So, I had my air conditioner fixed above my pc when a hammer was dropped and smacked right into my poor mamba. If it was something else I would've considered it dead. But guess what? It took the hit like a champ, thought the light crack is annoying. I was wondering if anyone had those "hard shock" situations as well and how they ended up. Share photos =)

I don't get it what the f*** Razer is doing these days. Are they discontinuing everything or what ? I really need an oval ear cushion for my Man-O-War and it's been MONTHS it's out of stock. I'm pretty sure this is same situation for the headset itself. How ? Seems like only Razer sells these oval ear cushion so what do I do ?

You guys and gals @ Razer have licensed Xbox and PlayStation controllers, have sound systems and laptops, microphones and even done motion controllers. I am excited for the Steam controller, it's been a amazing controller to play with. Now what we need is a higher quality version. I think Razer is the company to do, if you could get this done, then I think the last venture would be VR complete controller systems. Which I know you've started on, with the headset and phone.

I suppose I mentioned Razer, being the one company I use for my K/M and Controller other than Steam. This was a conversation I was having (my side) start with FF14 changing their combat systems, leading into cross platforming K/M with Controller in online multiplayer games. I the idea is that games could offer characters the require either K/M or controller. Yes it's a pay wall, though to provide the best experience to the players. {I wish they'd do something more active, for the player to be involved. I don't mean every class, so you could play mages relaxed like. Thought the tough tank or Damage dealers could have a different real time combat, with skills to get them up for special moves. I think part of the problem is, it's easier to have one control type on PC. So if they make it K/M then everything has to be that, with support for controller. Less risky that way. Though if there were classes to use controller and ones to use what ever they wanted, then they could make differen

hi there, I bought in spring 2018 A dell Inspiron 15 7557, this was before the new 2018 blades so the current spring 2017 blades were the latest (and ticked me off when E3 2018 came around and the blade ‘popped up’) Anyway I’m a horrible IT guy and i know I’ve had an unhealthy, malware ridden, extremely stuffy computer all this time. My laptop has 3 different ‘optimizing’ systems working against each other I was getting so mad, plus my WiFi network is crap for me and Ethernet isn’t an option, so I’ve been having horrible pc gaming sessions the past few months. Anyway enough complaining I’m seriously thinking about replacing as I’ve had to factory reset the Inspiron twice this month and recycle/sell the computer. When I buy a 15’ blade. Who should I go to for IT and running it how I want? I don’t want to spend that money and have another (lighter, thinner, and more sleek) brick laying around for months. Please and thanks

Why oh why I don't understand why synapse keeps logging off the account when I go on sleep mode on my razerblade 15 ? And why do we have to log in to a synapse account at the first place ? I mean it's not facebook or snap chat, you dont log in everyday to check some news about it or upload a photos of fritz the kitten. All you care about is those LED lights on the keyboard to glitter properly like you set them up to. But no, it just fails to do that one little job. Because synapse is signed off, and why oh why doesn't it save the password for a one click login. I mean it's not like you need it to be super safe to keep your bitcoins in your account isnt it ??? So please razer, I like my razerblade 15 but little things like this make me miss my mac.

I'd like a list of PC parts that have RGB and are confirmed to work with Razer Chroma. I am aware Thermaltake, MSI, Lian Li, AMD, and a few others have stuff that works, but I would like some specifics. For reference, I am going to be building a second PC with the upcoming AMD hardware and I'd like to know what stuff is and will be compatible with Razer Chroma. I have been looking at Thermaltake - Floe Riing RGB 360 TT Premium Edition 42.34 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler MSI - B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard AMD Radeon Navi RX 5700 GPU (Not yet released) LED strips from either NZXT (not sure if compatible), PhilipsHUE, RazerHDK, or some other company that supports it. Please recommend some Chroma compatible pieces.

Hi Everyone i finally able to download and run Synapse 3 somehow ( after like 4 months ) lol finally able set my Chroma on my keyboard (YEY) but i just realise that Synapse 3 does not recognize my Razer Kraken Headphone ? and i also dont see any Razer Surround in Synapse 3 so how do i get Razer Surround ? Thx for help !

For some reason my computer will randomly sleep while being used. Literally why i am browsing the web or working on homework, actively moving the cursor or typing. This is not really an issue when doing either of the former i can just click a button and get right back to what i was doing. However if i am trying to play an online game i get dced. This only happens when the charger is plugged in for some reason. This will happen at least 4 to 5 times a day if its plugged in while using. Yes, I have looked at every possible setting and tried troubleshooting with razer support. Also this thing gets HOT. I don't mean like it just gets hot to the touch. It gets hot and cant handle it and crashes. This is also only when its plugged in to charge and I'm trying t

Your software is a bloated ridiculous waste of space. It has caused issues over and over again with my Trinity Mouse. Requires a million restarts, always updating.. I just want a mouse to work and this software has junked my mouse 2x in 5 months. I had to google how you guys corrupted my mouse again then fix it by destroying profiles, uninstalling your insane bloatware, or taking parts off and put them back on again. You realize this software is ruining your usability and reliability right? I was a Razer fan now for a decade. Your headphones lasted forever and I love them. I will never again purchase anything from this company that requires your SYNAPSE bloatware. Did you guys hire the iTunes guys and ask how to bloat and corrupt software across platforms? Fire this software team... they are ruining good hardware.

Hello everyone, So i've recently gotten a razer kraken tournament edition and a blackwidow chroma v2, the keyboard works fine but the headset barely picks up my voice, i've seen people say that razer synapse can help fix this problem but i have tried synapse 2 and synapse 3 and whenever i try to log in i just get the same error which is "Oh snap something went wrong just now please try again" i've contacted support but they take forever to get back to me and the the "fixes" they told me to try dont work, does anyone know a way to fix this log in situation? I've had to post on reddit because whenever i go onto the razer insider it just redirects me to a page that says "error"

Noone answers on razer cortex forums, so i ask here. Usually tweak programs cause more harm than good unless you know what are you doing. And razer cortex isn't good with describing what each tweak specifically does. Like for example disk cache optimization tweak: optimize memory allocation to speed up program running, that could be literally anything from prefetch to disable disk write buffer, whatever. And google finds nothing.

And I'm left wondering: why would you give us the ability to purchase those accessories whilst preventing us to buy the devices they've been made for? It's to the realization that Razer is giving out their RGB razer mug coaster thing using code chromug when buying a razer blade 15 inch. I've now acquired depression realizing I'm not gonna be able to get the mug to finish my battle station.Hopefully, in the soon future, they will sell it separately without limited quantities.
