  1. I bought this keyboard but this doesn't support Mac OS. Does Razer have a plan to respond this for Mac?
(sorry, I'm not used to English.)

Synapse 2.0 does have a mac option doesn't it? I know they released some kind of Chroma Configurator for Blackwidow Chroma's on mac a couple of years ago, But I have heard people have many other issues with Blackwidow's on macs as well.
Did you try to download synapse and restart and such to see if a Blackwidow V2 came up?
In the future when Synapse 3 comes out there might be better optimization with the program for Mac users, Although I know there is no download for it right now on mac, while it is in its beta stage.

I don't know personally what Razer's plans are. But this is definitely the right place to get their attention. Razer check Insiders daily to get the beat of the people. So it's good that you made this post here because they will definitely read it.
  4. Thank you for reply.
May be, Synapse 2.0 is not available for Mac now. My synapse version is 1.8 now.
I have no choice for this problem but to hope for Razer to do it.

Razer always makes the necessary improvements when they need to. Believe me. It's just a matter of digging in into the process. Give them time.
No problem, Razer is reading your message right now. I know it, because they're always on here one way or another.

Are you saying it doesn't work what-so-ever? Your keyboard should fully work and type like normal. Chroma tools and settings may be limited but basic lighting tools will be editable.

Also I believe there is a post about this not being a support forum. If you have issues with a Razer Product not working you should reach out directly to Razer Support. We love you guys here and yes Razer reads the posts but if the device is defective then you need to work with support.
  8. Keyboard work and type normal but lightning settings and shortcut key settings don't effect.

I can confirm that Blackwidow Chroma V2 is definitely supported on the Mac version of Synapse 2. Please reach out to customer support, as suggested by @BlutigEisbar and they'll help you with troubleshooting steps.

Also, just to be clear, "Synapse 2" is the name of the software and 1.8 is the version number.
  10. Finally, I solve problem! Cause is another software which change the key arrangement. Thank you for helping me!
