  1. I actually went and looked through G2A after this topic, and was suprising to find: G2A has a pyramid scheme going! No wonder it's EVERYWHERE these days!

.. I was almost tempted to join up. Almost.

I always get the g2a shield whenever I get anything even if it's a cheap game. First time I used it the key didn't work but the seller gave me a refund within 24 hours

With G2A make sure you don't get signed up for that monthly bull crap hidden charge. You kind of don't notice it. I was making a purchase through HRK and they are connected to G2A and I ended up signed up for some sort of monthly purchase protection plan and I never intended that to happen. When I tried to reason with them they are a penny pinching company who won't give you a break on anything. If you can avoid using them do it.

I've had keys work from them, I've also had keys be inactive. Buyer beware I guess?

    This ^

They didn't even let me cancel the subscription until 2 days before the next billing cycle.
Forgot and wound up paying for another month

AS long as you buy from known sellers you should be good, but I think they do a refund if the code doesn't work

I know that G2A RESELL CDKEYS, so you might encounter a fake key. however, you can buy a warranty for an extra charge.
I personally never use G2A but games under 10$ wont be that bad

I've bought about 3-4 games from them and they are all fine. Just make sure of a few things:
    1. The seller has to be high rated, I don't buy from anyone who doesn't have 5 stars.
    2. ALWAYS buy insurance - it guarantees that if you buy a faulty game key you get a full refund. (its usually cheap, 2-3 dollars. Absolutely worth it.)
    3. I usually only buy popular games from them, i've heard of bad experiences otherwise.

It is a little shady, but with PayPal & the G2A insurance, you're pretty much bulletproof.

I think its legit because they sponsor several YouTubers such as Techsource. Therefore I believe its legit. My brother has bought several games from them and hasn't had bad experiences.

Thanks for putting effort into your marketplace by ensuring the validity of keys.
People have a bad view of the gray market after past incidents.

I've never had a single issue with G2A. No weird fee's, all the keys delivered in minutes, everything has been perfect, and I've bought dozens of games through them

dont buy from g2a and keep a watch on your cc report if you bought the 1$ protection, you will need alot of time to cancel it
