Same as others who are experiencing my razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed just instantly slowly drifting upper left, and there is no response from it, even left click or right click (like one out of 10x it responses). I bought this one last Feb 2022, so its a 2 year old mouse, but based on the post, many are experiecning the same issue instantly. Is this a software defect? Even tried to put it on another pc/laptop with no synapse, but still has the same issue. Anyone has a resolution for this? I totally love this mouse and I am even planning to buy another one but if it is the same issue i would hold it off, even thinking of getting the wired version but I am already having doubts with razer quality. Please help.
My mouse, as listed in the title, is slowly drifting across my screen and doesn’t respond to ANY inputs. I can’t use my mouse at all and I have bought the mouse April 25, 2024.Cleaning my surface (Issue persists)Trying a different surface (Issue persists)Plugging in the mouse into another PC (issue persists. It can still power on and connect to synapse but I can’t move my cursor or click. I tried replacing it with another battery but the indicator is still red.

I have a razer hyperspeed and lost the usb dongle. I bought a new one from razer, downloaded the the app to pair, follow the procedure (press the 3 buttons etc.) every time the pairing fails...any advice?

So Im just gaming playing poe2 with the razer gaming pad on hyperboost and keep in mind im getting 180 fps on 1440 and only needing like 120w, never saw it go over like 140 on poe2 but now is the second time that the laptop just all turns off while gaming, which doesn’t even make sense because it should default to battery but I guess it doesn’t have enough time to change or something and just dies and I have to replug the oem brick so it has power again. Super strange. Anyone with a blade 2025 and the gaming pad that could try to duplicate.

Hello, I'm writing this message to ask for help. I have a razer raiju mobile controller. When I try to connect it to my PC, either via bluetooth or usb, it crashes with a blue screen with different messages but the one that comes up the most at the moment is ‘WDF_Violation’.My windows is up to date, I've looked at everything but nothing works. I usually plug it in via USB C and then my PC crashes, I leave it plugged in during the reboot and it's fine. Please fix this rubbish xbox app. Since the latest update, you can no longer map controller buttons in app.Editing a profile in app leaves you on a blank loading screen. This issue is not hardware specific (though I have wolverine v2)Do not mark this as solved until it actually is - I’ve seen other cases closed and marked as solved for this exact issue.
