Hi.There seems to be an issue with my Blade 17 2022. I have the RTX 3080Ti, 12900H, 32GB RAM, 4K/144Hz variant. I'm connecting the Blade to my LG C5 which has full 48Gbps HDMI 2.1 ports (all 4 of them), and I'm using a HDMI 2.1 48Gbps certified cable. So the TV and cable are not the issue. Basically, I'm unable to use full 4K, 120HZ, 10bit HDR with the Blade 17, even though the 3080Ti is supposed to have a HDMI 48Gbps port. I am using dedicated GPU only, no Nvidia Optimus. I've seen a few other people with this issue online and Razer seem to be quiet on the matter. Is there a possibility the HDMI port on the Blade 17 2022 doesn't support full HDMI 48Gbps spec?  Would very much appreciate a reply from Razer/anyone else who can help. Advertising the HDMI port on the Blade 17 2022 is misleading as it clearly does not work at 4K/120HZ/HDR/Full RGB.  Please help if you can. Cheers!

Hello I’m looking at buying a Razer Blade 18 and  the configurator in the store has some wacky pricing as far as I can see - can this be correct?  so £1400 extra for 1 extra TB SSD but then £300 more for 3 extra TB? and £1700 for 32GB RAM? aside from this, any pros/cons of this machine for video editing would be much appreciated - thanks! (sorry I couldn’t find a way to contact pre-sales support with these questions)  

My mouse RAZER BASILISK V3 PRO is unable to CYCLE UP PROFILE on mouse board memory by the PROFILE button at the bottom of the mouse. But it can still be switched through Razer synapse v4.0.86.The confusing thing is that I can use PROFILE button normally by binding it to other functions (such as increasing volume or scroll mode toggle). So I confirm that the PROFILE button works normally.So I bind the CYCLE UP PROFILE to other buttons (such as the left or right mouse button), it will not work either.If I use the USB cable to connect the computer instead of 2.4 GHz mode, this problem will not occur.

I done did try everything such as: uninstall-reinstall driver blow under the wheel with my own mouth (without disassembling the mouse) cleaning the mouse (under NOT inside) sensor try on different pc and laptops DIRECTLY connected to PC’s motherboardBut hey, the problem persist and still goin strong.one scroll on the wheel took me either up or down RANDOMLY, there’s no in-between.the mouse wheel button is also malfunctioning slowly overtime, for example i use mouse wheel button when using gadget on rainbowsix X, but when i press it, i switch to secondary weapon instead.I try reaching/DM/PM the moderator (Aero) but no response for 24 hours, idk where to go or ask anymore.isnt razer supposed to be good quality product?Bought the mouse in Jan 24thRazer Basilisk v3 x HyperspeedHELP

this is not normal, i have tried everything well not literally, but a lot of things to fix but that doesnt mean i dont want to hear any ways to fix thisthe problem my mouse is only disconecting and reconnecting on my pc, when i try it on my friend pc it was working perfectly fine and i also borrow my friend mouse which is the same mouse as me viper mini and it seems to work finehow is that possible that my mouse only not working on my pc but others is fineis it windows problem??, bios??, software?? i mean if it is software or like the synapse why does my mouse works perfectly fine on other pc that also have synapse, firmware or drive?? this is also weird bcs my friend mouse is working in my pc and also mine is working on his pc i still does not know which is the exact or atleast in which category this problem in

Major Issue: F9,F11, Pause, /, Home and End buttons not working. I already reset the keyboard and updated to the latest firmware available. Home and End (+several other) buttons don’t seem to respond to clicks but there is available power as they are responding to RGB input. I’m referring to the dedicated Home and End buttons on the left side of the numpad. This remains the case whether using 2.4, USB or Wifi. Any Ideas? thanks!    

I just bought the razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed and whenever i connect it by the dongle, it wont let me connect with wifi :( can anyone help me with this issue ?

I have a blackwidow V4 keyboard. it’s now only a few months old. And is conencted to a blue usb 3 port. and conencted straight too the pc. The first problem that i have from the beginning is that the keyboard lights off sometimes in windows 11 when your at the login screen. The are fine when you startup the pc. The second problem that pop’s up now is that the ‘o’ key seems to repeat random and add extra o in the word. As example when i double tap ‘oo’ sometimes i get the following result ‘ooo’ And it happens random. The repeat also happens when the raazor software is not running. I tried the keybooooard on other pc. And the problem is the same. I would say it’s worse on that one it generated more o’s at times. different operating system also. It is the RZ03-0469 with yellow switches. The latest firmware  v1.02.00_r1 is installed. It’s pretty expensive keyboard, and so far am still disappointed. There are still a few small things in the software i like.  

I have issue regarding to my recently purchased replacement dongle for basilisk v3 x hyperspeed. I just bought it online from razer official website and receive it yesterday. when ever I try to pair it with the software ( razer usb hyperspeed dongle utility). I followed the on screen instruction but the result is always the same. pairing failed.

I just picked up a Razer USB 4 dock and I’m confused about how to get the best performance (highest refresh rate and G sync/adaptive sync) to work. I’ve got a 2023 blade 15 and can’t figure out the best way to configure it. I haven’t even picked up a new OLED because I’m not sure what I should be looking for.Any advice would be appreciated!

Hello,I'm facing an annoying issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, specifically with the microphone. When using it on PlayStation 5 Slim and PlayStation 4, there's a constant whining or static noise coming from the mic.Here’s what I’ve tried: Connected the headset to multiple controllers (including a brand-new one) Adjusted audio and microphone settings on the console Tested the headset on a PC (works perfectly with no issues) The issue only happens on PlayStation devices. I’m not looking to replace the headset—just hoping for a technical fix or repair steps.Has anyone experienced the same problem? i bought deathadder essential white edition few months back and now when i play valo or minecraft and shoot or break something using the left mouse button and do a movement in keyboard at the same time , the movement happens after like 2 seconds , or its sticky and sometimes it just keep drifting in a particular direction when the keyboard key is released . is it a problem in my mouse or any other issue . 

Glad to see Razer is finally spending some time fixing the software, i have had tons of complains when it comes to Synapse 3 being slow, resource heavy and most likely very insecure but it had one key feature that is missing in Synapse 4.I like to disable auto updates from third party suppliers like Razer because i find it hard to trust the security of such companies. Its very easy for an attacker to do something like a supply chain attack on a razer server and essentially compromise all of its customers attached to their update channels.The problem is with Synapse 4 i have no ability to disable auto update. So now my computer is at the mercy of Razer not being compromised by an attacker and having it automatically send infected software to my computer.Why can't i disable automatic updates? 

Is this discontinued already? Because it’s sold out everywhere. :-(

I'm unsure if the dongle or the keyboard is the issue but it basically stopped working.I've tried using different computers and ports but result is the same. Is there a way to attempt to re-pair the dongle to the keyboard?Failing that, is it possible to get hold of a dongle that will pair with the board?Bluetooth isn't great for this and I suspect it's a Linux + Bluetooth issue (if you know you know)

Hello! I just recently bought the BlackShark V2 Pro headset, but I have lost the USB dongle. It probably still have to be in the box I threw away and I’m now at a loss..Is there any way I can purchase the dongle from Razer, or am I doomed to buy another one?Sincerely,dumbass Thomas 🙃

Do you guys reckon i should get Deathstalker V2 Pro or Blackwidow V4 Pro?Considering Blackwidow’s Macro and sound buttons and keys on the keyboard and the fact that the deathstalker V2 Pro’s Connectivity is primarily wireless. That’s the only drawback the Blackwidow is wired. Sad :-(
