Razer ManO'War not connecting

  1. Hello.
    Just these last two days I've been having problems with my headset connecting to the Razer app on my computer. Whenever I open the app instead of it showing my headset, it says "Razer configure pro" for surround sound with a completely different headset. Somehow it's stuck on surround sound and I can't get it off to see my headset. Not only that, I don't even have an option to add my headset even if I wanted surround sound. I can still hear music and everything through it but I need to at least see the battery life on it so I know when it needs charging. Can anyone help please?

    Just wanna ask if the headset is detected by your PC. Also, can you share a screenshot of how Synapse looks in your end?
