  1. So, I love gaming like all of us here, but I play on a potato (aka, my pc is the worst). So, are there any free games, or MMORPG games that my pc is able to handle? My PC is an Acer Aspire AX3812, everything is still stock except the OS, that is changed to windows 10. I prefer fantasy-themed games, but mostly any fun game will do. Do you guys have any recommendations?

Games I already have; League of Legends, Loadout, Team Fortress 2, Supernova, Neverwinter, Magicka Wizard Wars, Hearthstone and World of Warcraft... Which I still need to buy game time for xD

  2. Have you tried league of legends? I've recently started playing it and I have say it's a pretty cool game.

Our PC at the moment is a Samsung all in one touch screen and it's about 2 1/2 years old and in need of an upgrade but it runs the game fine with little to no lagging.

  3. Yes I have LoL, don't play it as much anymore due the toxity of the community >_>

  4. I know exactly what you mean. I love online gaming, I have a serious soft spot for unreal tournament as I love shoot em ups but some online communities can be really harsh and clicky and it just brings down the whole gaming experience.

My son is a complete minecraft addict and I truly believe his blood has been replaced with tiny little blocks of red lol but he leaves his bedroom door open so I can hear everything that's happening and I have to say his group of minions seem pretty cool. They range from America, Canada, Norway, to just round the corner.

I think they forget they were once newbies themselves :/

  5. Yeah but with Minecraft it's a different story :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: With Minecraft there isn't really a competitive thing. But with LoL there is, thus the Minecraft community is less toxic than the LoL community

I dont know what minecraft you are playing, but whenever I get on it is one of the most competetive gaves ive seen. The community is fine, but the amount of hackers ruins the experience.

  7. I think it can depend on which server your on. I will full on admit that once Microsoft took over, the level of hacking went up majorly. My son runs his own server so he's very hands on with it. He firm but fair with it and it's prob why he has so many on there with little to no trouble.

I think most games are too competitive. When we play COD in team mode, 9 times out of 10 their not playing together but just going after the highest kills, etc.

  9. Ive tried playing WOW so many times it's not funny. I can just never get to the I love playing stage. I'm not sure wether it's the game or me. Tho seeing the clips for the film has gave me a push to try again this weekend. Fingers crossed!

  10. Maybe it's the endless running around :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: and probably the item system like "you need to be x level to use a item"

Check out CSGO, its playable at low settings and runs on a Macbook Air. So you should be able to run it. It does have a steep learning curve but its worth it.

  12. Yeah but it ain't free :/ And I'm broke af xD I want to try CSGO one day. but... I don't really have a source of income

I mean League of Legends is probably your only option if you don't want to pay money. Or try Dota 2 on low settings.

Well if you like fantasy and MMORPGs, you might want to look into Arc Games. It seems like there's not a whole lot of people that have heard of them in the US. I used to play Perfect World International...spent a lot of time on that one. It's probably one of the best free MMORPGs, lots of depth and community. You get to play with people all over the world, Netherlands, Australia, US, Canada, you name it. The game got big enough that their in-game credit cash cards were being sold at my local Wal-Mart. They were also at PAX.

Best of all, I ran it on my 8 years old piece of junk HP laptop!

  15. Lol yeah, I'll admit I do hate just running for no reason.

One thing that does bug me tho are them that buy to get where they are. I prefer to earn my ranks and items. I like to earn my scars lol
