Is it true that some skins buff or nerf your champion?

  1. I am playing League of Legends and I have seen some videos saying that skins can actually buff (make them better) or nerf (make them worse) the champion you're playing.
Is this true? And if so, can I see a list of the skins that buff or nerf your champion?

The skin will affect the hand feeling of a hero to a certain extent, which does not really reduce the attributes of the hero. The striking feeling of the skin's general attack will improve or reduce the hand feeling of the general attack. The obvious degree of skill special effects will affect the judgment of the enemy. If it is too obvious, it will be easy to be predicted. Of course, it will also improve the hand feeling when using skills. There are good and bad. What others say can be used for reference, but it's best to have a video and really see the special effects, Buy as you like, and don't be too influenced by the Internet.

Well technically yes when it comes to visibility.
In any game the flashier the skin the more you stand out, so a split second can sometimes give you away sooner than if you use a skin that matches the terrain.
This applies to other games more than league i think but it technically is still a very minor minor factor.
