Hello, I purchased a used Razer Hammerhead Pro Hyperspeed from an app called 11st. It was brand new. After updating the firmware in the Razer Audio app, I tried to use it, but the right earbud stopped working. The battery was 100% charged. Please help.

Does anyone know of a safe store or a way to get my nari working again? I really liked this headset and want to use it again but i lost the dongle a few years ago, razer store doesn’t have the replacement part i need and if possible i would like to not buy it from aliexpress/ebay, and yes, the warranty is expired. 

Good afternoon, I have a question: is it possible to connect my Nari Essential headset to a different dongle?It seems like mine stopped working, and I’d like to know if there are stores where I can buy a replacement, or if I can connect it to the dongle of another device.I don’t want to look for a new headset.

Hey folks!  I have a Clio paired with the Nommo V2 as my front speakers. When working together they show in windows as razer clio surround. Just wondering, what configuration is best in windows for “razer clio surround”? Should it be 5.1, quadrophonic, or stereo?Thanks

Hello. I bought a Razer Kraken v4 headset from you and I have a problem with the sound. When I use Discord during the game, the sounds in the game are constantly interrupted if I set the chat sound source in the Discord settings. I specifically bought this model with the ability to select two channels for sound and balance them. When I connect my Kraken Tornament edition, there is no such problem. Moreover, if I use Discord while listening to music and video, the sound also begins to disappear until some sound is played from Discord.

Just got this on a deal everything works just fine.The only downside is it every time I turned it on volume level backs to flat and I have to manually turn it up by pressing the button on the bar so…Is there a way to avoid this?Tnx in advance for the help.

Hi guys! Hi Razer team! So, as the title suggest, THX Spatial Audio has a CPU problem, a very old problem it seams.i found a work around: go to Task Manager → Services an then restart the Windows Audio service. After the restart everything is working as intended.Razer, I know you have a lot to do, but would you be so kind to tell who is the culprit? Or at least why is this happening so we can find a more permament solution? Thanks :)

 I recently tried upgrading to synapse 4. I noticed it made my sound quality very bad compared to before and decided to go back to synapse 3. Now that i have gone back my mic does not work, but only when synapse is installed. As soon as i delete synapse it starts working again, but then the sound quality turns bad again. When i try to test the mic in windows settings, the blue bar moves like the mic is working but then when i try the mic in discord and in games it doesn't work. I tried revouninstalling razer, switching usb port, switching razer profile and other things i dont specifically remember.

So i have my razer kraken v3 x for a year now and accidentaly broke a part, is there any way to fix or maybe replace the broken part?here are the images

My headset Razer BlackShark V2 - Wired Gaming Headset + USB Sound Card - SE has a very low sound recently. Even though I downloaded the Thunderbolt 4 driver, it still can't help me solve this problem. What should I do now?

A lot of things have gone to poop recently and its just getting annoying, in short, when plugged in my headset is changing recording device from USB to 2.4 over and over, when i load into a game it is making it freeze when every it changes, in razer synapse it is saying Set as default device over and over, it is just appearing and disappearing over and over, and in playback devices a new device which i think is named High definition audio is being created used and deleted all within a second. im lost, ive tried everything including, re install SynapseHard reset Headsetreinstall game its happening on so it cant be a game issuere installing drivers latest firmwarerazer pairing utility uninstalling the audio device and driver and restarting my pcdisabling certain audio devices.please help its making certain things unusable like my mic is not working now either

Hey GuysI’m using the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro and I mostly play FPS games, especially Rainbow Six Siege.Right now, the sound doesn't feel right — I can’t clearly hear footsteps or important game sounds. I tried asking ChatGPT to create a good EQ, but chat sucks so im asking you guysCan you share your best EQ settings that work well for footsteps, gunshots, and positional audio?Also, a few things I’m not sure about:- Should I use THX Spatial Audio or Stereo?- Is it better to use the Esports EQ presets or go with a Custom/Standard one?- Are there any Synapse settings like Sound Normalization or Voice Clarity that should be ON/OFF for FPS?If you can help me out, I’d really appreciate. 

For the people who use the blackshark v2 pro can you help me? i play a lot of fps especially r6 but they don’t sound really good at all, i’ve ask chatgpt to create me the best EQ for the blackshark but chat sucks so im asking you guys to help me and maybe share me your EQ that function in a good way for fps or r6, and please tell me other thing that i don’t know like: is better THX spatial audio or stereo? should i use esport eq or standard eq? please help me if you do i will give you a cookie

Good morning to everyone. My Nommo Pro doesn’t work properly, because when I turn the wheel to increase or decrease the volume, it makes strange jumps down and up and the control isn’t linear at all.When I had a Blackwidow, I disabled the volume wheel and everything works good, but when I replaced my keyboard with a Blackwidow V3 Pro, the problem apparead again. Hi.My Razer Kraken V3 Pro suddenly turns off.I have the Razer Synapse wireless power save turned off, but it still turns off.This also occurs while playing games and even with the USB cable connected.It is okay if I turn the power switch back on, but it takes about 5 seconds to turn it on and I have to take one hand off during that time, so if it occurs during game play, I have to continue playing silently.My PC environment is as followsOS: Windows 11 Home 22631.2861Razer Synapse: 20231208Please help me solve this problem.

i bought a pair of these hammerhead wireless earbuds and literally couldnt even turn them on or connect them to blutooth, i then went back to the shop and got them exchanged for another pair and i have the exact same issue, surely i dont have 2 of the same fault in 1 day. I've updated the firmware on a computer for the black shark v2 pro for Xbox. But when I want to customize audio profiles. The app never connects to the headphones.

Im curious if there is a way for me to keep my speakers on all the time or keep them from going into sleep mode. All the forms I see say to change the power settings however synapse 3 nor 4 seem to offer power settings for this device. They seem to go into sleep mode if not used every 15 min.

However, after updating from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4 today, I'm now unable to activate this feature. Specifically, when I press the THX Spatial Audio button, the indicator light doesn't turn on, and the feature doesn’t seem to activate at all. Hi everybody,I’ve just got a new Barracuda X Chroma headset. After I turned on sidetone, I hear some crackling/white noise in the background in my ears once the mic starts recording. Is low volume, but loud enough to annoy me when having the sidetone level on a minimum helpful level. It is only noticable in the real-time sidetone playback, but not in any recording.Has anybody else encountered this?Is this a bug on my specific piece or a production issue?Thanks for your help.
