I've begun starting strength 3x5. so roughly 3 times a week, with days 4 or 5 being optional (accessory work only). I don't get the chance to game everyday. I pull a 12-13 hour shift at the hospital and then by the time I get home, I get to cook dinner, possibly work out, and reboot for the next day getting up at 4:30am.

    edit: home gym.

Nah, I don't think that matters. If you were to overdo it or something of that sort it might, but that's with everything.

Only gym I go to is in Pokemon. BUT, I do work in special ed in an elementary school and it is very physically intensive, so I'm definitely able to stay in shape for the most part.

    I workout 3-5 times a week.

Helps with gaming, to build stamina and preserverance.
    Also posture (like back strength).

However, overdoing it somtimes, thanks to pre-workout can cause unwanted injurys...
  7. As a gamer I tend to go to the gym around 3 times a week. You have to stay fit and energized. Also getting ready for that summer body hehe.
  8. Im not even trying to go to the gym, thats way too intense for me. whaha

If you plan on gaming, never overdo your workouts.
Don't make PRs or do anything past uncomfortable.
This will make your arms/hands feel heavy, shaky and very bad. Especially FPS games.
But if you're MMORPG, doesnt really matter

When I am watching streams I sometimes walk on my treadmill. No point in going to the gym when one is in the next room

I go 4-5 days a week usually. I do 3x strength days and 2x cardio only days. I was really unhealthy at the peak of my gaming so decided to cut back on one and add the gym. One of the better decisions I've ever made.

Not specifically the gym, but I row and sail. Both are physically intensive sports. If I had a computer on the water... well, it'd be broken within a few minutes, but I'm sure I would preform better after the workout!

I try to lift and get cardio in every day. Try to run at least 3 miles a day and also play some basketball and swim. If I don't I start looking really skinny because of my height
