Recently when I tried to use my BlackShark V2 X there was no output in 7.1 surround sound and THX. I have not down anything to cause this. Is there a fix?

Hi, my Razer Viper’s scrollwhell is skipping so i want to replace the encoder, can someone please tell me the encoder height? The model number is  RZ01-0255 thnx

For some reason my Viper V3 pro is not being detected  like i tried using plug and play method its still not being detected tried using the  compatibility and used another  type c cable its still not being detected . I tried also turning it on like 3 secons and 7 seconds hold but it doesnt light up . There is time i see it blinking like when i remove it from cable or when i tried to charge it  using my phone charger.

My RAZER account was registered while I was living in Thailand. I am currently studying in Canada. Every time I login to RAZER and visit RAZER Silver, it would not show me the Canadian RAZER Silver website. How do I change it. My location under personal info in profile settings is already set to Canada. I made purchases from RAZER Store Canada and registered RAZER products with a Canadian address before too.

I’m not sure how to contact razer support…but my family and I recently underwent a house fire due to arson causing us to lose everything and I had a few items from razer and I want to see what the chances of getting a discount/refund or any items back without having to spend a lot with everything else going on… plz let me know if there’s anything I can do or talk about to make that possibly happen…thanks!

Recently picked up a refurb Razer Edge Wifi and was sent a 5G version. Cool. I will take the extra 2g ram for free. The annoying part is the constant verizon notifications. I have disabled cell data, removed networks, etc. Still pop ups. Is there any way to completely remove all of that? Is there a different ROM for the wifi version and i can flash that instead? 

So there is an INSANE issue for these controllers that can be considered a design flaw. There is something known as "intrinsic deadzone" on these controllers is about 15%-20% from what I have seen online. It doesn't matter whether or not it is adjusted in-game, the firmware takes over and makes the deadzone 15%-20% or higher depending on the game deadzone settings. An example of this would be if you set the deadzone to 5%, it would be overridden by the firmware and sets it to 15%-20%. If you set it to 25%, it would be 25%. The easiest solution for this would be to allow a software deadzone control. Another one could be a firmware update. Here are some videos/forums filled with people having this issue. I will be sticking to my Wolverine Ultimate for now until this gets fixe

Is it possible to get a replacement mic for the Blackshark v2 pro? Mine is very static and loses connection to the port extremely often. Its very sensitive to touch and often results in no input audioIve ruled out software and OS.

Hello, I’ve lost my Viper ultimate’s usb dongle and don’t really want to go wired. I know razercare store sells replacements but was wondering if anyone knows when they usually stock them? Thank you!

If you guys have problems with these earbuds like me, such as can’t connect to earbuds or etc. Try to use this way to solve the problems,The normal resetput both of your earbud in the case and wait for 5-10 secondsthis is just a normal one that you guys are normally do it everytime.Factory reset / Hard reset Don’t connect to the device, Tap on one side of your earbud 3 times and continue to press it, after for 5 second and it’s gonna play a sound “factory reset” then it finishedHope you guys can use this method to fix your problems. If it can’t and you still having warranty, then you need to claim it.

I am not much of a ANC fan but the ear-cushion comfort and the sound quality on these blew me away I tried v2 pro for 2 weeks and returned them cuz they sounded horrible, I do own other headsets like. Kraken v4 pro,artics nova pro wireless,Alienware pro wireless but the v3 pro with thx enabled and Dolby Atmos slaps Audio is loud and immersive and is pretty comfortable and mic is great 

I have a Razer 17 2021. I just bought a new ssd. I installed it, booted into windows and formatted it with no issues. I booted from a UBS with Omarchy to install the distro on the new SSD. I wanted to dual boot basically. Well...Now the razer won'start and I can't enter bios unless I remove the new ssd and it will work as usual and I can boot into windows. What to do now??? I need to nuy an external adaptor to try to format the new ssd and try all over again or I have other options?

Hello, I’m from Turkey and I was planning to buy the Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed.However, I came across several reports about a potential hinge problem with this model. In my country, there is no official Razer service center, only a distributor. Unfortunately, they often classify the hinge issue as “user damage”, so it doesn’t get covered under warranty. My question is:👉 Does the Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed really have a chronic hinge issue? Thank you in advance for your help

What a WONDERFUL couple of days have it been with this system! Let’s start with the positives: this system is very cool for what it provides.The screen is top notch. The keyboard is nice. The form factor is a godsend. When it works - it’s very cool!Then, let’s continue with the sad reality.Razer won’t tell you this on their front page, but there are NO DisplayPort outputs connected to the Nvidia GPU. For some reason Razer, in their mighty glory, decided to wire them through AMD GPU - yes, I mean the DP alt mode. Yes, if you disable the AMD GPU in the Device Manager - the displays will go black. This means that you lose support for G-Sync on any monitor that uses DisplayPort. That means - more than 90% of them.
