Razer Naga Chrome Code 43 & more

    (First sorry for my bad english)

    So I am slowly totally annoyed and does not know any more. Had previously a Razer Naga Molten Core Edition computermice, which I unfortunately had to finally exchange, since broken. I now bought the Razer Nage Chrome (via USB port only). Old mouse staked out, new one, it was immediately recognized and installed by the Razer software, as well as all current drivers / updates loaded. But after not even 10min was the "light" of the miceout, nothing went more.

    Now it is in the device manager as "Unknown Device" with (exclamation mark / yellow triangle). With the error code 43, of course I have searched online for the solution of the problem, tried everything that I have found expl. All USB connections tested, none was defect, on
    I also have the following suggested ones all through: All USB controllers deactivated, as well as uninstalled from the new mice, Pc restarted, updated, everything re-activated etc, but also did not work, all the typical help by Google showed me on the first 2 pages . Razer software reinstalled, also brought nothing, everything from the old mouse deinstall, also brought nothing etc. And i deinstall all sofware from the old mice all what i found to try a new start with the new mice but that too didn't work.

    If I connect my old mice, which works immediately and can go directly with the start. I really do not know any more, really need urgent help. Be it here in writing, via Skype, Teamviewer or otherwise, I really do not know any more.
