I cannot make my F12 key on my Razer Blackwidow Chroma certain colors. If I make it blue it is green, and if i make it purple it is red. Is there anything i can do about it? Could I send it in? Thank you.

  2. It could be a software issue. Try re-installing the software, and try another computer if you have one and see if there is any change.

It was dimmed before this happened as well

  4. If the LED is dimmed it could indicate a hardware issue. I will still try to re-install the software and another computer. But if still no change, contact Razer support as it may need to be serviced.

I would recommend contacting Razer support by going here to Razer Support and see what the professionals have to offer. It could just be a short or malfunction and they may need to replace the keyboard. Or, it could just be something simple like an odd setting that they're aware of. Good luck with the issue and getting it resolved, however it plays out. :)
