, but to no avail. Is there anyway of resetting/rolling back the firmware to an older version so the updater will do it’s thing?

Hello guys,My Spacebar key on the Blackwidow V3 stopped working. I have tried - Removing keycap and Cleaning/Reinstalling drivers/Replacing the Switch with Scroll Lock switch (Sodlering Involved).After this, the scroll lock is still working fine but Spacebar is still broken. So I ordered my Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox series X in the November of last year from Amazon. Haven’t even had it a year and the headphone speakers have gone totally bust. I’ve tried absolutely everything to resolve this but to no avail. I’ve been in circles on the Razer website but I haven’t had any luck. I’m pretty poor so I can’t just buy a replacement at the drop of a hat so I’m looking to claim my warranty which in the manual for the headset itself says is 2 years long. Please somebody help me out, playing games is my escape and it’s not half as fun without a headset

I’ve update it at last firmware with the Razer Tool, I’ve reinstalled synapse, I’ve registered my product on Razer website etc but razer still don’t recognize it.If I press “?” in the synapse’s mouse page, appear “NOSERIALNUMBER”. Can someone help me please? thanks

Hello Guys!This is my first time asking here about something.Recently, I decided to buy a new keyboard because the one which i'm using is not working very well, but, I remembered about my BlackWidow chroma from 2014~2015. The problem is that the keys "S", "SHIFT" and 1 more, are not working very well. So, I was searching for some information about new switches that could fit.I found the switches on Razer´s website but I'm not sure if it would work.Can anyone tell me if is there any problem if I buy the new switch to swap?And, Would the RGB work normally? I'm a little bit interesting about using my old BlackWidow again :)

Hi,I got a problem with a dongle. I am using Razer Viper V2 Profor almost 3 years. Today i turn on my computer and it don’t detect a dongle. What can I do to use my mouse wireless again?

I've just purchased the BW V3 Pro and cannot for the life of me get the 2.4ghz wireless mode on the keyboard to work. I have tried the following. - Followed Razer instructions on 2.4ghz setup - Downloaded most recent firmware updated and both keyboard and dongle are running most recent versions - Downloaded and run both the pairing utility and the hyperspeed dongle pairing utility - both worked and confirmed device had been paired, however when I unplug the keyboard from wired connection then flick the switch to 2.4 the keyboard goes dead (all RGB turns off) and there is the audible windows device disconnect tone. The dongle appears to still remain connected. - Uninstalled Synapse (x2) and reinstalled (x2) - no change - Explored in the windows device pages covering keyboard drivers and all (when checked) say most recent drivers are installed. I have tried to connect via bluetooth on another device - this worked, however when trying wireless mode the keyboard immediately goes dead

Hey! So I have two Razer mice with me Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed and Deathadder essential, so I did reset my laptop recently and installed Razer synapse software and connected my USB, it is not detecting my mouse but it is working on Windows however. I don’t know why. Please help me out.

Hi, i have had a razer goliath (the mousepad) for 2-3 years and today i spilled some water on a spot, the spot i spilled water on is lighting up normally but the other 3 corners arent lighting up at all 

I bought a Razer gold card from Walmart. I scratched the back not hard. No I didn't scratch off the numbers. The numbers are printed on the card and the scratch off sticker is on the top. So there's really no way to scratch off the numbers. Anyway I was missing the last three numbers of the 5 in the middle. I immediately took a picture of the receipt and card as they have instructed me previously on another card with the same incident. Now my IQ is 120 and I know I'm not dumb but they sent me back a email saying that the card had been redeemed. Logic dictates here that isn't possible because it's missing numbers. So how the hell can a card be redeemed when it's missing numbers you geniuses. This your way of saying that you won't compensate me or at least do some cross reference with the card and give me the missing numbers. I know you keep a log of every card printed.
