Synapse 3.3.531.53017 doesn't show chroma apps

    Recently my synapse was updated and now I have 0 chroma apps, but the one that I previously had still work (sort of). When I launch Rise of the Tomb Raider Chroma app kicks in but it fights with normal keyboard lighting and because of that keyboard is constantly blinking.
    I use Black Widow Chroma V2.

    Have you tried a clean reinstall of Synapse?

    New update broke it again. I really don't feel like reinstalling Synapse every time there is new update.

    Same issue here. Chroma Apps don't show. can't get them to work. reinstalling Synapse didn't resolve the issue.
    List is just empty:

    I will just copy paste the PM of FirePenguin.
    1. Uninstall Synapse and delete all files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer and C:\ProgramData\Razer directories. These folders are hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them.
    2. Uninstall your mouse and keyboard drivers by going to "Device Manager" from Control Panel.
    3. Press Windows + X, and choose Command Prompt in the menu.
    4. Type regedit in the command prompt window and press enter.
    5. Please go to this path and check if you have it:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW643NODE\Razer\
    *Please delete everything that's in the Razer folder. Please reinstall Synapse after deleting all the files inside the Razer folder
    6. Reinstall Synapse by downloading a new installer and restart your PC.
    7. Add Synapse to your firewall exemptions and update your .NET Framework at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653

    If it still happens again, please use the feedback button on Synapse so that our software team can take a look at it.
