Any Ornata Chroma owners experiencing issues with Custom Wave effect? The LEDs under "-" "+" and "Enter" keys on the NumPad turn off whenever I set a custom speed and width.

I've already submitted an email to Razer Support, Case# 01527048 describing the issue and containing a link to the YouTube video showing how the issue occurs. All I got was a YouTube Community Strike from them. The video was "Unlisted" because I want ONLY Razer Support to view it.

With the default Wave effect, everything lights up fine:

When I start changing the speed or width of the effect, the 3 rightmost keys turn off:
I've already uninstalled Synapse, restarted my PC and reinstalled Synapse to no avail. Did this multiple times.

I don't have this issue with my Ornata. It is super odd that they gave you a strike, you really want to dispute that or contact them, might have been a misunderstanding or something.

I know. I've been checking other YT videos of people with Ornata Chroma showcasing custom wave effects. I can't tell if they have the same issue as me.

I appealed the community strike 8 hours ago and it appears that YT removed the strike and restored the video upon review.

Yeah, Likely just some kind of mistake. Never heard of Razer giving out a strike before. For the lighting issue, you can try to make a new test Razer ID and use it and see if the issue occurs there, according to synapse support sometimes issues can be profile sided. (I know, its odd).

I just did an uninstall/restart/reinstall process. Also tried using a new Razer account for Synapse. The default Wave is okay but once I change any settings on it and goes into Custom, the 3 righmost LEDs go out. At this point, I don't know what's going on. Razer Support hasn't replied to me yet. My only hope now is Synapse 3's future support for Ornata Chroma so I can make the switch since Lancehead TE and Firefly are now supported. Thanks for the reply though.

Yeah, support might respond in a couple of days since they are backed up around this time of year and they only reopened today (I think.). Good luck.
